• Steven (3/5): Villas does not look like the photos, and was worn/old - The area itself is close to beaches and you can see the ocean from the rooftop decks of the villa...but that's about it for positives. The villas in the photos are not what was supplied. The rentals are at the Sivana Garden Villas, which are an older, and not well maintained. The was no hot water in the shower on arrival, the gas for the cooker was not turned on, the water for the laundry was not turned on. We had to call the desk for everything we tried to use. The jacuzzi in the very small pool was not working, either. The rooftop has no furniture, so you can step up there for the view and take photos...but that's about it. To top it off, they tried to charge me 3,700 TBH for water and electric when we checked out, but that was supposed tone included with a short-term two night stay. This was a budget villa at a luxury villa price!

• Thongsavane (8/5): Secluded and decent - Secluded getaway away from the beach. The villas and what they are is amazing the private pools are small but exactly what is needed on those hot days. The room did have quite a bit staining on the couch and curtains. Other than that very clean. Be careful and pay attention to the check or procedures to avoid costs and deposit is cash only

• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice and quiet villas but no service provided - It was nice and quiet pool villas but there was no service provided. Arrived early but not allowed to check in and you have to pay extra for early check in. There was problem with their communication system as I requested a shuttle service and it was delayed and ordered a floating breakfast and they forgot about it. No house keeping services, you even have to request to change your towel. The villa’s facilities were out dated and for the breakfast you could only choose one per person and no refill. The price was fairly cheap but I would not recommend it.
• Gianni (8/5): Mixed feelings - Nice house in a nice gated community Well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor area Pet are charged by day and per kilo. 13 kilo 1500 … per night… I got it discounted to 500 as it is low season and 1500 was the price per person per night….. But it was not written on Booking and despite I sent a message to info we were having a dog nobody ever saw that message even now. Deposit refund is very slow 2/3 days…. Why? It takes seconds to send from me to them why 2/3 days the opposite direction? All in all not nice staff at the reception… had to wait long time for them to show up… have to wait long time that they check the house when you leave. Beds not so comfortable very very low and with super slim single pillows

• Andreas (8/5): Tolle Vilenanlage, etwas abseits von Huahin - Wir hatten eine 4 Bedroom Villa, welche an sich sehr komfortabel und vollständig eingerichtet war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider hat uns Folgendes nicht gefallen: - Service an der Rezeption. Die Öffnungszeiten sind absolut inakzeptabel. Wenn man ein frühes Checkout benötigt um z. B. rechtzeitig am Flughafen zu sein, ist das nicht möglich, da erst ab 09.00 Uhr geöffnet ist. - Frühstück. Ist nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Auswahl, Fleischbeilage minderwertig, ohne Geschmack. Wir haben 4x Frühstück mitbezahlt, zweimal bekommen. Am letzten Tag hatten wir eine Vereinbarung, dass wir anstelle des bezahlten Frühstücks ein Take away Essen am Abend geliefert bekommen. Leider wurde uns das nicht gebracht. Wir haben somit rund 3000 Baht dem Restaurant geschenkt, ohne Gegenleistung. Fazit: Villas sind top, Service muss verbessert werden.

Just final closure included ridiculous cost on the deposit. - The place was really nice and clean, with friendly staff and also there was a nice bar with thai and indian food at the center court. Actually no complaints apart from 1 thing: At the end of our 3 day stay, they went to check the room as is to be expected. They charged us 2 times 100THB because apparently some mascara of my girlfriend went on the pillows. Which in our eyes is madness, this is just regular laundry and should be included in the price. Definitely because 1 towel also had traces of her period, which should then also cost 100THB, right?

• Michael (10/5): Just loved it ❤️ - Nice quiet location, excellent for families as villa is surrounded by high walls and secure entrance. A pet friendly space for our dog (soda) who enjoyed the freedom to run around without the worry of getting out. The swimming pool was excellent and not too deep as we had kids with us and really enjoyed it. The villa itself was large (4 bedrooms, 2 with large private bathrooms and the other 2 rooms had a shared large bathroom. All cooking appliances and kitchenware are in excellent condition and very clean. TVs in all rooms and bedrooms are very comfortable and have plenty of bed linen and towels and pillows and air-conditioning (everyone had a good sleep). Two restaurants at the location (Italian/Indian). We had some Italian delivered and was excellent 👌. Went to Italian in the morning for sandwiches and were the best I've eaten in the whole of Thailand and wish they could deliver to my home in Thailand 🇹🇭 😀. 15 minutes walk to shops/restaurants/laundry/pharmacy and massage parlour for foot massage. As we had a car with us, it was easy to venture to the beach and city as only 10 minutes away. There was a beach 5 minutes away but we didn't visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lady at reception spoke perfect English. All staff deserve 5 stars. Overall, 5 stars. Will be back again and again. Having to leave 😀

• Chia (7/5): Great for 8 pax and more! - The space is huge - We booked 4 bedders all came with bigger than queen size bedding. Space is huge but is inconvenient for people who don't speak Thai. Small hiccup at security house but a staff reached promptly to get it resolved. A cat that keep coming into the villa - I am terrified of animals. Too huge and abit empty - I know we rented the space but at the same time it feels just too empty. Water flow - Some toilets have strong water flow with consistent hot water, some dont.

• Colin (6/5): Not bad, far from perfect. - We booked to stay at Sivana Garden Pool Villas and were given a 4 bed villa at Sivana Hideaway. The oven did not work on the first night. Two bedrooms had to share a bathroom. Any communication in English was met with a terminated call. No attempt to say, cannot speak English.
• Jessica (10/5): Vackert belägen villa - Huset var i okej skick. Väldigt mycket flugor inne. Ena badrummet var så fullt av flugor och en hemsk lukt av avlopp som gjorde att vi inte använde det alls. Men det fanns två toaletter så vi använde inte den alls. Övriga rum var okej. Poolen var toppen. Klubbhuset är fantastiskt. Den stora poolen för alla är i fint skick. Maten är jättegod från klubbhuset. Området ligger avskillt från mycket annat, det är tyst och lugnt. Området är välskött och fint. För en lugn semester så är detta ett perfekt ställe.
• kwok sing Garry (10/5): - 自駕遊是一間一定要試吓既獨立屋。安全度相當高。私人泳池。亦有會所泳池。而且會所食品唔錯。仲可以送到門口。真係意想不到。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Very spacious, and comfortable enough. Good for rest and relax. The draw backs are pool is not that clean (insects) and a bit far off.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - 三天才有工人打掃收拾，我住三天沒有人打掃，垃圾要自己掉，而且屋內沒有電話可與front desk聯絡，沒有洗衣機，天台沒有設施和沙灘椅等可曬太陽，浪費了一點，早餐泰式比西式出色好吃，找車還好，security 不錯

• Sharif (8/5): - the moment i stepped in, i felt happy & surprised to see how big is the villa. superb for family. if you drive yourself, it's a perfect choice. only one thing i would like to mention: water flow from shoer is slow. Me & My family we have enjoyed a lot.
• Keung (10/5): 物超所值 - 舒適，寧靜，乾淨，設施齊全，環境優美，職員熱心，自駕遊的好地方。
• Verified traveler (6/5): - 整個屋苑外觀很美，但入到屋內很普通，設備不完善，所有洗頭水、牙膏牙刷都需要自行準備！屋內房間、廁所鎖匙只有管理員才有，反鎖了亦很難聯絡職員，要待第二天才可幫你開鎖。價格與實體不合比例
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Place is quiet and big. Good for family travelling together. But overall room is pretty old, and WiFi doesn't work. One of the shower only have brown water coming out. Doesn't have 24 hours reception, so if you are checking in late or early, you have to make prior arrangement. A big and nice club hosue in the middle.
• hoi yan (8/5): Villa旅遊之選 - 與家人同遊很好的體驗.4 bedrooms價錢便宜.雖然其中一間浴室沒有熱水洗澡.但問題不大.有私人桌球及泳池.即使足不出戶都可消磨一整天.廚房設備齊全.
• Alan (8/5): 非常舒適的居所 - 價錢不貴,舒適,地方大,我是自駕遊的,車可停在別墅內,非常方便,唯獨是地處偏僻,如不是自駕遊很難去到,出入亦不方便,但自駕遊便沒有問題,駕車約5分鐘便有便利店,大排檔,亦可一早在距離別墅約半小時車程的大型超市,買食物以及燒烤用品在別墅內的泳池邊燒烤,屋內亦有廚房以及煮食用具,只是泳池較細,但適合與小朋友到此渡假.

• Elisa (6/5): Te ver van Hua Hin - Mooie villa, met toch wat probleempjes... niet proper gekuist, ver van Hua Hin gelegen... Praten en begrijpen enkel Thais, communicatie dus een probleem. Taxi’s komen niet tot aan het hotel, tenzij deze die het hotel bellen, heeeel duur! De eetbaarst zijn veel dingen niet beschikbaar.
• Nat (6/5): ที่พักดี แต่ห้ามเสียดัง - ที่พักดีหมดนะครับ แต่ห้ามเสียงดังมีเขียนว่าห้ามเสียดังหลัง 21.00 แต่20.00 ก็มีพนักงานมาบอกให้งดใช้เสียงละ ถ้าจะมีกฎแบบนี้ น่าจะใส่ลงไปในรายละเอียดการจองเลยนะครับ คนเข้าพักจะได้เข้าใจตรงกัน บางคนอยากมาปาร์ตี้ใช้เสียง บางคนอยากมาแบบครอบครัว จะได้แยกๆกันไปเลยครับ อีกอย่างเก็บค่าประกันหลังละ 5,000 น่าจะมีบอกก่อนเช่นเดียวกันครับ
• Verified traveler (8/5): Escape to Hua Hin - No ironing board or iron available, though it mentions in the room description. Customer service was helpful thought. A little far from the city centre, but a great hideaway if you want piece and quiet.
• 家家 (2/5): - 雪櫃壞！毛巾同垃圾桶勁污糟！要求執房要500銖！不會有下次！
• Somkiat (8/5): - ภาพรวมดีมากครับ ชอบมาก แค่ทางเข้าจากปากทางลึกมากถนนไม่ค่อยดีครับ ความแรงของสัญญาณไวไฟไม่ค่อยแรง
• Phatsara (8/5): Goed, ma een beetje ver - Alles was mooi en proper de zwembad was maakte het heel gezellig. De tv was minder, het was moeilijk om het aan te zetten ( als je nie weet hoe dat in elkaar zit) het was ook een beetje ver vanalles.
• Yeung (8/5): Nice villa with good size private pool - Reservation are very responsive to our request. Staff are courteous and friendly.
• เ (10/5): โรงแรมดีมาก บรรยากาศดีเยี่ยมค่ะ - เคยไปพัก poolvilla ที่อื่นแล้ว บรรยากาศโอเค แต่พนักงานและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่ค่อยพร้อม เลยกลัวการจองครั้งนี้ แต่พอได้มาพักกับ sivana จริงๆ รู้สึกโอเคตั้งแต่หน้าบ้านที่พักเลยค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับก็เป็นกันเองมากๆ สระน้ำก็สะอาดแต่แอบมีกลิ่นฉี่แมวบริเวณรอบๆนิดหน่อย เพราะมีแมวจากบ้านอื่นหลุดมา ส่วนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ครบครันมากค่ะ

• h (8/5): - Stayed 5 days with 3 bedrooms pool villa. But disappointed that was only 1 bedroom has bathroom to come with, other two rooms we needed to share one bathroom which is inconvenience and long time queuing
