• Carol (8/5): This authentic Spanish apartment was a great place to stay! - We were welcomed on arrival at the apartment. We were given all the information required, all our questions answered. The location was great for walking to all the main attractions. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. There were even umbrellas left in the porch which we were grateful to find! A great cafe to visit in the area ‘Almazen’ good choice for breakfast and lunch, reasonably priced. Seville is a fabulous city to visit, and I would definitely recommend the apartment! 😎 The drainage was quite smelly at times, leaving the windows ajar helped with the air circulation, eliminating the smell.

• Anne-So (9/5): Fabuleux séjour - Idéalement placé pour profiter un maximum du centre historique de Séville, l'appartement est clair et propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La cage d'escalier est mal insonorisée et en fonction de la discrétion des autres occupants de l'immeuble (eux mêmes touristes) on peut être réveillé durant la nuit.

Wobei man beachten sollte, dass die Option Parkhaus, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, sehr nervenaufreibend sein kann, da durch die zentrale Lage diese häufig komplett belegt sind! Sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Dienstleister, der sich um Check in kümmert. Wohnung dunkel, stickig, feucht und leider auch nicht gut gereinigt. Die Ausstattung ist auf das minimalste reduziert. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Man riecht sehr stark die Küche des darüber liegenden App., was zu starker Beeinträchtigung führe kann.

• Malcolm (9/5): Perfect location and very clean. - Absolutely spotless. Proximity to the centre, whilst being very quiet. Ease of access. Communication from the owners. Seems hardly worth mentioning because the appartment is so good, but one full length mirror somewhere and an extra lamp in the lounge would have been good. The only real issue was in using the shower in the main bathroom. With the bath being narrow it was difficult to turn round without the fear of falling, hence the addition of a grab handle would be good. Other than these minor niggles, it is perfect.

• Centre de Estetica (9/5): Volvería sin dudarlo!!! - La ubicación principalmente, estuvimos en el piso de arriba con terraza incluida. Fue todo genial, sin ruidos y el apartamento precioso !! • Gonzalo (10/5): - La ubicación, mas en el centro no puede estar. Estas a 10 minutos andando de prácticamente cualquier zona de interés turistico. La Plaza de España si que queda un poco mas lejos pero si te gusta andar un poco no hay problema Fui en Enero y la verdad es que es un piso bastante frio. El primer dia lo pasamos un poco mal hasta que conseguimos calentar el piso, a partir de ahi genial el resto del tiempo. En verano tiene que ser un piso bastante fresquito.

• David (6/5): Appartement idéalement situé - Emplacement idéal, très joli place, quartier très agréable, à proximité de tous les points d'intérêt. Les dimensions de l'appartement sont bonnes et le style très bien. Débit et température de l'eau de la salle de bain très bien ! Il est agréable de bénéficier de pièces séparées (chambre, cuisine). Hôtes très sympathiques et réactifs. La propreté n'était pas optimale (sol, canapé, tapis) et surtout il y a un gros problème avec les climatiseurs qui servent à chauffer l'appartement : leur fonctionnement est extrêmement aléatoire, souvent particulièrement bruyant et chaotique, sans toujours parvenir à toujours bien chauffer, et il en sort en permanence des résidus suspects qui jonchent le sol, malgré la gentille réactivité des hôtes et la venue d'un technicien. Or l'appartement est orienté plein nord (donc très froid) tout comme la terrasse qui, hélas, ne reçoit jamais le moindre rayon de soleil (sans doute est-ce appréciable l'été quand il fait très chaud à Séville)... Donc l'ensemble est un peu cher pour une terrasse sans soleil et un système de chauffage défectueux.

Eer ik de informatie die nodig was om in te checken verstuurd kon krijgen, was er wat stress over geweest. Een aantal keer heb ik de paspoortgegevens in moeten vullen eer deze goedgekeurd werden. Maar het contact daarover met de verhuurders liep gelukkig prima.

The drains in the bathroom did smell, so we sometimes needed to hold our nose in the bathroom. We had also been hoping the terrace would have sun loungers based on the photos on the website, however these had been replaced with deck chairs.

• Leanne (8/5): Comfortable and central - A pleasant and comfortable apartment - with the bonus of an outdoor terrace area. We found it was good base for exploring the city on foot. It was easy to walk to nearby shops for groceries. The nearby Plaza De La Alfalfa offers a wide range of bars and restaurants. We loved the top floor view - but that does mean climbing stairs (no lift).

The apartment is very comfortable for a couple. Washing machine was a boon as was the roof top terrace for drying. Really good well equipped kitchen for doing the basics and more. • Emily (10/5): Great location and beautiful spacious unit. - Lovely, modern and spacious unit with everything that we needed. Loved the access to the rooftop patio, we spent some lovely mornings out there. The property was easy to find and access.
• Hayley (6/5): So much potential, but so uncomfortable. - Location is fantastic for seeing all the main sights. Flat has everything you would need, well stocked. Balcony has lovely views over plaza. Quite area. Wardrobe has lots of hangers which is rare! Good size property. Smart TV was a bonus. And extras like washing machine/dishwasher which we didn’t use but nice to have. Lockers were also very handy to store luggage before check in. SO UNCOMFORTABLE. This flat would have been so perfect, but it was so uncomfortable, bed was rock solid, and squeezed/moved at the slightest movement. Sofa was also very uncomfortable, and the worst was the patio furniture ☹️ the deck chairs do not fully recline and ruined our backs, and equally with the chairs, no cushions etc - meant we couldn’t relax at all as everything was so uncomfortable causing back/shoulder ache/headaches etc! Also - minor point - but the balcony door squeaks/squeals like crazy and that was so irritating especially going out in the morning or late evening, worried about waking everyone up!
• Yuh (9/5): Was a pleasant first time experience in Seville by staying in Aparmentos Plaza Pilatos. Overall, it was a pleasant stay - Ground floor rooms are decent size and close to attractions by leisure walking. The large heater provided plenty of hot water throughout the stay. The TV with Netflix provided us some good movies when we are back in the home. Generous qty of cookware for the kitchen. There are two supermarkets very close within 5mins for groceries. There is no electricity tripping. The attached bathroom is rather small for showers, it had many flies that came each evening. The WiFi connection in the rooms are bad; time to change the TPLINK router despite resets. Would have loved to get into the open roof garden but there is a bad smell.

I hope to come back and stay again - Great location, near to walk everywhere but far enough away you felt like you were entering a calmer part of town so you could relax east after a busy day. A really nice apartment, well equipped, comfortable and the owners luggage lockers are a great help if you arrive early or are leaving late. Not so much didn’t like but it’s odd never meeting a human at check in. That said the owners were very good with communicating via the booking.com app and replied very promptly to any questions.

• Jackie21 (9/5): Superb - Our flat, located on the ground floor, was perfect for our group of 5. It uses all the available space in a clever way and has all the essentials without being cramped. It also has a few decorations here and there which make the flat very pretty. It is well equipped with all essentials readily available and in perfect condition. The location is absolutely perfect! Located exactly Infront of Casa de Pilatos with a small plaza Infront of apartment entrance, it is only a short walking distance to all the main sites in Seville and yet away from all the noise. We happened to be there when there was a football final between two Spanish teams...lots of partying and crowds but no noise whatsoever near the apartment. Absolutely perfect! I will definitely book again this apartment if I ever go again to Seville which I hope too as Seville is beautiful.

• Jan (9/5): Splendid apartment on 2nd floor with great roof terrace - I had the apartment with the lovely roof terrace. Even in February I could enjoy this terrace a lot. There is laundry machine, dish washing machine, small microwave, small espresso machine. Good bed, comfortable bathroom. Above all: superb location, really quiet although on a touristic place. All this is more important than the " negative " remarks below. The kitchen is well equiped yet one wineglass is a bit poor. The espresso machine offers the possibility of making a double espresso yet none of the coffee mugs allow this. After flushing the toilet sometimes the water keeps running which is a waste of water. The isolation in the building is poor. You hear the nouse of the other apartments.
