Benchmark with price range hotels - the place is nice but for the price you expect a 3 star hotel service and this is not the case. The breakfast is very restrictive. It seems like the place has limited budget for breakfast and choices are non-existence.

• Aleksandr (8/5): Good place to stay - This is not my first stay. Convenient location. There is a gas station with a good store nearby. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious dinner. I don't like the very dim light in the room. I have to turn on all the lamps to somehow light up the room. There is a desk and a chair, but they are very uncomfortable for work. The bathroom also has very dark walls and poor lighting, so it is uncomfortable to shave.
• Kedibone45 (7/5): Good - It's clean,it's next to the amenities and very easy to find as it's just by the road..breakfast was really nice,I loved the silence thru the night,we had to swim with my kids and it was just a fun place.have stayed in PHB for long and relocated but it was for the first time I booked the place..am impressed 👍 That at the reception the old man didn't tell me his name,I felt like he was just not so happy I don't know could be wrong,but I just sensed because he didn't introduce himself it was just awkward for me. The people that's working there are definitely noisemakers in the morning,around six I had to wake up because someone was screaming for someone and I don't think they do consider the guests.

• Noémi (7/5): Good - Very nice staff, good breakfast and close to the Krüger Phalaborwa gate. The room is very dark, there was no proper lighting. The fridge is next to the bed, it is very annoying and noisy. We are not sure if it is always the case, but when we arrived, there was a tons of mosquitos in the room. It is malaria zone, so it would be great if they have mosquito net on the windows and have some precautions.

• Verster (10/5): Amazing place for a one night stay or even a few days - The front lady was very kind and helpful. When we got there, she quickly helped us and handled the paperwork so we could go relax. She was 6 because it was n hot day, she gave us a room close to the pool. There is a security guard who is on duty the entire day and night, as well as a gate that gets closed at night, but that is no problem since everyone gets a remote to come and go as they please. The aircon worked great and there was n fridge hidden in the small cupboard next to the bed. There is nothing bad to say.

The host was welcoming and friendly. The food was nice too. We really enjoyed our stay Maybe if it had more accessible recycling bins then it would’ve been more than perfect

But, in all fairness too all, it was Easter, and the breakfast was more and better than we anticipated We were glad to have stayed for. The breakfast.
