- ลุงฅิต (9/5): ใกล้ปราสาทคานาซะวะ - ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ปราสาทคานาซาวะ ไม่ไกลจากทางเข้าปราสาท ห้องพักเล็กไปหน่อยสำหรับ 3 คน บริเวณรอบๆที่พักค่อนข้างหาอาหารเย็นทานยาก แต่มีร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ด้านหลังโรงแรม เดินไม่ไกลนัก ที่พักมีไมโครเวฟส่วนกลางสามารถอุ่นอาหารทานได้

- OTAKI (5/5): - フロントの対応が極めて印象が良かった レストランの夕食が予約制になっていて、満席で食べれなかった。以前よく利用していたためHPで確認しなかった自分の落ち度ではあろうが、 しかし非常にレベルが高かった日本料理店は大浴場へ変更するために閉鎖され、二階の大衆的洋食レストランまで予約制になっていたので、大変がっかりした。

- Carmen (3/5): Only cater to Asians - The view of the castle at night was pretty Very small room made it hard with 2 suitcases. The breakfast was terrible and does not cater to westerners and we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed as they only cater to Chinese and Japanese. Was quite disgusted by this and couldn’t wait to leave. Thankfully only stayed the one night.

- Rui (2/5): 这是我三年在日本住过的40家酒店里最差的一次 - 定时有摆渡车接送火车站。但是到酒店前没有告知我。停车场工作人员态度不错 热情为我指路。 行前专门备注给我大楼西侧的房间，也答应了。结果给了一间东边最尽头的。是恶意羞辱我还是东、西不分？想加两个枕头告知没有多余枕头，加两条浴巾还要加收220日元。家具桌面被泡水过 面板起皮掉粉 看着很恶心。Wi-Fi是接的一个很小的转接装置，半夜不出意外的断网了。卫生间地面有一个黏糊糊的脏东西很显眼，后叫工作人员清理了。装修大概是20年前的，一切设施都很老旧，床头竟然没有插座，接的一个插线板。

- Barbara (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - The rooms were clean and spacious in a great location- walking distance to the castle and Ken Roshu gardens- not far from the geisha district. Staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good.

It was great to walk by during the Sakura season around the block and come back late at night walking through the statue garden beside the castle. The Hotel is quiet and clean, the room is small but for a single person it was all I needed. The bed is HARD, but I asked the staff for a comforter and that fixed it for me. Wi-fi could have been better. And the bar shown in their pictures is under repair. The garden is smaller than what the pictures show.

- Karen (8/5): Perfect location and convenient bus shuttle made our stay great! - Beautiful Lobby and Garden. Loved the face masks, foot masks, and sample facial products. The front desk clerk assisted with making a dinner reservation which we very much appreciated and the bus shuttle was an added perk! Tiny rooms…typical of all of Japan.

Didn't dry the clothes properly after over 1 hour of waiting. The bathroom is your typical small size but I thought in a big hotel it might be a big bigger.

- Karen (8/5): Great spot for a Kanazawa Stay, close to Castle and Gardens - We loved the location of this Hotel, across from the Castle and close to the Kenroken Gardens. Breakfast was not included with our tariff but we did pay for breakfast one morning. Not great for the price charged. Staff were very helpful. Taxis were easy to hail from outside the hotel. Hotel had a laundry which is always a bonus. Rooms were small (but typical for Japan).

- Teresa (8/5): - One night stay only. We choose the family room which was 3 x single beds pushed together and a seperate rollaway bed, space in the room was definitely tight. We had selected this hotel as it offered a free shuttle bus from the train station but the bus departed 3 minutes before schedule so we arrived to the bus stop in time to watch it depart. For the return journey, the bus schedule simply didn’t work for our timings so we ended up having to pay for a taxi too and from the hotel. Overall the stay was fine. The staff were happy to store our bags whilst we visited the Castle and Gardens. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring them.
