Wir sind in der Nacht angereist und wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war jederzeit 24h da. Alle waren sehr freundlich besonders Sadik. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und man ist sehr schnell an der Metro Haltestelle.

- Nataša (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sadik war sehr nett und hat uns herzlich empfangen obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht angereist sind. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sauber. Es wurde jeden tag gereinigt und geputzt. Es war immer Tag und Nacht jemand da und das war richtig gut. Der Aufzug war super. Beginnt jedoch erst im 1. Stock. Das sollte man wissen wenn man sich mit Treppen schwer tut. Für uns war es kein Problem. Wenn wir was benötigt haben wurde uns immer ausgeholfen. Wir haben uns gut und sicher gefühlt. Der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde organisiert und war preislich sehr fair. Preis Leistung war das Hotel herausragend gut. Das vierer Zimmer ist etwas zu klein. Für 3 Personen besser geeignet von der Größe.

(I guess smoking was allowed in the past and it still sits deep in the walls.)

После выселения позволили оставить наши вещи на хранение на пол дня и даже помогли с чемоданом тяжелым выйти из отеля. Хороший вайфай. Стабильная горячая вода (номер на самом верху). Расположение за мечетью, слышно с двум мечетей сразу молитвы, для меня это плюс, очень аутентично. Честно говоря, пребывание в отеле оставило приятное впечатление несмотря на некоторые бытовые неудобства. Отпуск прошел шикарно. Мы в номере только ночевали, были 4 ночи. Вид на волшебные закаты и чайки летающие над головой компенсировали все недостатки. Соотношение цены и качества идеальное. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля ❤️ Узкая винтовая лестница, чтобы добраться до лифта, он на втором этаже. Лифт на 1 человека и Максимум с чемоданом. Пешком по винтовой узкой лестнице очень неудобно. Если вы с коляской или у кого-то проблемы с подьемом по лестницам - не советую, конечно. Номер поживший жизнь. Пуфик в пятнах, стены с трещинками, грязновато. Один комплект полотенец на 2 двоих гостей. Потекший холодильник, внутри покрыт айсбергом ) Номер правда малюсенький, вдвоем с подростком с трудом разворачивались вдвоем. Звукоизоляции нет вообще ) через дверь слышно все - она тонкая деревянная.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Khalid welcomed me very well and Poorya was the most helpful person I have ever met. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Taksim Square and public transport, which made it super convenient to get around the city. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

- Hasna (10/5): - Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – gerne wieder! Ich habe nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, war aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Mein Zimmer war überraschend groß und sehr sauber – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Die Fenster gingen zur Straße hinaus, wodurch es natürlich nicht komplett ruhig war, aber das war für mich kein Nachteil. Ich war zentral untergebracht und mag das lebendige Stadtgefühl ohnehin – es hat also gut gepasst. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen Empfang: Der Check-in wurde zügig und aufmerksam von einem jungen Mann namens Halit durchgeführt – vielen Dank dafür! Beim Auschecken habe ich dann sogar noch ein kleines Präsent bekommen: eine türkische Spezialität, über die ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage kann ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Guven and Khaled were so lovely, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and be available for all sorts of assistance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained which are often the two things I focus on when looking for accommodation. I found the location to be super convenient and did not at all feel unsafe! Room was a little tight, not ideal if you have more than 2 bags with you

Taksim center was also a short walk away and always fun to walk in at the end of the day. Khaled was our receptionist and he was super helpful. He had wonderful recommendations and was kind during all his interactions. Would stay here again. N/A

It's on a side street, so it's quieter than the main street, though there is still some noise Some small details in the room could be improved, such as the malfunctioning toilet seat and the quality of the bed sheets
- Miguel (8/5): Very good - Very convenient location and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Halit and Poyraz. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room and they got someone to fix it the same day despite it already being kind of late. The facilities could have been a bit newer and cleaner, but honestly great value.

- Foram (5/5): Passable - The receptionist (who comes in the day shift) was very helpful and polite to us. The manager also gifted us a few turkish delights. The view was quite good from balcony. We stayed for 3 days, but they just gave two small cups of water on the first day and later on they informed us to purchase water bottle from the market. The room is too small for a couple that you can't walk easily as well in the room. Also, we were feeling hot in the room and a/c wasn't working properly and making some noise, so we called the receptionist (who comes in the night shift) and he replied sarcastically that why do you want to use a/c, no one else uses it?
- Karapetrova (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel is right on the promenade. A young guy works at the reception who was very nice and polite. The street is near brothels and there are prostitutes on the street itself. The rooms are cramped.

- Mariam (7/5): Overall, good stay. - Staff were super friendly. Especially receptionists Poyraz and also another young man, unfortunately I do not have his name. They both were super helpful and attentive. Bed sheets were torn.

It was raining in Turkey but i got a warm beed .however , the service is really good and the stuff was so nice with me . Turkish people are so kind

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Poyraz, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short walk from Taksim Square and the main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

- Knr (9/5): Nice location - Location is highlight as it’s closer to train station and other tourist locations. Hospitality from the receptionist Ahmed is second to none and he helped with getting acquainted with major activities. The heater didn’t work in my work and it’s winter. I had to adjust in the room in the dungeon.
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The room was offering all the comfort we needed after our daily adventures. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a warm smile.

- Nardine (8/5): Very good - The hotel locatation is good inside taksim square. The staff was helpful. He carried the luggage for me and offered me free tea and coffee. Overall good for money. The rooms are very small. I couldn't fit with my 2 luggage easily. The elevator is in first floor, so you have to carry the luggage to the first floor. The stairs is very narrow to carry luggage through. The street have a cafe below. Alot of people loud for late hours.
