- Susie (8/5): - My kids and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very nice and clean. Directions for checking in were clear and the staff was very helpful.
- June (10/5): - I did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel.

- Clark (4/5): Horrible stay in Italy. - The stairs were horrible to get to the room. The beds were not comfortable and there were bed bugs. I had bug bites everywhere so it pretty much ruined my trip to Italy. I would never stay there again and recommend you don’t stay there either.

- Sungjae (6/5): Good location, but poor housekeeping - Location was good to get access to major attractions in the city. Poor housekeep. Hearing that towers were aupposed to be replaced every two days, we placed used towels on the bathroom floor after the second night, but they were placed again just by folding. It was hard to see hotel staff.

- Andres (6/5): - This place is listed as less than a 10 min drive to Florence airport. It’s actually at least 20 mins. Parking is very complicated and you can hear your neighbours very easily. The host asked for exact arrival and departure times which I provided and then they sent us to a parking lot that would not be open early morning in time for when we needed to get to the airport. This forced us to find another lot and took an hour out of our already very short visit to Florence. Atleast they helped us find a solution.

Walkable neighborhood with many restaurants close by and great recommendations given as well and even helped with a reservation. One of the most comfortable beds on our entire trip. We would definitely stay there again on another trip back.

I mentioned to to the lady who welcomed us and was was told we had to wait…we waited three days and nothing was done. For the high price paid very poor conditions in our room.

The location was perfect, close to the train station as well as close to the center. I truly believe my stay at this boutique made me fall in love with Florence. The host (husband and wife) were the best. Can’t wait to come back to Florence and stay here again.

Had the manager on duty not spent some time showing us on a map where to go and what to do, we would have missed a couple of fun things to do. Totally independent at this place. Lots of walking! Two blocks to the place they provide breakfast. Loved it.
- Andrew (10/5): Andrew S - Good location. Quiet yet close eough to quickly get to attractions. Very clean. Rooms totally functional - you dont want to spend too much time in room in Florence anyway. Good size bathroom. Coffee and tea maker. The front desk staff were superb and extraordinarily helpful in giving me directions and helping me to get my delayed luggage from airport, arranging taxi's. Nothing but praise and totally recommend it.

We recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a quiet area, clean and easy access to everything. We would stay there again.

- Lynn (10/5): - Our rooms were immaculate, warm and spacious. Access into building is super easy with self-checkout. It’s a bit of a long walk from the train station, however we figured out the bus system and took it back to train station (bus stop is a couple blocks away from property). The shower can be a bit tight based on which way you’re facing, but very nice bathroom. On 2nd floor and no elevator if you have heavy luggage.

Ale at reception did a great job welcoming us and giving us valuable recommendations for Florence and even a little bit of history! Very interesting. He made our stay feel like we were visiting an old friend. We had a couple challenges with our trip, which required us to have to rent a wheelchair, and Ale went above and beyond and helped us sort everything out with the rental company. - Nicole (10/5): Pretty B&B - We only had one night here, but it was wonderful. They had a pack n play for our daughter, and the room and shower were great. Updated and the view from the room was great! We received vouchers for breakfast down the road from the room and that was nice as well. There is no elevator, but it's only 1 flight of stairs.

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants and all the popular monuments. After staying in a couple of awful hotels in Italy, my husband and I were so relieved that this hotel was so lovely.

- Peter (8/5): Wonderful property, but noisy. - The property is really great, modern interiors, great staff, good location within 1km walking distance of the centre. The only negative is some rooms overlook the street which is noisy and the windows are old wooden structures that don't block any noise out.

- Priya (6/5): - We decided to book here after seeing very positive online ratings and a great price. We were there for five nights but for the first four they put us in a tiny room with only a double bed. We could barely move around the room or turn over in bed. We asked them to move us but they said they had no other rooms. My cousin who was traveling alone got a huge room while we two were crowded into a tiny one. Finally on the last night they gave us a huge room in the front of the building which much nicer but very loud due to street noise. The B&B did have some good points though: it was central, rooms were clean, and staff helped us move rooms.

- Karen (10/5): Great Place to Stay - We just returned from a week at My Guest in Florence and had the most wonderful experience! The location is on a quiet little street within easy walking distance to everything you'll want to visit in Florence. The entire place is only a few rooms ( either 7 or 9) on the 2nd floor. The rooms are bright, spotless and large with private bathrooms and refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. Our room had floor to ceiling windows opening up to the little courtyard. I believe the entire place opened only about a year ago. Upon check in you are provided with a key to the building, another key to enter the 2nd floor and a 3rd key to your room. The staff were always eager to help or answer any questions we had. We spent several nights on the large balcony enjoying wine and cheese with friends. If you include breakfast in your reservation, and you absolutley should, it is at the Nabucco Wine Bar about 2 blocks away. This place is the most adorable local caffe. You will choose one pastry, one savory item, juice and coffee. There is really nothing I would change or improve about our stay! My expectations were exceeded.
- Ginny (8/5): Lovely B & B - This is a lovely B & B, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served down the road in a cafe not at the B & B, but we didn't find this to be a problem. We found it to be fairly central, most places we wanted to see within a 15 - 20 minute walk. Would be happy to stay here again if we returned to Florence.
- Pascale (10/5): Lovely Guest House - Stayed for 5 nights and wanted central location. Room just like the photos: nice clean room/bathroom and comfortable bed & linen (slept very well!). It looks newly renovated. Convenient mini fridge in room .Staff very friendly and professionnal. The only negative is the breakfasts provided in a local café: restricted choice (1 croissant, 1 piece of the same quiche + 2 beverages); it is ok for 2, even 3 days but otherwise... Overall, would stay again but would opt for no breakfast plan.

Although bed linen was not replaced every couple of days, room was tidied up. The breakfast place was bit far but the quality was very good though limited. Overall it was a great stay.

- Verified traveler (10/5): An awesome place to stay - We stayed at this awesome B&B for two days. Its name is "Bed and breakfast" but it offers more than a Hotel. The location is close for a short walk. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The lady on the reception was professional, welcomed us with a bright smile. Breakfast was in a friendly Coffee shop.In total I would definitely recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay there if I go back to Florence.
