La dueña era muy amable y atenta. La puerta de la terraza a veces estaba abierta y entraron otros huéspedes. No hubo reposición de toallas.

- Lindsey (10/5): Lovely stay here in Hoi An - Great communication from Cuc and we really loved our stay, the local area, full of life, food markets early morning which is great to see. Very close to the old town on foot and bus connection for onward journey. Our room was great, very large, lovely private patio with beautiful plants and trees. Our room was very comfortable had a great shower, the bedding and towels were lovely and fresh and cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable. Cuc can arrange bicycles at a very good price which is needed to explore the vegetable gardens and near by paddy fields. Overall Cuc and her husband were very welcoming and we very much enjoyed our stay. Fantastic value for money as well, absolutely would stay again. All perfect for us

We left on a trip for a few days and could leave our luggage which was a huge help. The bed was a cloud! Such a comfortable bed. Would happily stay again! Poor sound insulation from the corridor, but mostly noise from other guests.

- Simon (2/5): Rather not - In walking distance to everything. Comfortable hard mattress, perfect for people who sleep on their back. Be aware, you have to agree to a long set of house rules as you enter. You are not made aware of them prior to your arrival. It takes the freedom while traveling especially of solo travelers. There is a curfew at midnight. Meaning if you are in a bar, and having a nice time, you will have in the back of your mind, that you’ll have to be back on time. You cannot have anyone coming over. They don’t let you take a friend to your room. I was planning on going for lunch with a friend. He was early, I was still stuck in a meeting and needed to get ready. Yea, he was not allowed to come to the room for the 30 - 60 minutes. Lots of spider webs, they haven’t cleaned under the bed in months. So if you drop something and it gets under the bed, be prepared for an unpleasant sight. I’ve never felt such an unwelcoming vibe in a place, though especially the homestays in Vietnam are often very heartwarming and embracing.

- Katherine (10/5): A really well located, clean and comfortable homestay - We had a lovely large room for our stay at Green Coco homestay. The room and en-suite bathroom was incredibly comfortable and superbly clean. The lady who runs the homestay, Cúc, was really kind and welcoming. She helped us to organise things and with our laundry which came back super clean and smelling great. The homestay is also a short walk from the old town which is great, making it really accessible but also lovely and peaceful. I would really recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere in Hoi An. Nothing, it was great.

- Pui (9/5): Beautiful house with very helpful owner - The homestay owner is very helpful and responsive. She helped me to book the taxi from Da Nang to Hoi An, and Hoi an to My Son to Da Nang. The house is beautiful with solid wood flooring. The location is very close to local market with plenty of breakfast options around, and it is not far from the old town, about 12 minutes walking distance. My room is with 2 very big double bed. Because the 2 beds are too big, it is difficult to find space to open my big suitcase. The bathroom could be more update, it is better to separate the wet and dry area properly, now only with 1 shower curtain, after shower, the floor is very wet. One night, the cold water was not working during the shower but the owner fixed it very quickly.

- Geerken (8/5): Good value for money homestay - A little homestay a stone throw away from old town, perfect to escape the tourist crowds. Friendly host, large basic but comfortable room. At 10 Euro a night really good value for money. A little mixup with the booking saw us having to forego on the room with a balcony and view, and instead had to yake a room with a single window to the light-shaft. Was not a big issue as in Hoi An one would spend most day out and about anyway.

We would come back! This was also amazing value for money. No major complaints given the value for money, but room could have done with a dusting.

The owner arranged a pickup for me from Da Nang for a very reasonable price and let me check into the room already in the morning. The wifi is very fast in case you want / need to work. The room had a window but unfortunately it was facing a wall within the house which made the room quite dark. The light in the room was missing some cozyness, a small night lamp on the night table would have been nice.

- Allan (8/5): Very good - Nice place. The attached balcony was nice. The host was friendly. Overall the hotel was clean and the location is about 900 meters from all the main attractions. Even though the rooms were clean there were some cobwebs in the top corners of the wall.
- Sofia (10/5): Exceptional - This was the best hotel we have stayed during our 3 weeks trip in Vietnam!! The room was colonial style with wooden floor, nice furniture, romantic wooden lamps, a super comfortable mattress and a beautiful terrace with plants and view..It was so quiet during the night, that we had the best sleep ever. The room and the bathroom were really big, with windows, rain shower and abundant hot water! There was also a fridge, air conditioner and smart TV. Not to mention the cleanliness, they were cleaning the room and changed towels every day. The location was the best! 5 minutes walk to the historical center of Hoi an but away from the rivers of tourists. Also 10 minutes by bike to the beach, with lots of shops, banks and traditional markets around! One cannot find such a luxury room in this price. The host is a sweet woman with her family who speaks english, and is very kind and helpful. We will certainly miss her and our beautiful room, too!! Everything was exceptional!

- terrence (10/5): The host is very friendly. - A wonderful accommodation. The host is very nice to us. The food is delicious and she would prepare fruit for us. The room is comfortable and clean.

His wife speaks a few words of French. I booked a room with a window but there was a wall in front of it at 70 cm.It feels like being watched constantly.

Impressed with their place which was very chic and tasteful, cleanliness is their virtue ! Be willing to walk when in Hoi An. It's worth it especially at night to the Old Town (UNESCO listed.)
