• ROGER (10/5): - Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.

• Micheal (10/5): - To chill and relax with family this is the place. Sunday breakfast buffet was excellent. Breakfast the other days was superior. Staff was there to help, security patrolled regularly, we felt very safe.
• Michael (8/5): - I liked that the room was quite large and spacious. It was rather remote and out of the way. I wish the electrical outlets had been 3 prong. I tried to request an adapter but it seemed they only had one and someone else was using it. I ended up pulling the guard plate off and plugging in my laptop using just two prongs. I was a bit worried about an electrical fire, but it ended up working out okay in the end. That was the only issue I experienced there. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

• Arlene (6/5): - The rooms need to be updated. I was also disappointed at how rooms were not cleaned well. The buffet dinner selection was ok but it would have been better if the food tasted fresh. The breakfast however was a tad better but was too heavy with pasta! Although the service was prompt with housekeeping and front desk ladies were courteous, I probably would not stay again...
• Raymond (10/5): Nice quiet resort with great pool - + Nice pool and pool area + Good sized rooms. Nice and clean + Food in the Mango restaurant was good and large portions + Staff was friendly and helpful. + Always on power in the room + We got complimentary Breakfast even if we didn't book breakfast though hotels.com who wanted a laughable amount for it. - The safe in the room and the remote for the AC didn't work when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk and they promised to have someone come fix it, they never did. - If you come by bus to Batangas and have a bit of luggage it can be hard to get it to the hotel since it's a bit far from.. everything. We ended up using trikes to get there but that was lett than an optimal solution, worth calling the hotel and ask them to come pick you up. - It was a bit windy while we where there and leafs and other debris blew into the pool and the grounds crew was not very tentative to clean it up making at least parts of the pool undesirable. - Breakfast was ok but nothing very exciting. Good omelet.

• YOUNGMIN (6/5): - The hotel was a clean but some insects were there. Water pool was smelling kinda chemical something. Location is outside of central city but you never use a car that was recommanded by the hotel, very expensive.(around 5,000 peso). Restaurant was good but a little bit expensive compare to outside restaurant. Front desk have no any other information about somewhere or something to eating for the customers. They just need to customers stick their room and spend money for them. If you wanna have a day in here, you have to rent a car. If you don't you cant go out everywhere.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Enjoyed BCC,but is it slipping back into old ways? - The BCC is an oasis, reasonably priced rooms that include a breakfast, and a fabulous pool that doesn’t get too busy. Good enough for us to trek down from Manila for an overnight. However, my last visit has raised some alarms as it seems to be slowly slipping back into the old ways (I know, as I’ve stayed here since 2003). Concern #1. Stray cats. This place was plagued with them some years ago, so badly that staff were hanging fish from trees to feed them! My last visit I saw a number hanging around. Not nice. Please nip this in the bud ASAP. Concern #2. The staff are nice, they always have been, but please let’s see some supervision/management presence. Idon’t Want to be assaulted at 0900 with disco music from the bar when I’m eating breakfast, or have to listen/watch basketball at breakfast because that’s what the waiter wants to watch. It’s up to the management to get this right, or not. You’ve done a tremendous job in picking up the standard of BCC, but you need to maintain it or you will lose custom.

• Philippe (8/5): Reasonable Hotel in Batangas - This was my 3rd stay. It is a bit pricey for what you get, but not much else in Batangas.
• Christyn (6/5): Nice hotel - This is a nice hotel for its price. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Only issue was the aircon. The aircon was too small for the size of the room that we availed. We reported this and were told that it will take one hour for the room to cool. Buffet was okay but has limited choices.

• John (10/5): A perfect relaxing getaway - Our stay for 3 nights as a family of 5 was a great experience at Batangas Country Club. It is such a serene place to forget about the hustle and bustle of Manila and stress of work. The staff are really really friendly, helpful and very accommodating (shout out to Vincent at the Mango Grill/Kalesa Bar) and to the lady security. The food is also of great quality including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Would definitely come back here.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Easter vacation - Bedroom furnishing outdated, food variety limited and taste could be improve. Staffs are friendly. Not centrally located.Also, we booked room that sleep three person, but the hotel only give two key card. When ask for additional key card, we were told that it is hotel rule to only provide maximum of two key card for every room.
• Vega (6/5): Best part of this Hotel is the Pool! - Traveling with a young child who likes swimming. Hotel room meets basic expectation with basic amenities like air-conditioning, clean private bathroom, cable TV, work table (if you need to work from time to time), small fridge and a small sink outside the bathroom. Hotel room is not wow-ing but commending the pool area. It's clean and night or day, you'd enjoy it. Kids love it too. The hotel has only one restaurant. food is decent and have wide selection. We booked the room that comes with breakfast. I must say though comparing it with the buffet breakfast I had with other resorts, this hotel's breakfast is a bit below average. food is placed in warmers but the food is not actually kept warm. Majority of the food as well is processed. ie. hotdogs, hams, sausage. For a hotel that does not allow food inside, i expect wider variety. for a 2 night stay, you'd probably start looking for other selection outside the hotel, which is not easy as the hotel is not near other food establishments There is a small section of the hotel that has family games like Uno, Jengga, foosbal and billiards. good entertainment alternative when you get tired of swimming. The hotel has gym too but didn't get to try it. It looked good from the outside though. hotel staff, reception, room service and housekeeping are all friendly and accommodating.

• Maria (6/5): Restroom did not function well - The staff are friendly and nice, however the restroom need to be fixed as it did not flushed good. Towels looks old and I'm glad we brought our own. The breakfast was great as it offered local food. On our way in and out to the facility the traffic is terrible the road is so narrow.

• Robin (8/5): nice break from the typical Philippines hotels - I spent 3 nights there in October. All was good.......nice surprise from the typical Philippines motel. The grounds are quite nice......a pool and garden setting........they use bug zappers and incense throughout the establishment. Good service. Security guard on premise. I would recommend this hotel.
• Verified traveler (4/5): This hotel is over rated. - Concrete shel, not a warm welcoming room at all. Bed hard as a rock. Tub busted. No counter in bathroom. Great staff though. Would never go back.
