- Carmen (8/5): Ülkü (proprietarul) a fost foarte săritor și la dispoziția noastră. Ne-a plăcut!!! - Locația foarte aproape de metrou și magazine. Este foarte aproape de strada principală. Dacă sunteți obișnuiți cu liniștea, poate să vă deranjeze puțin. Dopurile de urechi rezolvă problema.

- Masti (10/5): Comfortabel, betaalbaar en sfeervol met ontzettend lieve medewerkers - De locatie. Het hotel bevindt zich in een sfeervolle en leuke straat. Een paar seconden lopen en je bent in het centrum waar ontzettend veel leuke winkels zijn. Bovendien zijn de medewerkers Mustafa en natuurlijk Ülkü demirell twee fantastische mensen die altijd klaar stonden, vriendelijk waren, af en toe een theetje met ons deden en ons hielpen. Zij hielpen met de koffers naar boven sjouwen en dachten met ons mee. De airco was ook erg fijn.

Apesar disso, não há qualquer som que incomode o sono. O preço foi bom. O quarto era minúsculo, claustrofóbico, bem diferente do que consta nas fotos. Banheiro minúsculo, limpeza de dois em dois dias. Além disso, a localização informada no booking não corresponde à localização real. O nome real é Taksim Park Suítes. Taksim Park é outro hotel.

- Arsen (8/5): Необходим срочный ремонт, местоположение супер - Местоположение просто супер, останавливаюсь всегда в этом районе так как оттуда удобно добираться до всех важных целей Стамбула. Персонал приветливый, Wi Fi работает прекрасно. Номера срочно нуждаются в ремонте! Сантехника вся в плачевном состоянии. Много пыли в номерах и чужих волос особенно в углах комнаты. Кондиционер и телефон в номере не работают . Телевизор и пульт тоже .

NO ONE GO AND STAY THERE

They are very friendly and they helped us with the bags all the time. It’s a comfortable hotel if you want a good place to sleep in and enjoy the rest of your trip. Window was sound proof so that was excellent. Also AC was perfect. Also special thx to Majeed and the rest of the hotel staff. Safe place to stay and the location is great right beside the Main Street so you can walk from there if you have bags and you don’t want to walk through the busy street of Istiklal. Also 1 min away from Istiklal busy street so very good location. We will come again. Great value for money as well. Maybe no elevator but I don’t see that as a problem and the hotel staff helps you with the bags all the time not only when on come and leave. Any day they will help you without even asking them. They were very keen to make us comfortable. Many small hotels in this area have no elevators so it’s not an odd thing.

- Shu (8/5): Good bargain for your short stay in istanbul. - The location is incomparable for real, within one min walk u can reach to the most busy area in Taksim and the bus station, metro station and Havabus station also within 5 min by walk can be reach. And the price is very affordable compared to how expensive this city is. We only spend two nights in istanbul so this is the best location for us There’s one day I shower with no hot water during the daytime. But doesn’t happen again.

Mustafa was awsome guy every sec wants to help and offer chaaai, coffee such nice guy! Actually, I arrived at hotel before check-in probably 11-1 morning and i left my stuff near reception and said get rdy my room at 2clock! After came the guy with longest height a little bit not correclty person! He saw before me and i told him! Then says wait more 20-30mins! Stupidly really, i was really tired from the flight and been waiting fastly to enter in and take sleep! No lift, and its wet in the hall! Hall is so small, but it is ok!

Sheets and covers need to be replaced with new ones very small rooms and bathroom, specially twin room, but it is ok if for sleeping only. no place to keep and open your luggage in the twin room.

- Abylaikhan (8/5): Very good - We stayed at this hotel for a week. I would like to mention the staff, very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Also loved the location, overall would return again.
- Munawar (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Main tourists attractions transport , eateries were at walking distance. Excellent to commute and roam around from hotel. Location and Staff , namely Mr. Muhammad and Mustafa are gem of persons. Very cooperative and helping.
- Abdulrahman (9/5): Very nice and everything is nearly with walk or bus. - It is near everything with one bus you can be every where you want that is not in Taksim and it is 10/10 location and 10/10 the hospitality the people there were very friendly.

- Taha (5/5): Passable - The staff are good and friendly. The location is very good because it's near taxi station and near taksim street. The building is old and the toilet is too small.

- Saadat (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, breakfast cafe just infront of hotel, taxi stand just 15 meter away and bus stand just 30 meters away. Staff is helpful, friendly and caring. Always provide water whenever we came from sightseeing.
- Miguel (8/5): Nice stay, amazing staff - When we first came to our room, there was an issuec and Mustafa, the man at reception, was super helpful with it, changed our room, took care of cleaning, etc. In general, he was always attentive to our needs, and the other workers were too. They also allowed us to stay a bit more than the check out time due to a problem we had, with no extra charge, and watched our luggage for an hour after that. Thank you Mustafa and staff! The room was okay clean, and the air conditioning didn’t work well, although it cooled the room.

- Ameen (9/5): Great location - nice staff - heart of Istanbul - ok price - staff: nice and helpful check-in: I was able to do early check-in thanks a lot location: is close to a bus station from which u can use Istanbul card to reach almost anywhere just use moovit app for this purpose or any other app u see fit Istiklal street: is very close and stays open late Fridge: very good mini fridge, the water gets very cold (tune it according to your needs) Wifi: good wifi bathroom: a little bit small, but manageable shower: there was a plumbing issue, water overflow during shower, I asked the hotel and they said they will look into it
