WiFi was strong. Less than 2 minute walk to a deccent coffee shop and restaurant. The beach was close by also. The property is full of greenery and flowing water. Super relaxing! A great find!

- Ralf (8/5): Ein gutes Hotel in einer guten Lage - Tolle Lage in Rawai. Mit dem Roller kann man alles schnell erreichen. Hilfsbereites Personal. Der Budgetroom war mir zu laut; dröhnen wahrscheinlich durch die Klimaanlage. Ich habe kostenlos ein Upgrade bekommen. Dort war aber leider auch immer wieder Dröhnen wahrzunehmen. Konnte man aber aushalten. Die Anlage ist schön hergerichtet. Es gibt zwei Pools und genügend Sonnenliegen. Leider wurde der Pool nicht vernünftig gewartet; das Wasser war zwar klar aber man sollte doch täglich die Blätter und alles was sonst noch so in den Pool fliegt entfernen. Leider gibt es in den Zimmern unangenehme Geräusche; wahrscheinlich keine Schallentkopplung der Klimageräte.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the fish market and lots of restaurants and bars. Friendly and efficient hotel team. Rooms were cleaned every day and pool towels available. - Rene (9/5): Great! - This is how it's done. First of all, the place is really nice! The garden is very stunning. Employees and the owner are very kind, they also helped quickly with an issue I had. The room, is really nice! The wood, colours, furniture, it just all is very nice. So highly recommended!
- Elia (10/5): consigliato - tutto perfetto, ci siamo fermati una settimana con una coppia di amici e la struttura è stata perfetta per noi! pulizia quando desideri, piscina con asciugamani sempre pronti, area co-working dove poter prendere del buon caffè e giardino zen stupendo! abbiamo affittato dei motorini ed eravamo comodi a spostarci ovunque. c'è una signora fantastica che ha una lavanderia a pochi metri e quindi tutto molto comodo. ci mancherà la gattina bianca che ci teneva compagnia

- Egle (8/5): Warm hosts - We only stayed one night and unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to use or explore cosy shared areas, including the garden, pool, and co-working spaces. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and departure, which we appreciated. The dog next door (must be from the neighbouring house) barked continuously throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the shower head was quite unusual, with very thin water streams that made showering uncomfortable and rather painful.

- Alexandra (10/5): It was an absolutely delightful stay! We'll definitely consider staying in Namphung again when next - My whole family loved this place! I'm so glad we found it and were able to book it at the last minute. The entire territory is incredibly welcoming for relaxation and unwinding: there are numerous cozy spots, chairs, benches, hammocks, and nests of all kinds, all surrounded by trees, offering endless options for privacy while sitting outside. A pond and even a little waterfall. Lots of shades if you're not fancy of direct sun rays. We had a duplex, and it's a super option for a smaller family, leaving enough space for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped, although I'd suggest replacing non-stick pans with steel ones, as they're more durable. Another gem of this place is a coworking/community space. It's smart to have a separate building for making calls, watching reels, or just hanging out when you don't want to disturb anyone else around! A good coffee machine is also there, plus - book-crossing. And the last, but not least - the stuff. So attentive, kind, and trying to make your stay perfect! Love, love, love. Everything was fab! Mind the sockets: if you're not from the UK type, you'd better bring adapters with you.

- Victoria (10/5): - I stayed at Namphung Phuket for 1 week initially.. everything was 10/10. So I then stayed further!! The pool is amazing, the staff is amazing, the cleaning staff is amazing! I ended up extending my stay for 2 weeks. And it was worth it. The pool was clean, rooms were immaculate. Shout out Charlie, Nue Nue and Cherry! They looked after me the whole time, and made sure I had the best stay. So kind and attentive. Thank you kha for such an amazing stay. I will be back in 2026. 🫶🏼

- nicholas (10/5): - What a beautiful resort, set in a beautiful peaceful street. Near all the restaurants, bars and amminitities by Rawai beach. It also has a great coworking area with coffee and surrounded by ponds and gardens. Perfect for my fiancé and I to work in the evening while we trained in the day. The staff were amazing. Charlie and Cherry were so helpful and always in hand to help. The two lovely house keepers always smile and look after the rooms so well. We also met the owner, Geo. Great fun to talk to and always helpful with recommendations and guidance on the area. An amazing place to stay and had a fabulous time. Highly recommended. Nothing

I thought I was booking a simple budget hotel, but my Room was upgraded to what was essentially a self contained one bedroom apartment, full kitchen, two story, lounge, dining table, two bathrooms, very comfortable bed, great wifi, co working space, nice pool, and very quiet away from traffic... but just a few minutes to the bars and restaurants in Rawai... Nothing I can think of...

- Jorge (8/5): Piscina, zona de coworking y espacioso duplex - Amplitud del apartamento duplex con terraza, aire acondicionado y baños en ambas plantas. Frigorífico potente y cocina disponible. Instalaciones muy limpias. Comedor en planta inferior y tv en planta superior. Check out expresss dejando llaves en la mesa junto al sofá cama. 3 plazas de aparcamiento gratuito para coches junto a la recepción. La señal de TV tenía bastante nieve. Con fuerte viento se escuchaba algún chirrido persistente durante la noche que puede llegar a molestar a personas con dificultades para conciliar el sueño. No encontré secador de pelo.

- aj2400 (10/5): Amazing Stay at Namphung! - My stay at Namphung was fantastic. I initially booked for 12 nights but loved it so much that I ended up staying for 2.5 months! The resort is peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful garden setting. There’s a great pool, swings, hammocks, and a dedicated co-working space where I enjoyed a good coffee every morning. The place felt like its own little private paradise. The location is perfect. Tucked just off the main road, it offers a calm escape while being only a few minutes walk from Rawai Beach and a short drive to Nai Harn Beach. There are also plenty of restaurants, massage spots, supermarkets, gyms, and nightlife options nearby. The staff were excellent. Jack and NoNo at reception were always very friendly and super helpful. Jack was especially quick to reply on WhatsApp and made everything easy. Gio, the owner, was also incredibly welcoming and made sure my stay was smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free. It was clear they genuinely cared about guests having the best experience possible. The duplex apartment was a perfect fit for me. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed: a living area, kitchen, sofa, and TV downstairs, plus a large bedroom, bathroom, and balcony upstairs with a good view. It felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Namphung. It’s a beautiful, relaxing place with great people and everything you could need. I’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! Would stay again!
- Caroline (1/5): Not a good experience - Good location very close from the beach - room was clean The room was completly different from the pictures seen on the website. Small room quite dark. The personal ask for a supplement to get a Duplex. We had water issues some days (no hot water) sometime no water at all. It is far too much expensive for the quality of service. I do not recommand the place.
- Fiona (6/5): Pleasant - Great, totally quiet location: just off the main drag, within easy walking distance of a host of bars and restaurants along Rawai Beach and a fabulous Spa only 5 minutes away with top quality massages. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept the apartment spotless. Insufficient crockery and cooking utensils for 4 people's self-catering needs. Broken hammock. Umbrellas needed by the pook as it was almost impossible to keep out of direct sun.

- Cambaz (8/5): Very good - It was a very cute hotel with a beautiful and exotic garden. The staff were smiling and attentive. We loved the hotel and our room. Also Rawai beach has a very romantic sunset with good restaurants.. It is obvious that Rawai has a rat problem. Overall we were not very happy with Rawai unfortunatelly.
- Barrie (9/5): Relax and unwind at this boutique resort - Jack and the staff cannot do enough to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The rooms are spotlessly clean, services from laundry to bike hire are available effortlessly through the resort. Great location to amenities in Rawai beach. No coffee bar. However there are so many in a short walk it’s not really an issue :)

- Ali (10/5): Excellent stat - Honestly the owner of the facility and the staff were amazing. Never came short to help us and support us. The rooms are very well maintained and really comfortable. Only the billows and the bed mattress I put it as a suggestion for them to look into it.
