• 毅 (1/5): せっかくの旅行が台無し！ - 温泉のお湯が柔らかくて良かった まず、駐車場からロビーに行くまで長く急な坂道（階段あり）でキャーリーケースをひっぱて歩くとしたら滑り落ちる！ 次に、食事が最悪！余り物で作ったのか？と思うくらいに同じ食材で料理方法が違うだけという粗末なもの！ 部屋には虫のアリが数十匹いるし・・・ 日本人スタッフもいないので対応もなかなかうまくいかない！ もう二度と利用しない！過去利用した宿で一番最悪でした！

• たなかけいこ (8/5): - 外国のスタッフさんが対応して下さりましたが、非常に丁寧に接客してくださり、気持ちよく宿泊することが出来ました。 ただ泊まった部屋のお風呂を楽しみにしてたんですが、網戸の外に大きな蜂の巣が出来ていて怖かったです。 それ以外はベッドも広く寝る際も凄く心地よかったです。

• Hiroko (5/5): ちょっと残念 - リブマックスを利用するのは３回目ですが、一番お風呂が広くて、ベッドも良かったです 外人さんのスタッフが何を言ってるのか分かりづらく、聞き取れなかった。 夕飯がチェックインした順番に時間を決められてしまった。そんな事今までのホテルではなかったので戸惑いがあった。ホテル側が決めるのではなく、客側が決める事だと思う

• Joanna (5/5): Passable - We loved the views and the hot spring tub in the room. The room was also quite big, so we had space for all of our luggage. We didn't use any other hotel facilities, so cannot comment on those. Our room was very dusty and in need of some care. A hook fell off when we hung the coat, a switch fell off when we turned the light on. We knew about the steep hill, but we hoped more help would be provided with the luggage. Not all staff were helpful.

• Zachariah (6/5): - I really liked the onsen and the in room onsen. The property area seems kind of dangerous if it snows but it’s in a nice somewhat secluded place. Wish it had mover of a view from my room when using the in room onsen.
• Jan (4/5): Not for Everyone - The onsen bath in our room. The steep steps up to the property. It was also difficult to locate as we had to drive to another resort to get help to the location. You need to take more than 80 steep steps up to the property, a task not possible for some.
• Julian (6/5): - Staff were extremely cordial. Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. A decent stay overall.

• Oliver (7/5): Nice hotel awful location and layout - The hotel is clean and the meals were good. The location is too remote and difficult to reach because of the steep slopes, definitely not for elderly people. There is no elevator in the hotel and bus station is 15 minutes away.

• Yuko (10/5): 車1人旅ならおすすめです - 駐車した途端にお迎えの方が登場。電気自動車で坂上の建物入り口まで乗せてもらいチェックイン。従業員の方はとても丁寧でした。外国生まれと聞きましたが、敬語丁寧かつ全て任せられる安心感ありました。食事は研修会の晩餐イメージの種類ですが、出来立てをタイミングを相談してくださって配膳され美味しくいただきました。値段以上と思いました。部屋は２人なら狭いですが1人旅なら部屋に温泉風呂あり、快適です。 難点は、ゆったり散歩には急すぎる斜面に位置する事、空調の音が大きすぎたこと。

• Jory (4/5): - It started strangely as we arrived to the building and rang the doorbell and called out. Nobody answered, though we could hear voices. Then someone finally came we saw that they were sitting about 3 feet away as we knocked and rang the bell. We selected these accommodations because many others were booked, and this was one of the only listed with a restaurant. As we checked in we were informed you have

• Victor (6/5): - The place could use a little update and cleaning but the food and services make up on what it’s lacking. The room we selected was large and it’s nice to have a large bathtub. The entrance is a little steep and if taking public transportation like us the walk into the property is uphill (dark at night with little lightning in the area)
• Cota (6/5): Pleasant - We liked the private semi open air bath in our room We didn't like how inexperienced the front desk staff were. Almost every question I had they couldn't give me a definitive answer. I don't know if they were new or just didn't know. [Used Google translate] plus some team members spoke English* well. We only used their in-house bath house once & still got charged a resort hotspring water use fee for both days. Getting to the Hotel was quite a hassle. Yet again the staff wasn't much help, We asked for a ride down the hill to atleast the main street since it was not listed how difficult it would be walking up/down the steep slippery inclined poorly paved roads if your not arriving via car. we eventually got tired of the run around from their team's responses. Even requesting them to help order us a taxi was a hassle for them, We ultimately walked up & down the hills with all our luggage/backpacks when checking in & out of the location. It was okay proximity from some popular attractions like lake ashi, hakone ropeway, hakone open air museum via local busses. Definitely recommend to anyone to be mindful of the routes/stops. Unfortunately none of the staff knew how to get to any of these popular tourist location's. Luckily Google maps & google translate did it's thing and with alot of quick searches/navigation we were able to get around to the activities we planned. Maybe not soo important to mention but we noticed in the evening that our TV also didn't work.

• yoichi (6/5): - 仙石原の少し高い場所にある、元保養所(10部屋？)を改装したと思われるホテルで、施設はくたびれた感は否めません。 バス停から歩くとかなり遠く急な坂を上がるので、車で行くかタクシー利用をオススメします。ホテル至近駐車場は駐車台数も少なく予約しないと遠い所になるみたいです。 客室露天風呂は仙石原温泉街を眺めながら入れでとてもリラックス出来ました。大浴場も小さいながらあり、客室露天風呂があるせいか此方もほぼ1人で利用できました。 料理はバイキングではありませんが、美味しく頂けました。 少し残念なのは客室の見えにくいところですが、ジュースの蓋等あったりなど館内清掃が行き届いていないところは気になりました。

(4/5): - 先日、連れと二人で宿泊しました。 順番にレビューしていきますので、少々長めです。 前日に確認の電話がありましたが、日本人ではなく、若干質問の回答があやふやでした。 ホテルの住所に辿り着き、 エントランスに着くまではほぼ階段です。 足の不自由な方は厳しいと思います。 受付の際、スタッフの方は日本人ではありませんでした。 また、そのスタッフの方は予約した本人ではなく連れにだけ説明をし、連れにガン飛ばしてる感じでこちらとしてはとても不快でした。もしツレが何か言ったら喧嘩が始まりそうな感じでした。 部屋は『シティビュー』にしました。 正直清潔感はなかったけど、 広いベッドでゆったり寝られて良かったし、 部屋のお風呂はちょっとカビ臭かったけど開放感があり良かったですね。 ご飯はどなたもほぼ高評価の通り、 全部がとても美味しかったです！！ 床に落とし物をした際、床に虫の死骸やゴミなど凄かったけど、人手が足りないのかなぁ…と言う印象です。 また、食堂での接客対応は皆さまとても良かったです。 ちなみに私たちが確認出来た中で日本人はお一人だけでした。 大浴場は比較的良かったですが、 男性か女性かどちらかがお湯を使っているとシャワーがほぼ出ない笑 シャンプー流し終わるのも１０分はかかった。寒かったです笑 だけど、温泉の効能はとても良く、私も連れも肌がとてもすべすべになって、 疲れもしっかり取れました！！ 総合的にお食事と温泉の質は良かったけど、それ以外は…でしたね。 どちらにしても、 宿泊時はお世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。

• Hoa (10/5): Fabulous! - Great! The check-in process was very quick, and greeted by a nice and professional receptionist. He explained everything to us in English and walked us to our room. We had a nice view of the mountains. Our beds were very big and comfortable. The room is small but we did not need all of the unnecessary space. Our private in-room hot spring tub was perfect for our needs. The included dinner with our room was tasty, fresh, and nicely prepared. We love our waiters. They explained the meal and helped us throughout our meal. The service, smiles, professionalism are one of the best. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant as well. The breakfast was fresh, huge, and tasty. Our breakfast waiter was nice and friendly. Thank you for a great stay. We will come back again.
