• SAYUMI (6/5): - 中心地から近く、観光や買い物には困らない。こじんまりしたホテルで夜は静か。テラスからの景色もよかった。施設自体は年季が入っているが、スタッフは清掃を丁寧にしている。チェックインやチェックアウトの時間が指定時間からずれていても対応してくれた。 水回り、シャワーカーテンの臭いがきつかったので、せめてカーテンは変えると良いかも。換気が必須だが、網戸がないので、蚊などの小さな虫が侵入してしまうので、虫除けスプレーが必要。

Que cobraran comisión por el pago con tarjeta. Creo que sería interesante ofrecer desayuno y aprovechar la terraza tan bonita que tiene.
• Mithila (8/5): - room was exactly as promised, staff was very accommodating with our late flight arrival the fans in the room were not enough for comfortable air circulation, it was very very hot and the air was stale. however, we are canadians coming from 10 degrees to ~30 degrees, so that would’ve been a given regardless.
• Alexandra (7/5): Estadía en el viajero antigua 🌎 - Me gustó mucho que el alojamiento está muy cerca del centro , del arco de Santa Catalina , de agencias de turismo y transporte y de casas de cambio, la relación calidad precio está bien 👍🏻 No me gustó que el ventilador de la habitación que utilizamos no era muy eficiente y el calor de la ciudad es fuerte en la temporada que lo visite, no se podía graduar la velocidad del mismo y dormir así con ese calor es un poco incómodo, por la llave del agua caliente de la ducha salía el agua muy caliente 🔥 y casi no se podía regular ni abriendo la llave al máximo.

Personnel très accueillant et présents. Nous avons pris la même chambre avant et après l'excursion à Acatenango et avons beaucoup apprécié retrouver nos marques et profiter du patio pour se reposer.

Wir konnten Gepäck verstauen und nach dem Auschecken nochmal duschen. Es gibt kostenlosen Tee und Kaffee. Ein sehr fairer Preis. Die Dusche war schwer einzustellen: Es gab nur wenig zwischen heiß und kalt.

• Monika (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja - zdecydowanie jeden z największych plusów tego miejsca. Dodatkowo bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa oraz wygodne łóżka, dzięki czemu pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy. Dużym atutem jest też patio na zewnątrz na górze, gdzie można spokojnie posiedzieć i spędzić czas ze znajomymi, a nie tylko w pokoju. Jeśli chodzi o minusy, pokój był dość ciemny, co może przeszkadzać przy dłuższym pobycie. W łazience pojawiał się nieprzyjemny zapach (trudno powiedzieć, z czego dokładnie wynikał), a dodatkowo mieliśmy problem z cieknącym czymś, co zalewało dywanik. Mimo tych niedogodności, lokalizacja i ogólny klimat miejsca robią bardzo dobre wrażenie.

Прекрасные виды на вулкан с террасы, и ночью можно наблюдать горящую лаву. Недалеко от главной площади и рынка. Банк и турагенство прямо напротив. Номер тоже понравился.

El baño de mi habitación tenía muy mal olor, era bastante desagradable, no tenía ventilación y la única ventana que existía creo daba al baño compartido del hospedaje, por tanto venían todos los olores. No estaba muy limpio, sábanas desgastadas y manchadas. Igualmente para el precio y considerando que solo iba a dormir creo estaba OK.

También me gustó que tengan café y agua a disposición de todos los huéspedes. Desde el patio del segundo piso, si hay suerte, puedes ver el volcán de fuego en plena erupción! :) Podrían revisar las conexiones eléctricas (los enchufes o tomacorrientes) que si bien funcionan muy bien, da algo de temor que los puntos de corriente estén un poco sueltos de la pared.

• Kenneth (8/5): Good choice - Perfect location in the centre but in a really quiet area. Good views. Big and comfortable room. Good fan. Excellent shower. There's so much space and cracks in the doors/windows etc. so it feels like you are sleeping in the middle of the hostel with no privacy. The sound carries through easily. I could hear all the conversations from the reception as I was right next to it. Feels like I was in the shower with my neighbours. So there was not a great sense of privacy. There should be a better front door with another system. I had to get out of my room for so many guests that stood outside using the doorbell standing confused as the reception was not manned. Staff spoke no english.

Il bagno aveva molto odore di chiuso, quasi dí muffa e le prese della corrente erano davvero pericolanti.

• Sarah (10/5): - Nous avions la chambre 4 avec 2 lits et SDB Privé et qui donnait sur la terrasse, c'était vraiment très bien.Alors en effet il y a des traces d'humidité mais pour le prix...L'eau était bien chaude et il y avait des serviettes et du savon a disposition,la cuisine avait le nécessaire et le café offert le matin un vrai plus.Je pense qu'il vaut mieux avoir une chambre en haut sinon ce doit être sombre.Bon emplacement un peu de bruit mais c'est normal en ville.Je recommande super rapport qualité-prix.

• Francesco (6/5): - Sicuramente la vista è il punto più forte dal terrazzo, sopratutto se ti danno la stanza al piano superiore, ancora meglio ogni giorno che ti alzi. Stanza anche grandina dai Muri di carta velina si sente ogni cosa da stanze accanto a strada, bisogna mentalizzarsi. Ho avuto un po freddo di notte anche mettendo il doppio delle coperte dormendo con felpa pantaloni e calzini 😅
