Ik zou er weer teruggaan bij een volgend bezoek. - De inrichting, netheid, rustige ligging, geweldige terras met uitzicht over de stad, fijn personeel dat je met alles helpt, goed ontbijt en diner. Het is wat verder van de bezienswaardigheden af maar wel vlakbij een taxi standplaats waardoor je snel komt waar je wil.
• Ruslan (5/5): They will be very helpful to fix anything that you are unhappy with. Amazing host! - Most probably I haven't seen the worst in the medina, so I can't really compare, but for me, a person who values the quality, it was just okay. I really enjoyed the friendliness and how welcome the staff of the hotel was. Adil was extremely polite and friendly and was managing everything with the high level of professionalism! If we had any problems, he would happily help us to fix it. For example, there was no rug in the bathroom, and the floor was a bit cold to stay on, but Adil helped us with some towels. Also, I got a little bit sick during the stay. The host helped me to prepare some homemade electrolyte drink with sugar, salt, and lemon water. He provided us with additional water and several teas, and it was not charged, so it was very nice to have it. If you are not that picky and something happens to you, be sure that they would try their best to fix it. I'm not a fan of Moroccan breakfast, as there is too much sweets, but I think it is the same in all riads. Here what I've noticed is just that sometimes the pancakes are different from the person who they cook, so I preferred a real Moroccan pancake rather than just crepes . The first day there was no hot water when we arrived for the whole day, but the host explained to us that it wasn't their fault, and for the next day they fixed it. The area is a little bit too far from the center and from the place where you could take a taxi. Also, the space of the room is very tiny, but I guess it is the same for many riads in that area.

Tolle gepflegte, stilvolle Dachterrasse. Schönes, leckeres Frühstück! Würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen und empfehlen das Riad auf jeden Fall weiter. • OlietLo (10/5): - Nous avons passé 5 nuits au Riad Origine à Marrakech et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Le riad est idéalement situé, à environ 15 minutes de l’aéroport. Dès notre arrivée, le transport nous attendait à la sortie de l’avion, ce qui a rendu le trajet très simple et confortable. Comme le riad se trouve dans une rue piétonne, un service de bagages était également prévu à notre arrivée. Le riad compte seulement 5 chambres, ce qui permet de profiter d’un endroit calme, intime et reposant. Notre chambre était pratique, très propre et joliment décorée. La salle de bain et les toilettes se trouvaient dans la chambre, avec gel douche, shampoing et sèche-cheveux à disposition. La propreté du logement était vraiment irréprochable. Petit déjeuner typique composé de pâtisseries, diverses crêpes , et œufs. Assortiment de confiture , fruits et jus d'orange. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le petit bassin, juste ce qu’il faut pour se rafraîchir après une journée à Marrakech : c’était parfait. Un point qui mérite vraiment d’être souligné est la gentillesse du personnel. Adil et toute l’équipe sont adorables, disponibles, souriants et toujours de bons conseils. Nous avons également eu l’occasion de manger sur place avec eux : c’était très, très bon. Le riad propose un petit menu vraiment sympa, simple et savoureux. Ils peuvent aussi organiser des excursions et donnent d’excellents conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour à Marrakech. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter, autant pour la qualité du logement que pour l’accueil exceptionnel de l’équipe. Un peu de Nutella au déjeuner ;)

• Caterina (9/5): - La struttura è bella, pulita ed accogliente. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato un buon thé alla menta con biscotti tipici marocchini. L'host, su nostra richiesta, ci ha organizzato il transfer dall'aeroporto e in occasione delle varie escursioni e della partenza ci ha sempre accompagnati all'appuntamento con le guide/driver. Colazione abbondante . La camera dotata di aria condizionata e bagno privato molto comodo. Accesso alle 2 terrazze a tutte le ore. Consigliatissimo!

La chambre était propre, les draps et les serviettes sont changés tous les jours, la piscine est chauffée et les 2 terrasses en roof top sont très agréables pour se sècher au soleil! N'hésitez pas à commander votre repas le soir, Fatiha fait un excellent tajine et le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux pour démarrer la journée dans la médina ! The aesthetics were really lovely, very peaceful environment, and definitely worth the stay. The complementary tea was amazing! Breakfast was also really nice. No complaints whatsoever.

La piscine était chauffée, un vrai plus pour en profiter à cette saison. Organisation du transfert depuis l’aéroport qui facilite beaucoup les choses avec des enfants. Attention au surbooking…

Offentliche Bereiche wirken funktional und werbelastig statt gemütlich - insgesamt fehlt eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Colazione molto buona.È davvero difficile trovare il Riad non sapendo dov'è anche se in realtà di giorno vi renderete conto che c'è poca strada da fare dalla strada principale e dopo averla fatta un paio di volte non avrete più problemi Purtroppo siamo arrivati la sera tardi. Le indicazioni che mandano per arrivare alla struttura non sono chiarissime, Google Maps non funziona... consiglierei a chi gestisce la struttura di mandare in anticipo magari indicazioni più chiare e di fare sapere agli ospiti di non ascoltare chi si offre di accompagnarli al Riad. Non tutti lo sanno.A noi è successo,un uomo ci ha accompagnato fino al Riad dopo parecchio che non riuscivamo a trovarlo.abbiamo lasciato una mancia ma non bastava.ci ha chiesto sempre di più fino a diventare aggressivo tutto questo davanti alla porta del riad.chi era alla reception ha aspettato senza fare niente o mandarlo via. Questo mi ha fatto rimanere molto male.

It was located right in Medina, and close walking distances to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and very comfortable. One thing we loved was the private rooftop and terrace which we ended up using all the time during our stay! Adil was a very generous and accommodating host and made it a seamless experience. No complaints! Our stay was great.

• Isabel (10/5): Beautiful and relaxing Riad - We chose the Riad Origines for my birthday and it was really a good choice! It's a beautiful Riad with a relaxing vibe good for both romantic stay and families, it as a lovely warmed pool where you can swim and relax. The room was beautiful, very clean, with a big space and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and complete with moroccan products and fruits. In the Medina, close to the Souk, it has an old moroccan hammam very close to it. We only stayed one night so we didn't have time to enjoy everything but they also propose massage, hammam, dinner and they can help with booking tours. Thank you to the host that welcomed us, he went to pick us up and took us to the Riad as we got lost in the Souk. He was very kind and helpful and gave suggestions for restaurants as their restaurant was closed that day. We would love to return and stay longer! We liked everything.
