gregory (10/5): Try it, amazing - Amazing Gem in the middle of the mountains in a tiny town with views, simple town activities, silence, peace in a immaculate small family hotel, with great views of landscape and snow peaks. Christophe chef is superb, great gourmet healthy food, friendly and works with the family to make you as comfortable as can be. Hikes to old Swiss mountain villages…. Try it

Andrea (10/5): Wonderful hotel and people - Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was extraordinary, friendly and caring. The breakfast was delicious, the room clean and nice and so quiet. The view from our room was breath taking. Just a few minutes from Visp. Plenty of parking spaces.

Fiona (8/5): Very good - The owners are lovely. It's a small hotel and really personal service. The view from the bedroom balcony is beautiful. It is incredibly peaceful. The food in the restaurant is lovely. The taxi from the train station was expensive in AUD but everything in Switzerland is expensive. If you have your own car it's a stunning location to stay at, high above the the valley.

Therése (10/5): Fantastiskt alphotell med utsikt - Fantastiskt hotell med utsikt över dalen ovanför Visp. Vi bodde i två nätter i juli för att besöka Zermatt. Rummet var mycket trevligt, välstädat och hade sköna sängar. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Richard (10/5): WHAT A PLACE!! - What a place! Unbelievable from start to finish. Christoph and Elizabeth were wonderful hosts and always went the extra mile. The hotel itself is perfect. Everywhere is spotless. Then the views!!! I could have sat from my balcony and looked at the views for days. The food was brilliant also! The nicest place I have ever stayed. I can’t wait to go back.

John (9/5): Hotel Alpenblick - getting away from it all! - Location high above the valley was stunning. Hotel situated in a very attractive rural village. Hotel Alpenblick is a family run business. This gave it a personal touch which was a delight to experience. Rooms are compact but modern and attractive. We only stayed one night and were not able to assess what activities were available in the area. There may be more than was immediately apparent. The stay was relatively expensive, but the sense of exclusivity and the friendliness of the family owners made it a very good deal
Nissim (9/5): Wonderful Gem on the mountains - A typical small Swiss style countryside hotel. Our room was a large room with minimal yet enough furnitures, completely decorated with lots of wood style and with Perfect balcony watching the surrounding mountains and the valley below. This is a family owned hotel run by the third generation, and has quite a lot of history. Kristof, The hotel manager which is a charming and a very pleasant person, is also the Restaurant Chef, which was a big advantage as and we’ve enjoyed two wonderful and tasteful dinners together with his warm and welcoming hospitality which made us feel at home. Shower is a bit small. breakfast was very basic and could be improved.. They served fresh tasty bread with local cheeses, some Yogurt and home made jams.. no vegetables and no eggs.
Maciej (10/5): Fantastic place and best hospitality - Cozy place with beautiful panorama on Alps. Room was clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was full of tasty local products ( especially regional cheeses- La gruyere and Raclette or milky yogurt ). Hotel provides also restaurant with local cusine and home made wine ( my favourite - Pinot Noir ). The area around has a lot to offer - my choice was to see Matterhorn from Zermatt. I strongly recommend the hotel.

VHSturgeon (10/5): - This is an off-the-beaten-path jewel in an exquisite location in the Alps. Peace, tranquility and gourmet dining. Pinot noir from their own vineyard. Charming interior. Wonderful family staff. Jaw-dropping views.
Mollena (10/5): A beautiful gem in a breathtaking setting! - This hotel is a pure delight! I was arriving late, and am travelling with an injured leg. The staff at the hotel were so kind as to make sure i could have dinner, even though the kitchen was just about to close. They also helped me by moving me to a lower floor so I did not have to navigate so many stairs, and carried my bag. The views are beautiful and the quiet alpine valley is as picturesque as one could hope for! The place has the feeling of being in a home lovingly tended by the most gracious family, and breakfast on the patio overlooking the valley could not have been more satisfying or serene! I am so grateful to have had the time to stay in this gorgeous inn.
philippe (10/5): La vue, l'accueil, l'ambiance "montagne" - Une vue à 180°, un calme absolu, un très bon accueil et 3 langues parlées : anglais, allemand, français. Un très bon séjour dans un site vraiment sympa et très suisse. Je recommande si vous aimez le calme et la vue !
