• John (10/5): Great modern apartment. - The apartment location was excellent close to shops, restaurants and the lake with a short walk to the funicular to the railway station. The room was very modern, well designed, quiet and just suited our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable. The check in staff were very helpful and great to deal with. The wifi internet was very poor.

Não gostei pq o nosso apartamento era no último andar, as janelas eram pequenas e não dava pra ver a rua! Ainda tinha uma claraboia no teto que ficava uma fresta enorme que nos incomodou!

• Raphael (8/5): Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, Komfort mit Abstrichen - Super Lage, gute Ausstattung, bequemes Bett. Sehr schlecht ist es, dass man gar nicht einfach "normal" Fernseh schauen kann. Nicht alle haben ein Netflix oder Disney oder von anderen Anbietern Logins. Ich bin der Meinung, das normale Fernseh sollte auch in so einer Unterkunft möglich sein. Insbesondere ohne klare Mitteilung bei der Buchung und zu diesem Preis. Auch war die Heizung nicht eingestellt. Es war beinahe unmöglich, das Zimmer auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu heizen. Ich habe gefroren.

• Martina (9/5): Posizione top, qualità-prezzo ortima! - Le suite si trovano nella via più famosa di Lugano, via Nassa, con negozi di lusso! Si fa il check-in a circa 60m di distanza poi ti accompagnano alla suite. Sono 4 in totale ognuna su un piano diverso quindi non hai vicini che possono disturbare. Ero alla numero uno per tre persone: stanza grande, bagno e doccia confortevoli. Letto comodo. Uniche pecche: non è una struttura con colazione ma per noi non è stato un problema. Cucina piccolissima ma non l’abbiamo usata. La doccia mi piacerebbe tutta chiusa. Stanza un po’ buia.

• Amiee (7/5): Good central but quiet location - The suite is in a great location on the edge of the old town in Lugano. It was very quiet, nicely furnished and had comfortable beds. The suite is very close to the lake and a very short walk to shops and restaurants. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, a small amount of something orange on the wall of the shower and hairs on the rain showerhead. We mentioned these to management and while the bathroom towels etc were replaced and the smell went for the day, the showerhead and orange build up were not cleaned and the smell was back in the evening. Quite disappointing. We were also told that the kitchenette was only to warm things up, and this was the reason that there was only one small pot and the small number of plates etc. but I think it would be good to be able to use the cooking facilities even if it meant that guests have to clean up after themselves like in an Airbnb.

• Stephen (10/5): - We had a great stay. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. It was a cute little apartment centrally located. Good location clean comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Lugano.
• Andrew (9/5): Very central location in Lugano with access to everything near. - Great location in Lugano along the strip where a lot of the shops are. Very short walk to the lake and the room was spacious with all the facilities required. Check in and check out was very simple and they even assisted me with getting up to the train station. Overall a good experience. Due to the city being very tightly built together the adjacent buildings are very close to you and not a lot of natural sunlight comes in during the day.

• Serge (6/5): Don't go there if you expect a hotel. Just call it a studio. - The central location in Lugano was very convenient. It was very calm (no noise at all) and clean. The room has no luxury. It has just what you need. A large beg (queen size), a small bed (made a sofa), a small table, a desk. It is called a suite because there is a small kitchen in the entrance. The bathroom is tiny. There is no staff in the facility. Finding where to check in is a treasure hunt game. The hotel is sending many lengthy messages in German. Sometimes, there is an English version that we find if we scroll enough. This is where the instructions for check in are hidden. I did not see any Italian. Contrarily to what booking.com says, there is no breakfast. The bottom line is that it is not a hotel. Call it a studio to rent for the day.

• James (9/5): Excellent base for exploring Ticino. - This was the base for a longer stay including a planned trip to Milan. The Suite is situated a little way from the main hotel reception so that arrangements for getting keys, and so on, are a little unusual. (Breakfast is served in the main hotel building also: straightforward, absolutely standard continental breakfast: noting to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. Perfectly satisfactory.) There had been an issue with the hotel taking card-payment before we arrived (a computer glitch) while we were en-route by rail through the Alps, but receptionist Ivy was able to deal with the matter most efficiently. Thank you! (It is important to be able to access data and internet while travelling: but that is one's own responsibility!) All the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The room, itself, was perfectly comfortable: it even had a little kitchenette! as well as the usual offer. With access vial a lift, the apartment was spick and span and perfectly secure. The old town is on the doorstep and a few yards from the lake and the heavenly church of Santa Maria degli Angeli. (Not to be missed on any account.) As the main railway station is - literally - 10 minutes walk, plus short funicular ride this made the ideal base for all sorts of excursions. We has Swiss Travel Passes for the entire duration of the holiday (it is worth the money), so were in and out of boats and trains all the time, Including a trip to Bellinzona. Milan is a short train-ride from Lugano too. I was worried beforehand about registration and picking up keys, but it worked beautifully in the end. The room might be a little dark for some, but given the heat and brightness of the day, I found it quite OK.
• Jaehyuck (6/5): Good location for quiet sleep for a couple of nights in Lugano. - Good central location. Easy access to public transport. The room was dark. The windows were not big enough to bring in enough light.
