The location was excellent, the area felt very safe, and everything we needed was conveniently nearby. The double bed is big. - the location is super good as it is near to all the shopping centres and eateries. the staff at the check in counter look very stern and not very friendly. Upon my arrival, my friend who arrived first wrote my name on the list. The staff at the counter did not greet me nor ask me until I have to say I want to check-in, then he said, 'check-in?'. This is a bit unfriendly as I have to tell him instead of him asking me. He just looked at me.

- Saranya (7/5): - It was close to the subway station and namba parks. No breakfast provided, when I booked only smoking room was available and I got reminded that it was a smoking room every single second I spent. The stench was unbearable and had difficulty in breathing.

- Edoardo (9/5): Returning customer for more than 12 years, always excellent stay. - Located at one of the most convenient areas of Osaka, next to the terminal station of the train to Kansai airport. It is definitely the perfect place for travelers. The centrally located hotel is very close to Dotombori and Shinsaibashi in the core of the shopping spot of the city. The hotel is not big, but it has good facilities, which includes also a laundry area. Toiletries, and other amenities are provided. Nothing to say about dislikes.

I booked as my flight is at midnight. staff was nice to allow 1 hour early check in when they learnt that I will check out at 8p.m. So I check in at 2p.m instead of 3p.m. The smell is the lobby. Think it the cleaner they used. Smell very cheap.

I got a smoking room by mistake (not sure it was specified in the room description when I booked it) so I could smell the smoke and hated it and ruined my staying. When reception told me that I had a smoking room I was very surprised because I travel a lot (over 50 countries visited) and this never happened to me. I didn't expect in Japan to have such an option. The receptionists told me that they could only change the room for a charge but considering the situation I was surprised that I was not changed a room for free considering they had free rooms available. Most of the hotels would have done that especially in this particular circumstance.

The absolute best part of this hotel is its exceptional location—it’s just a few blocks away from Dotonbori and the central area of Namba, and just steps from the exit 5 of Namba Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city’s best food and nightlife. The staff was wonderful, always attentive and ready to help with a smile. Regarding the building, while the architecture has a more classic/older feel, we found it very convenient and well-designed. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. If you are looking for a place that puts you right in the middle of the action with great service, this is it. - Rod Raemon (8/5): It was good but the hotel can make it great for the AC issue. - The location is very convenient going to mall, shops and restaurant, close to train stations. Everything was good but the AC was controlled by the management. They can check the temperature every night and open the AC even for just 25-26 degrees celsius. I know it's still cold for some days or nights but some days are dry already and warm. Better check every night the temperature and just maintain the 25-26 degrees inside the room.
