Michael (10/5): We will come again, our children liked the hotel and the staff and hotel’s interior let us feel welcomed and with the ot - The hotel interior, the different rooms for cards games and poker, library room, free coffee and cake, very close to restaurants and grocery stores, close to attractions, easy reachable by car, enough park places. The breakfast is very simple but it had enough - like at home.

Oliver (7/5): Für schmales Budget in Ordnung - Top Lage mit sehr guter Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt zu Fuß. Auch die SAP Arena ist mit dem ÖPNV in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind trotz Hauptstraße überraschend ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Matratzen sind gut. Das Gesamtkonzept ist nett. Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist ausbaufähig (Kontaktflächen, Regalböden). Dazu keine gültige Prüfung bei el. Geräten auf dem Zimmer. Auswahl beim Frühstück hätte ich in Anbetracht der Beschreibung/Werbung im Hotel größer erwartet. Dazu kommen mehrere "Baustellen" (Loch in der Decke im Speisesaal sowie fehlender Türrahmen auf unserer Etage im Flur), die den Eindruck stören. Hinzu kommt, dass die Rezeption tagsüber/mittags leider nicht immer besetzt war und keine Klingel oÄ existierte. Und Einwegbecher im Bad wenn man sich Umweltbewusstsein auf die Fahne schreibt, passen leider auch nicht.

Marita (9/5): Jederzeit wieder ! - Ich war zum 2.Mal bei Tante Alma. Ich hatte dieses mal ein Zimmer mit Badewanne. Leider hat im Bad die Heizung nicht funktioniert, ich bekam umgehend ein neues Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für Ausflüge, wenige Gehminuten bis in die Innenstadt. Mannheim ist immer eine Reise wert. Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht, also kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Da gibt es nichts.

Man muss echt Glück haben. Das Hotel ist reichlich in die Jahre gekommen (Teppiche, Ausstattung, Bad mit Duschvorhang). Alles etwas pekig. Leider war immer noch der Fernsehempfang im gesamten Hotel kaputt (wohl schon seit 4 oder 5 Wochen). Das Hotel wusste das, hat aber bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen. Sehr schlecht.

Es wurde ein Standventilator,gefühlt wie die ganze Einrichtung aus dem letzten Jahrhundert, als Provisorium im Zimmer aufgestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr sehr einfach-nur enttäuschend,es fehlen mir hier einfach die Worte,dies zu beschreiben. So billig und lieblos…

Laura (3/5): Fürchterliches Hotel mit bodenlos schlechtem Frühstücksbuffet - Die Lage Das Frühstück war bodenlos schlecht. Das Essen war eher von schlechter Qualität. Auswahl gab es auch keine. Das Frühstück bestand aus lauter leeren Kohlenhydraten und war zudem total überteuert. Im ganzen Hotel roch es nach Nikotin, der Nikotin Geruch kam aus den Wänden und Teppichen des ganzen Hotels. Außerdem hat der Teppich im ganzen Hotel und im Zimmer überall große Flecken. Das ganze Hotel macht insgesamt keinen guten Eindruck und es ist keinen Falls zu empfehlen. Wir werden nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Matilla (8/5): Always like to return. - Nice old style hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is basic but good. Location is safe and restaurants are just across the street if you are looking for a place for dinner. Staff is super helpful and friendly. TV does never work (I have been in the hotel very often). The fridge in the room is also only decoration. Access for people with mobility issues is not really possible.
