• Sofia (2/5): Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel je ne comprend pas les avis je me suis baser dessus je suis arriver une horreur ! - Établissement éloigné de tout, hyper sal , le ménage n’est jamais fait malgré que j’ai mis la pancarte sur la porte. La piscine est belle juste pour la vue car elle est situé au 8iem. Ma fille c’est couper le pied car les carreaux de la piscine sont casser attention à vos pied ! Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel. Les serviettes de bain ne sont pas changer quotidiennement il faut que vous descendiez à la réceptions la changer vous même ! Je suis rentrer à 20h30 d’excursion la chambre n’étais pas faites bien que j’avais mis la pancarte je suis descendu me plaindre il m’ont dis on a pas beaucoup de femme de ménage tranquil on vous le fait demain ! Venir en vacances pour faire son ménage soit même ! Bien que je ramasser les affaires je faisais des poubelles moi même car il ne l’est vider pas.

• Young (8/5): Great affordable condo in local area - This was good value for money. The room was a little small, but it had a full size refrigerator & freezer and basic cooking facilities. Roof top pool was lovely. Good local feel in the streets walking up to the main road & beach A bit of building noise got on around (when you were in the pool) but it didn't detract too much. Set back from the beach a fair way - maybe a 10 - 12 minute walk. The bar was advertised as being open til 5pm but was often unattended by 4pm

• Helena (9/5): Dobrá poloha, super fitness, úžasný bazén. Skvěle jsme si to užili. - Výborná poloha, sice trochu stranou, ale blízko na obě pláže. Kousek 7/11, další obchody, masáže, praní prádla. Skvěle vybavené fitness, krásný bazén s úžasným výhledem. Pokoj dostatečně velký, vybavený, vč. kuchyňky, stolu a 2 židlí. Každý den uklizený + 2 lahve vody. Na recepci k dispozici ručníky na pláž. Balkonek byl velmi malý, vešel se tam sušák na prádlo a maximálně malá židle (ale nebyla k dispozici). Zapáchal odpad jak z koupelny, tak z venku, když se otevřely dveře na balkón. Restaurace byla velmi málo otevřena (neodpovídalo provozní době)

• Samir (5/5): Great location and views, but the hotel needs maintenance and updated air conditioning - The location is fantastic. It’s only about a 12 minute walk to Surin Beach and also close to a 7 Eleven(on the way to the beach) with plenty of restaurants, bars, and beach bars nearby which made it really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and is a great place to relax, and the food served on the top floor was reasonably priced and good quality. Unfortunately, the hotel feels like it needs some maintenance and investment. The pool had quite a few loose or missing tiles, which wasn’t ideal. The biggest issue was the air conditioning in the room — it seemed very old (2011) and really struggled to cool the room down. My wife is pregnant, so this made sleeping quite uncomfortable for us. The showers also weren’t great because there’s no direct hot water system; instead they use individual water heaters that are quite temperamental. There were also some smaller maintenance issues in the room such as a cracked hob, a table top that wasn’t properly fixed to the stand, and stains on the sofa. With some upgrades — especially new AC units and better shower heaters — this hotel could be excellent because the location and facilities have a lot of potential.

• Viktoria (2/5): Smutsigt, slitet och otrevligt - Om jag ska hitta något positivt så hade de ett hyfsat gym och restaurangen hade bra och prisvärd mat Fläckiga och trasiga möbler, trasig varmvattenberedare, AC, köksfläkt och brödrost. Vi bad dem komma upp och hjälpa oss med det som var trasigt första dagen, men under vår 5 dagars vistelse fick vi aldrig hjälp. Barnen gjorde illa sig i poolen eftersom den var trasig överallt. Städades dåligt och vi fick inte ens nya sängkläder trots att de var smutsiga. Inga små handdukar utan bara 4 stora till 5 personer. Ligger lite avsides, men det var absolut det minsta problemet.

• Sinisa, Marko (1/5): - Before booking this hotel, I strongly advise everyone to carefully read the reviews. As someone who professionally evaluates hotels and consults management teams on how to improve their overall ratings and operational standards, I feel fully competent to comment on my six-day stay at this property. The location is objectively poor, and while that may not be entirely fixable, it could have been acceptable if the rest of the hotel functioned properly. Unfortunately, it does not. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. The condition of the bed linens and mattresses was beyond unacceptable — it was disgraceful. Hygiene standards are clearly nonexistent. Breakfast was extremely limited. It is unpleasant to describe food as “bad,” but the quality of what was served was genuinely poor. The selection was minimal, quantities were insufficient, and the ingredients were of visibly low quality. There is absolutely no shade at the pool area — not even basic, inexpensive umbrellas. The pool water appears not to have been properly filtered for years, with chlorine simply being poured in as a substitute for actual maintenance. Certain sections of the pool are covered in algae and a slimy, moss-like substance. The fifth floor of the hotel is infested with bedbugs that actively bite guests during the night. Staff showed complete indifference to this issue. We were even told, in a dismissive and arrogant manner, that we were free to complain wherever we wished, but a refund was “not possible” due to hotel policy. So to be clear: hotel policy does not allow a dissatisfied guest to receive a refund after literally having their blood sucked all night — yet apparently it does allow that to happen in the first place. There is much more that could be said, but I doubt it would make any difference. The owner of this establishment does not deserve to hold a hospitality license.

We asked them twice to get hot water to our shower and unclog the drain, there were quite a few broken tiles in the pool you could get cut on, the only key that would keep electricity on in your room (and air conditioning) was also the only key they gave you for the front door. Seemed like a way to save cost and stop people keeping their room cool and some reception people would roll their eyes when you asked to be let in the front door (because left the front door key to keep your room cool)

• Andrea (1/5): Don’t even think about staying here – total scam! - Nothing We arrived with 3 kids and couldn’t believe what we saw. This place is a nightmare. First of all, the price is a total joke for what you get. There is loud construction everywhere, all weekend, and nowhere was this mentioned. The apartment itself is a disaster: • AC units are from the 90s, old and extremely loud • Mattress full of stains, completely disgusting • Balcony covered in sand and dust • Hair dryer is tiny and old • Only one towel per person • Old toaster, old fridge, everything is ancient The reception staff was useless. No instructions about the internet, so I had to figure it out myself. Even when someone came to “fix” it, the Wi-Fi only worked near the router. Traveling with 3 kids without proper internet was a total nightmare – they complained the whole time. The area around the hotel is awful. No nearby restaurants, only construction. The building is extremely old and falling apart. For the price, this place is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs!

But it is one studio with a sleeper couch. Nothing separating the two to make it a two BEDROOM apartment. Extremely disappointed on the misleading information

The building is not well kept, the room had so many marks on the walls, the furniture was broken or ripped and so on. Basically the pictures are not true. On the first day of arrival the air conditioning did not work, the following day the water wasn’t running. We had need up moving hotels.
• Hoernig (4/5): Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und hätten uns für diesen Preis ein deutlich komfortablerres Hotel gewünscht. - Die Nähe zum Strand. Die Einrichtung des Studioszimmers war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Zimmer hat es extrem muffig, gerochen, vermutlich durch eine nicht richtig gewartete Klimaanlage. Die Türen des Kleiderschranks funktioniert nicht richtig, auf dem Bett waren Flecken und im Badezimmer gab es einige schimmlige Stellen. Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde nach den Schäden geschaut, aber nicht alles behoben. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war vom Angebot her okay, aber nichts besonderes. Vom Pool aus hatte man einen schönen Ausblick. Die Pulverbar war jedoch leider geschlossen und einige Fliesen des Pools waren locker. Von den 8-10 Pool liegen, waren mehrere defekt. Zum Strand ist man nur 10 Minuten gelaufen, was sehr angenehm war.

Aamiaisella oli sopivasti valinnanvaraa, ja munakkaat ja pannukakut tilauksesta olivat maukkaita. Sijainti oli ok, sekä Surin Beachille että Bang Tao Beachille oli lyhyt kävelymatka. Kattouima-altaalta oli mielettömät maisemat! Huoneessa olisi hieman päivittämisen tarvetta, ilmalämpöpumput olivat hyvin äänekkäitä ja vessan kaapeissa reunat hapristuneet. Hotellille mennessä koimme säikähdyksen, kun kuski ei löytänyt hotellia Bookingissa näkyvästä osoitteesta. Päivittäkää osoite!!

• Priscilla (4/5): Vi bytte hotell efter 3 dagar. - Att balkongen var i solläge. Rummet var i dåligt skick, det kändes som att det bestod av ett hopplock av ärvda möbler. Möblerna var dessutom mycket smutsiga med fläckar. Sängen i ena rummet var trasig och åtgärdades något men gnisslade och lät. En unken doft låg i hela rummet. Sviten höll inte måtten för vad som lovades.

• Antonio (3/5): Ej prisvärt, 2 stjärnig standard - Stranden var mycket fin. Tråkigt att kvinnan i receptionen inte ens sa hej när man kom dit och skulle checka in. Väldigt loj och icke serviceminded personal . Helt okej 2 stjärnigt hotell men inte alls 4 som det anger. Fick vänta över en timme på frukosten fastän vi var nästan själva där. Det tog 5 dagar att få en kudde som saknades i rummet.

І було майже н - Дуже красивий басейн на даху і великий плюс, що є бар, де можна поїсти чи замовити їжу в апартаменти. Ціни дуже приємні і смачно. Але кухня працює лише до 16.00. Старі меблі, все надбите. Балкон брудний, немає сушки для одягу. На кухні була лише 1 ложка і 2 вилки. Рушники брудні. Заселялися ввечері, двоє дорослих та дитина - для дитини не було постілі та рушників. Хоча бронювали апартаменти на 3 людини. На рецепції сказали, що дадуть все завтра. Щодня прибиральниця для чогось знімала постіль з дивану і щовечора нам доводився її стелити заново.

Staff was friendly and even found us a cab to move to Krabi through Samet Nangshe view point. The water pressure in the sink was less. I think they are renovating the property.

• Nahuel (3/5): Imprevistos y el hotel no respondió adecuadamente - hermoso lugar, muy buen piso. excelente gimnasio y buen desayuno tuvimos un percance que esaban pintando justo en nuestro balcon toda la semana que tuvimos y al abrir la ventana siempre habia una persona ahi mismo, no teniamos privacidad. ademas de que un dia puse la ropa a secar en el balcon y me quedó llena de pintura porque no me avisaron que iban a pintar. le pedimos al hotel que nos dieran un reembolso ya que nunca pudimos abrir las ventanas ya que siempre habia una persona colgada pintando, y no nos dieron nada. me parece que actitud del hotel frente a estos imprevistos no fue nada buena. Solo nos lavaron de forma gratuita la ropa. Pero el balcón no lo pudimos usar durante toda la semana para secar ropa ni para salir nosotros porque estaba llenó de pintura.

• Alan (10/5): - Room was comfortable and quiet. It would be great to stay there for a longer period of time. I only book one night before moving to another location in Phuket. But I’d stay there again.
• Amy (8/5): Great value and easy to use the grab ap to order taxis to get around the lovely island. - Was great value for money and the location is in a up and coming area. There is lots of development going on. Great views from the rooftop with a swimming pool, bar and gym. Can’t say there was anything in particular that we did not like about the property.
