• Danuta (10/5): - Pokój w kamienicy na starym mieście. Było tam wszystko co potrzebne, bardzo czysto. Świetna komunikacja z właścicielem. Zamówiłyśmy u Niego transfer na lotnisko, szybko i niedrogo. Polecam to miejsce, wszędzie blisko, na dworzec 10 min. a w najbliższej okolicy sklepy i restauracje.

Tromperies,sur l'accès aux chambres "escaliers vertigineux" 1 chambre esseulée à 200 mètres dans monopoli historique...petit déjeuner avec un café et croissant uniquement et dans un bar le napoli. Attention information pour les autres voyageurs, le stationnement du véhicule est très, très,, très difficile dans un grand...périmètre autour du B#B casa nave et de monopoli intra-muros..l'accès aux chambres très difficile avec des valises. Pour résumer, casa nave ,"passez votre chemin." Rapport qualité/prix 0

• Maria (10/5): - We stayed in the family room of Casa Nave with a separate entrance — it was perfect for the three of us, lots of space and gorgeous and clean! Our hosts were so communicative and helpful and even made the room available to us two hours early when needed. It’s a great location, walkable to beaches and the train station as well as many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Mitt badrum var rymligt och snyggt. Obs en brant trappa upp till rummen! Men som sagt mycket hjälpsam värd. Frukosten var inte superkul.

• SAVIGNOL (5/5): "Bed" d'accord, mais surtout pas "Breakfast" - L'appartement est moderne, cofortable, et très joli, il n'y a aucun problème à ce sujet, mais... En lisant les avis et les quelques remarques des clients, j'ai remarqué que notre hôte, que j'appellerai Harpagon, a montré systématiquement de la susceptibilité sur chaque remarque négative. Il dit qu'il en tiendra compte, que nenni. Alors je fais la liste qui va justifier son surnom: Une seule dose de gel douche pour chacun par jour, un petit déjeuner famélique, une seule capsule de café par personne. Pas de beurre pour toaster les malheureuses biscottes, des boissons ainsi que les thès et infusions qui étaient à la limite de la péremption; et une mini bouteille d'eau comme cadeau de bienvenue (c'est un peu maigre). A propos de maigreur, quid du papier toilette qui pourrait me servir pour rouler des cigarettes. modernité et pingrerie sont-elles conciliables? Mais notre hôte a réponse à tout... C'est le cas pour le mode d'emploi inexistant de la douche, si ce n'est qu'elle est ultra moderne, il faut un bac +5 pour comprendre son fonctionnement. Le purificateur d'air Kézaco? La raideur de l'escalier, tout le monde n'est pas classé en PMR. Est-ce au client de signaler son embonpoint, son age avancé ? Le jour où nous sommes arrivés, l'accès au centre ville était bloqué en raison des fêtes du 15 août, il nous fut très difficile d'accèder au logement tant et si bien que nous nous sommes garés plus loin pour décharger et prendre place. PV garanti pour 15 minutes de parking. N'était ce pas à notre hôte de nous prévenir? lui qui par amour du métier comme il dit ... et ben, il ne s'est même pas présenté à nous. Il faut dire qu'il a 7 logements à gérer, et à ce prix je comprends qu'on puisse oublier les quelques règles du "savoir accueillir"... L'IA va fonctionner plein pôt et je m'attends à une réponse cinglante....

• Marine (7/5): Séjour sympa proche du centre historique - Emplacement dans le centre historique, super pour tout faire à pied. Possible d'avoir la chambre plus tôt si elle est prête. Très peu de pression dans la douche. Un seul sachet de gel douche 10ml pour deux nuits. Déshumidificateur dans la chambre qui peut faire beaucoup de bruit, très dérangeant, en plus j'ai dû le vider.

• Nicole (10/5): A gem in Monopoli! - We enjoyed our stay at Casa Nave! Great central location for exploring Monopoli and the Puglia region. Close to train station and old town. Rooms are well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Had to park car a little far but that’s typical in a small Italian village! Maurizio was very helpful at check in and gives great suggestions for the area. A must stay if you are in Monopoli!
• Michael (8/5): - Apartment was in the old city in a convenient location to the port and restaurants and bars. Very clean and well equipped with kitchen, fridge microwave and stove. Not large but has a Not large but has a balcony that overlooks the narrow lane . Our host was also very attentive helpful and communicative. On the not so good side, the very steep flight of marble stairs to get to the room was very difficult to navigate with luggage and low ceilings- it may not be possible for some people to stay there who have heavy or large luggage and are not fully fit.

Great location - a short. walk from all the key sites of Monopoli including the harbour. Close to a great selection of places to eat and drink. And about 20 mins from the train station - giving access to eg Bari, Lecce and Ostuni.

Very good room, fully equiped. We had everything we needed. Good communication with owner - he advised parking location in advance, sent codes, etc. Nothing to complain about.

• Joan (7/5): Great place to stay but very poor service. Don’t store your bags! - It was small but quite charming. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. I was on the top floor and had to climb 40 steep narrow steps to my room with luggage. Very challenging for a senior. In addition I was told how to access my luggage stored in a safe place before I left Monopoli but when I tried no one answered the door after long tries. I was saved by a similar renter also trying to gain entry who was booked to taxi it to Bahri. Fortunately the taxi driver was the only one to access the entry key when he arrived. Had he not been booked I would not have retrieved my luggage before departure. Very annoying and spoiled a lovely stay there.

O que valeu a pena foi a atenção do Sr. Maurizio, que estava sempre à disposição, inclusive conseguindo uma pessoa muito eficiente para fazer o transfer da estação de trem até o hotel, inclusive nos ajudando com as malas até o quarto, tendo essa mesma pessoa feito um city tour em outras cidades da região.

• Nancy (10/5): Exceptional - 10 out of 10! We loved Casa Nave. We visited Casa Nave the week of Ferragosto (in mid August). Our group rented two rooms. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Location is fantastic. It’s on a quiet street that is steps away from Vibrant nightlife. Maurizio is so hospitable and responsive. He provided us with all the information we needed (at any time of the day) and offered a taxi service to the beach. He made our stay fantastic. We left an electronic in the room and he met up with us days later to return it to us. Monopoli is a gem and so is Casa Nave. We’d love to come back!

• Paulina (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. First of all, smells like a damp. Also, I was looking for places with free parking - there were a few splots, but 3-5 minutes away and you have to be lucky for them to be empty. The couch as a bed takes most of the space, makes it hard to move around. Noticable spiderwebs.

• Marta (9/5): Stay in the historical center - - Great location right in the historical center - Very clean - Complimentary croissant and juice plus coupon for breakfast at a nearby coffee shop - Easy communication, easy check in To get to the room you need to climb steep and small stairs which it should be get into consideration if you have health problems or small kids. We have a small dog and we carried her up on our hug but it was challenging to bring all the luggage. Better booking a room closer to the main door.

• Radu (5/5): Three very nice days in a beautiful and picturesque town by the sea. - Casa Nave has an excellent location, in the old centre of Monopoli, a wonderful town by the sea. And this is, sadly, the only good thing I can say about it. Oh, wait, the wonderful pasticcerria Gasperini is a minute's walk from the property - if you really want to find something else to be positive about. And, truth be told, the property is well-kept and clean. By far the worst thing about Casa Nave is the stairs you have to climb to get to some of the rooms. The steps are big and steep and there is practically no space if you want to carry your luggage - up or down. You need to be fit and young to climb those stairs, really. Beside, you need to be very careful because there are places you could hurt your head when climbing. Then, the room: very very small, with a view to a wall ten feet away, and with a Lilliput bathroom. The door of shower cabin offers has to remain open when showering - otherwise, you get bruises all over your body. There is no space to leave your things (shaving cream, razor etc.). Finally, breakfast is not breakfast, but just an assortment of sweets you find on the table. If you are a diabetic, there is nothing you can touch. Fortunately, we found a place close enough and had a "puccia" and a coffee each morning. But this is not "breakfast included" - no, sir, by no means.

• Noely (9/5): It was really a lovely Place location fabulous room great stairs only issue if you have big cases but you look over that - The location was amazing and the building beautiful 😉 We thought we had a kitchenette but it was 1 electric cooker for one pot only so very hard to cook if you wanted to.
• Ye (7/5): Overall, a comfortable stay with super good service from owner and the team - It locates at the heart of the city. Easy access to beach and central square. Room is cozy and clean and provides everything we need. Owner is quite friendly and accommodating to our request and walked us to the breakfast cafe himself. One of the lady also helps me carry the heavy luggage upstairs. Service is excellent. No elevator but stairs. Quite tough to carry heavy luggages to the room

• Daniel (9/5): Great stay in Monopoli historic center and excellent standard - Very well located, the room appeared newly renovated and had an excellent bed, AC and appliances. The bathroom was clean and top notch. All in all, we were very happy with the room and experience. The "breakfast included" was a bit of a stretch. No fresh bread, fruits or savory options. Just packaged supermarket products (biscuits and jams). The breakfast had a coupon for complimentary croissant and coffee at a nearby café, we ended up spending about 18€ per day there to get a decent breakfast. We had a similar B&B stay in Rome and then this type of arrangement was advertised as "breakfast not included". I think this could be improved. A drying cord on the balcony would have been welcomed.
• Dziubdziela (10/5): Exceptional - the location is great. close to everywhere. in addition, a beautiful terrace that you can use. The room is small but enough for a couple. Italian style breakfast. I recommend!
