The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with a comfortable atmosphere and a well-stocked minibar. If I had to mention two things that could be improved, it would be the opening hours of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym. They close far too early, which makes it hard to use them after a day of exploring. Second the pillows weren’t that comfortable. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I would recommend!

Room is spacious with a comfortable sofa along the window side. Thus we enjoyed our snacks and drinks in room. Snacks and drinks were daily replenished I believe this only available from very few hotels). Staff at lobby were always attentive with smile and greeting. Absolutely, strongly recommended and would like to stay here again.

Pool and sauna were good, although we didn't spend enough time at the hotel to appreciate them. Views from the hotel room were stunning, and huge comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, catering for all types of guests. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. They arranged our tickets to watch Muay Thai boxing at the national arena at short notice. Hotel shuttle bus is also great for the 15 min walk to the local metro line. Would highly recommend staying here

At the pool area, there’s only 1 server that is running around serving food and drinks. The ashtrays at the smoking area don’t get cleaned at all so some are overfilled with cigarette butts. At breakfast I had to go to the counter to request hot water every day that I was there. I arrived and had to handle my luggage from the taxi to the check in desk, didn’t see any bellboy around. After check out I had to wheel my luggage to the lobby entrance door.

Bangkok is just totally nuts so to have a place to retire to, away from the hustle and bustle was key. The room was marble, with blinds that opened and closed electronically. Laundry service was good but not super expensive. The gym needs a back machine, and the vanity in the bathroom needs more light.

A 10-15 minute walk to the BTS station, but don’t worry about walking in the heat, the hotel provides a complementary and regular shuttle to the station from the hotel. We had two connecting rooms as we were a five, two adults and three children. They were gorgeous. Immaculately clean, lots of nice touches (umbrella, hair dryer, hair brush, tooth brush etc) and perfectly spacious. Breakfast was varied and delicious, amazing quality, and the staff who waited/served were faultless. The pool area was just as perfect as the rest, calm and picturesque, but welcoming for families. The staff on this floor were amazing, first class service. Nice little gym, perfect for keeping up with fitness on a short break. And a cute jacuzzi and spa are too. We actually left some items in our room on leaving, and they were secured and ready for us to collect on our return to Bangkok a week later. Photographed in situ and then kept very secure until our collection. Absolutely 5 star hotel, with amazing staff. A faultless experience.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even prepared a small birthday surprise, which made the stay even more special! The room was very clean and spacious, with a well-designed layout. The bathroom was nicely proportioned and included a bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a long day. - 245olegv (8/5): Good 5 star hotel with perfect service and very comfortable. - This five star hotel is situated in live business area of Bangkok with comfortable connection with public transportation (they have charter service), a lot of small and nice restaurants around, massage salons, luxury apartments, etc. The hotel offers spacious rooms, spa services a-la Japanese-Korean style, swimming pool, business areas. For breakfast you have Japanese food, Hong Kong food, local food and Western style food, a lot of fruits and even ice cream. Staff is pending and well prepared. They made mistake with us as the corporate email address was wrong and nobody answered three of our mails prior to arrival, but hope learned on this mistake.

Hotel provide a free shuttle to train station which is a great quick way to travel. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes very efficient. We booked breakfast for 3 nights but only made 2! First breakfast was very average and cold but there was a very large selection for all nationalities. Breakfast on last day was better than first. We booked this hotel as one of our hotel stays during our girl's trip to Thailand. Our executive suite was spacious, modern, and spotless, with comfortable bedding, a large soaking tub, and a panoramic view of the Bangkok skyline. Delicious in-room snacks were provided each day of our stay, along with various toiletries. The amenities were top-notch—especially the Japanese-style onsen and the saltwater rooftop pool all of which added a much-needed relaxing touch to our stay. The spa had convenient hours and the complimentary sticky-rice w/mango & jasmine tea hit the spot. We went to the spa almost every day. Now that I think of it, I think we went twice in one day, I'm sure they thought we were crazy! We tried the Let's Relax spa at one of their other locations and although the service was good, this location was noticeably better. Patcherie was my masseuse and she was amazing! They all were, but I can't remember their names. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Thai and international dishes, temp could be much warmer, but still a good spread. The staff was consistently welcoming, and eager to help, especially Pat at the concierge desk and Supachai at the excursion and transportation desk, who would give us tips on how to get to different areas around town. Even before our arrival, I called and spoke with Aiya to arrange airport transportation and had multiple questions, so I called about 3 times and each time she was patient and provided several options, so I could choose what fit our budget. They also offer free transpo to the train station, which was convenient. Although, you can walk to pretty much anything, there are plenty of restaurants, shops etc within walking distance. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences over my 40+ years staying at hotels around the world. Again, all of the staff, even our room service attendant who waited for us after we arrived late to our room to retrieve the order, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, offering exceptional service with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that truly set the hotel apart.

The room was beautiful, the mini bar is free, the breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel, the pool and jacuzzi tubs were fabulous plus there is an Onsen spa on site. The free shuttle to the sky train is very convenient. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Book it!

Comfortable Beds, Wide range of media channels, Quality Bathroom amenities. Powerful Shower. Plenty of power points to charge phones and iPads. Breakfast , a vast selection of choices, always a welcoming greetings from all staff members… always felt every guest was treated equally, which is not always the case in many hotels.

Plenty of Japanese cuisine options around the hotel, especially the Omakase restaurants The hotel provides complimentary, about every 20 min, shuttle to and from the Thong Lo BTS station which is a plus otherwise it is quite a walk The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are polite.

- 242ingob (2/5): Fünf Sterne für den Umsatz, nicht für den Gast - I had to cancel my booking just one day past the free cancellation deadline—a genuine mistake due to a mix-up in dates, which I explained promptly and politely. I was hoping for some flexibility or understanding, especially from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was surprisingly rigid, declined my request without exception, and ceased communication after my respectful follow-up. This lack of empathy and basic courtesy made me feel less like a valued guest and more like a mere revenue source. Considering that the cancellation occurred only a day past the deadline, the financial impact on the hotel would have been minimal. A gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way in maintaining customer trust. This experience leaves a negative impression and makes me hesitant to recommend or book this hotel in the future, despite its otherwise strong reputation.
