• Alice (9/5): - Le lieu est formidable. La terrasse ́our les locataires est magnifique. Le personnel accueillant et le petit déjeuner était très bon. Notre séjour a éte trop malheureusement trop court! On a tout apprécié. Faut juste faire attention avec la porte de la douche qui s'ouvre dans les deux sens dans la chambre que nous avions.

Anfitriã e demais funcionárias muito atenciosas. Procuraram nos atender em todas as dúvidas e necessidades com orientações simples e práticas. Tivemos um pequeno problema de falta de água quente no chuveiro, mas rapidamente resolvido pela equipe. Café da manhã, apesar de muito bom, simples, padrão itália. Não espere algo parecido a hotéis.

They definitely exceeded our expectations by a mile and set an extraordinary standard. Perfect for a long stay! We really enjoyed the cozy room with clean and comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was included in our reservation and was also delicious, nice and rich. Definitely recommend the place!

• Joselyn Gabriela (4/5): Muy incómodo - Es limpio. Me parece increíble que algo tan sencillo como no tener un espejo en la habitación te pueda hacer la estancia tan complicada. No cuesta nada poner un espejo, son económicos. El único que habia es el pequeño del lavabo. Si quieres vestirte, ver cómo vas de cuerpo completo, es imposible. Tuvimos que bajar a la recepción a ver si había alguno y tampoco. Es algo tan sencillo y básico que es incomprensible como no pueda haberlo…. Por otro lado, está en una cuesta MUY empinada, donde tienes que hacer el trayecto para llegar a el, de unos 18 minutos si estás en buena forma física. Pero no merece la pena alojarse tan lejos del centro. Ya que a los al rededores del hotel no hay nada. Tienes que ir y volver si o si. La verdad es que no me ha gustado mi estancia ahí habiendo tantas opciones mejores. / It seems incredible to me that something as simple as not having a mirror in the room can make the stay so inconvenient. It costs almost nothing to put a mirror in a room—they’re inexpensive. The only one available was the small one in the bathroom. If you want to get dressed and see how you look from head to toe, it’s impossible. We even had to go down to reception to ask if there was one available, and there wasn’t. It’s such a simple and basic thing that it’s hard to understand how there isn’t one. On the other hand, the hotel is located on a VERY steep hill, and you have to walk about 18 minutes to reach it—assuming you’re in good physical shape. But honestly, it’s not worth staying that far from the center, especially since there’s nothing around the hotel. You have to go back and forth every time you want to do anything. To be honest, I didn’t enjoy my stay there.

• Ella (8/5): Great stay in Bellagio - We loved staying here, the location is a fair walk from the town centre but if you enjoy walking like we do then this isn’t a problem at all. The service at this accommodation was really good, the breakfast included with the stay was lovely and set us up for the day. Eating it out in the terrace garden was gorgeous. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly! The free parking directly outside the property is an absolute bonus and not often found when travelling Italy. In our room the bed was broken, the headboard was clinging on for dear life and even slight movements caused it to bang against the wall.

• Binh (10/5): - Staff is very helpful. She gave us a guidance when we called to tell the property that we got lost on the way there and stayed back extra time to wait for us. Parking is included right in front of the property. Rooms are clean and nice with a big balcony, within short walking distance to downtown. The shower door was a bit tricky, you gotta pay attention to it else you will flood the bathroom floor.
• Benjamin (10/5): Paradise set atop of Bellagio! - This was a wonderful location set on top of the hill with a wonderful view. Note that it does take some effort to reach this property on foot pulling luggage up the hill! Taxi service is not easily available at these Lake Como villages. The woman who ran the reception was wonderful. (I'm sorry I forgot her name) She provided insight on dinner locations down in the village along with ensuring that we have early transportation down to the ferry dock the next morning since the property is a slight distance from the primary Bellagio village especially with our luggage. She also ensured that we have a breakfast bagged and prepared for our early departure in the morning. It was over and above!!! We really appreciated this service. Like I mentioned it is about 3/4 mile up the windy Bellagio road to this location and there really isn't a taxi or ride service easily accessible. Once we arrived this complaint fell away...

• Maria (6/5): Too far from the city center - The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and modern, but it took us 25 min walking uphill from the city center to reach it. Nothing to see around it. The shower cabin was leaking, so there was a lot of water on the floor. The breakfast was basic. We ordered omelet, and we had to pay for it when checking out - it was a surprise. I would look for another place next time.

• Agata (8/5): Bardzo miły pobyt z pomocną obsługą, czysty obiekt. - Bardzo podobała mi się miła i pomocna obsługa, czystość obiektu, położenie na wzgórzu, widok na patio podczas śniadania. Śniadania były mało różnorodne. Brakowało warzyw (jedynie pomidorki koktajlowe). Za jajecznicę trzeba było dodatkowo zapłacić 5€.
• MARY (10/5): - The property is lovely. It’s modern and very clean. Staff is great. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast delicious. Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. Also, there isn’t a place on the bus for luggage. Warning - there aren’t taxis or Ubers in Bellagio. There are only private car transfers that need to be pre-arranged. Most don’t want to deal with such a short transport. If you have mobility issues or are getting on in years, I would not recommend this location. It would be better to stay closer to the ferry dock where the terrain is flatter.

Trzeszczące i twarde łóżko w pokoju nr.3.Pokój był zaprojektowany jako jednoosobowy i przerobiony na dwuosobowy.Pokazano układ pokojów na drzwiach.Widac że pokój nr 3 ma pojedyncze łóżko.Wstawienie podwójnego łóżka powodowało że odleglość od łóżka do ściany z lewej strony wynosiła ok.30cm.Brak szafek nocnych . Booking powinien o takiej zmianie pokoju na dwuosobowy informować.

La atención de Irene sobresaliente y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para comer y que hacer para llegar al centro Cómo está alejado del lago y está en altura, llegar al hotel de vuelta se hacía un poco pesado, pero nada intolerable. Sería bueno tener una segunda almohada. La disponible era muy baja. Espacio para dejar las maletas un poco insuficientemente

O terraço para o pequeno almoço é muito bonito Muita luz no quarto com o nascer do dia. Os estores não são suficientes para tapar a luz. O Wi-fi é muito fraco dentro do quarto. Apenas bom sinal na zona da receção.
