• Vivien (9/5): Das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen warden ausgesprochen gut. Insgesamt sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal - Sehr gute und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr schöne Poolanlage, mit genügend Liegen. Die Zimmer hätten etwas gründlicher geputzt werden dürfen. Teilweise noch Haare/ Staubmäuse in Dusche und unter dem Tischen und Stühlen war allerdings vom Personal abhängig. Der junge Mann war gründlicher als die Dame.
• R. Mirrun (8/5): Beautiful hotel with AC issues. - Great sized room, bright and clean and very nicely designed. The hotel overall was just lovely. Staff were terrific and responsive. The heat/AC was a problem. I appreciate the explanation of the hotel but the lack of AC in April made things uncomfortable. We opened the door at one point and inadvertently let in a very large flying bug. That was the last time we kept the door or window open.
• Canigo (4/5): - Sauber, ausgiebiges Frühstück, super Lage Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung wegen dem Metallgitter unter der Matratze - am Morgen Rückenschmerzen, auf dem Klo geht aufrechtes Sitzen nicht, weil der Klodeckel in den Rücken drückt, beim Check-out sagen wir, dass es uns im Zimmer 330 nicht gefallen hat, aber niemand will wissen weshalb, wir kommen bestimmt trotz der super Lage und schönen Pool nie wieder.

The view is magnificent, very calming, couldn't stop stering at it. + Location: very quiet, Port de Soller is a place to rest from crowds + You can rest here, no parties, noise, loud music + Friendly staff + Clean + The sea view room is very comfortable, has everything that you need, even an iron. The cosmetics smell very nice. + Wordrobs with plenty of space + Modern & calming design + Everything is new in the hotel Breakfest was ok, everything what you need (if you are not vegan), but normally I expect from hotels to serve something extra compared to what we normally have at home, but that is just me.

• Thomas Kinch (9/5): Comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings - Very nice hotel in beautiful surroundings and with very pleasant staff. The facilities were nice and well kept, which gave a comforting atmosphere. Breakfast had a very nice selection (even if the coffee machines could use replacement with proper ones). The room was generally very nice, but the soundproofing was not exactly doing its job, so it was very clear in the morning when they started cleaning the surrounding rooms and when people were walking and talking in the corridors. The hotel had ads for massage, but the staff for that were on holidays, which was very disappointing (just remove the ads if you can't provide the service...).
• C.S (10/5): - Todo la verdad trabajo de mantenimiento en un hotel i este me da envidia muy tranquilo bien cuidado ,hasta el olor al entrar gusta y el personal en su mayoria super agradable nos hizo mucha gracia que al ver que eramos de Mallorca se les cambiaba la cara y todo jajaja pero en el buen sentido ya que como bien digo todos fueron un encanto. Seria por poner peros aunque la verdad me encanto , el zumo de naranja dejaba que desear como trabajador de un hotel entiendo que hay que rentabilizar y que si no seria mas caro pero estando en Sóller que tiene la fama de sus naranjos y que el zumo sea uno industrial o de tetrabrik .....meee pequeño fallo siendo un hotel de cierta categoría pero seria por poner alguna pega lo demas mas o menos bien de merienda que es lo que tuvimos pues calidad aceptable sinceramente.

• Ute (9/5): Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. - Unser Zimmer war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Mir hat gut gefallen, dass Dusche und WC getrennt sind. Man konnte per QR-Code Omeletts oder weitere Eier-Speisen auswählen. Der Service war freundlich und zugewandt. Die Zimmer wurden lediglich oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Boden wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einmal geputzt bzw. gesaugt.

• Avertine (6/5): Bien situé, bon petit déjeuner mais mauvais rapport qualité/prix - L'hôtel est situé en bordure de plage du port de Soller où il est agréable de déambuler. Le petit déjeuner est servi avec vue sur la mer et, hormis le buffet déjà bien diversifié, on peut commander, par exemple des oeufs Benedict ou autres tortillas. Certains membres du personnel sont agréables. Nous avons été mis dans une chambre qui tenait un peu du placard à balais (pas de chaise dans la chambre, par exemple, juste deux tabourets sous le plan de travail mais que nous ne pouvions pas placer ailleurs) avec une terrasse grande mais au fond d'un puits de plus de 4 mètres de profondeur, aucune vue (les arbres qui auraient pu être taillés pour apercevoir la montagne ne le sont pas) mais les autres chambres ont vue sur cette terrasse. J'avais demandé une chambre très calme alors je me suis dit que ceci était peut être dû à cela mais non car nous étions voisins avec le wellness: à 7 heures du matin, réveil donc (le premier matin avec bavardage fort du personnel qui s'installe, les autres matins avec des bruits de déménagements incessants jusqu'à ce que nous quittions les lieux; malgré ma demande du premier matin, la porte du local wellness reste grande ouverte pour que nous puissions profiter, sans doute). Ma table de chevet était bancale. L'usage de la balance avait fait des traces noires dans la salle de bains qui n'ont pas été complètement effacées au ménage Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Juste deux patères dans la salle de bains et une barre minuscule pour les serviettes, au dessus du lavabo donc inutilisable pour les grandes serviettes (pour info dans la cabine du ferry il y a 4 patères et 3 anneaux pour les serviettes). Les 4 sachets de sucre, les capsules de café et le sachet de rooibos, la bouteille d'eau de 50cl que nous avons consommés le premier soir n'ont pas été renouvelés. Bref, à plus de 180 euros la nuit, nous étions moins bien lotis que dans notre hôtel de Minorque moitié moins cher (mais où il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner)
• Zoe (8/5): Fantastic location, food and foods but few tweeks needed - Location, breakfast, views, room all fabulous 🤩 Having to book the spa facilities as they need to warm the sauna & steam room up and then when we arrive at that time it wasn’t turned on for us! We requested to keep the room on and then we was locked out and we had to still pay for the late room even though we had incurred two inconveniences! Also the pool bar man was extremely rude!

• Jo (8/5): Fab location, lovely room and facilities - Excellent location, lovely room with balcony facing the sea, lovely pool area, good breakfast We were there mid/end of April so not yet in full busy season but if felt a bit chaotic at times, particularly at breakfast as you have to wait to be assigned a table rather than just give room number and grab a seat so there was often a queue. There is a buffet breakfast but you can also order eggs etc fresh but actually getting attention of staff to order was almost impossible on some days. They need a better system. Also a couple of times when we came in late or when we left early morning there were wine glasses etc left in lobby for hours which isn't a good look but a very easy fix. Slow service at the bar in the evening as well, and not a very nice pint of beer. Also only one side of bed had bedside light which wasn't good for reading at night. That said, we did have a lovely time, room was great, pool lovely, staff friendly.

• Rosalynd (10/5): We had a wonderful stay and we are looking forward to returning. - We really appreciated the really helpful staff. Nico on reception was excellent. We were made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. The hotel was in beautiful condition with an excellent location next to the sea and views across the bay and mountains. Everything was very clean and well attended to. We enjoyed our breakfast which had an excellent range of food.We also enjoyed wining and dining in the evening and the food was delicious. Excellent bar too. The swimming pool area was very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing with a good location and beautiful view. All perfect

• Steffi Nowak (7/5): Modernes Hotel - Wir kamen etwas früher an und konnten trotzdem bereits einchecken. Vom Frühstücksbuffet hat man eine fantastische Sicht auf das Wasser und die Stadt. Auf dem ersten Blick sah alles qualitativ sehr hochwertig aus, der genauere zweite Blick hat leider was anderes gesagt. Bspw. eine sehr schwerfällig Tür und eine undichte Dusche.

A hotel nagyon szép helyen van, plusz pont az illatért, ami az érkezőt fogadja!🥰 Egy picike észrevétel: jó lett volna, ha a wellness részlegbe a szaunák mellé egy jakuzzi, vagy egy melegvizes medence is bekerül.

Auch war das Hotel geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Personal zuvorkommend, jedoch wirkte dieses teilweise überfordert mit den Bedingungen (zb. zu wenige indoor Sitzplätze - man hatte auf einen Tisch beim Frühstück warten müssen, was die Angestellten sichtlich gestresst hatte und sie sich mehrmals dafür entschuldigten) Die Zimmer sind sehr klein! Unsere Aussicht ging direkt auf eine Wand, was das Zimmer sehr dunkel gemacht hat. Zu wenige Sitzplätze im Speisesaal. Kein Salz/Pfeffer/Löffel am Tisch beim Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Frühstück empfand ich bei der Art von Hotel etwas gering.

Schöne Pool mit grandiosem Blick. Tolles Frühstück mit Blick auf die Bucht, kl Sauna kostenlos, Lage direkt an der Bucht, Straßenbahn, Promenade u Restaurants in Laufweite Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr eng geschnitten.

Sie hat uns (fast) jeden Morgen so herzlich begrüßt und war aufmerksam und hat gern Wünsche erfüllt. Ihre positive Energie begleitete einen den ganzen Tag! Den Poolbereich konnten wir nicht nutzen, noch zu frisch, aber sehr schade, sehr schöne Anlage. Dafür waren wir auf unserer Superterrasse. Der abendliche Zimmerservice war auch nett, ein Betthupferl dazu wäre noch schön. Fast nichts. Leider gab es im Zimmer keine Garderobe und nichts zum Handtücher trocknen.

• Lison (8/5): Un hôtel haut de gamme pour profiter de Puerto de Soller - Un emplacement idéal dans l’anse de Puerto de Soller et une vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne. Une équipe hôtelière à l’écoute et très professionnelle. Jolie piscine. Petit déjeuner offrant un large choix de mets sucrés et salés. RAS, si ce n’est l’absence de parking dans l’hôtel.

The room was quite small. This side of the bay is in the shade in the afternoon/evening as the sun disappears behind the hills, so no sun at the Pool in the evening (we were there in October) Pretty expensive Hotel for what it offers.

Staff were always upbeat and helpful Room cleaning service was good Adults only hotel. The staff worked tirelessly and with a smile to accommodate guests when it poured with rain and the terrace was out of use. Pool area was small and felt crowded. We had to request room refreshments and couple of times. No garden area.

• Katrin (8/5): Wunderbares Ferienhotel in traumhafter Lage 🥰 - Super Lage, schönes Zimmer! Wunderbarer Ausblick auf die Bucht auch abends von der Bar. Nettes Team! Der Pool liegt etwas weiter auf dem Berg, irgendwie nicht so toll, aber gut nutzbar. Das Meer ist aber so schön in der Bucht 🥰
• Emelie (3/5): - Die Lage vom Hotel war angemessen und der Poolbereich war auch schön angelegt. Frühstück war ok. Das Zimmer (Standard Doppelzimmer) war viel zu klein! Es war nicht wirklich sauber (Dusche, Mülleimer, ...). Das Bett waren zwei Matratzen auf Räder ... viel zu teuer für die Austattung und von "luxury" kann man leider nicht sprechen ..

Great location, gorgeous views, easy to drive to other locations and it was such a cute town to walk around at night. My fiance and I will 100% be coming back and staying here again! It was one of our favorite hotels from the trip. It also smells amazing inside and the service was phenomenal. If you’re looking for a place to book, BOOK HERE! Nothing, it was perfect!
