- Tara (8/5): It was a good stay. - The gym area was nice. The hotel seemed clean inside and outside the rooms. It was nice to have the suite. The kitchen area was nice The fresh fruit was the main good feature and the coffee/tea. The breakfast food was packaged food. When looking for a hotel; it said a hot breakfast. So, I assumed cooked food. The texture wasn't good on the hot items. The potato wedges were the best hot food. So we just had cereal and milk with fruit. The cereal was a bit old/stale. The fresh fruit bowls and the coffee/tea stand were good! The baked cookies in the evening was a nice treat. Frühstück abwechslungsreicher als in anderen Home2suites. -Personal der Frontdesk sehr professionell und freundlich. - Zimmer im Top Zustand, sauber, bequem und vor allem eine für amerikanische Verhältnisse ruhige Klimaanlage. - dazu genügend kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Fazit: Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

We often chose other hotels because of free stay for - dog park was great accommodation and made us want to stay Home2sweet series more often. Smelled weeds in lobby at late evening. Probably from other guests at front outside or at pool that had loud party. Wished designated “smoking area” is away so kids wouldn’t have to ask “what is this smell?” Also, breakfast is decent but easily to get tired of if we stayed longer dates since it’s pretty much same lineups every day.

The location is great, the room we stayed in was very large with a comfortable bed and a kitchen with microwave, plates, cutlery, etc. The breakfast was very good and filling. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. They have a very nice laundry room and gym. I would highly recommend this motel. There is only one aspect that is unusual; not a negative, but unusual. That is that the rooms only come with 1 King bed. There are no more options for multiple beds. - Alain (6/5): Pleasant - Quiet place We waited more than half an hour outside the door of the lobby at night, calling the telephone in the lobby (we could hear it), calling through the interphone outside the entrance door (nobody never answered), trying to unlock electronically with our room key on the sensor (according to the instructions posted there), knocking at the glass door. Nobody was in the lobby. Eventually, I had to yell at the door several times. Someone finally came from the kitchen and opened the door. The employee said we should go to the service door around the corner and use our room key. How could we guess it without a sign telling us?

Only thing was an awful smell of clogged draining in the hallway that they were able to fix in a couple days time. The location is super convenient and very quiet. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends

- Santiago (6/5): Houston vacation - We enjoy booking a hotel with a suite that includes a separate living area plus a kitchen. When we checked in they informed us that our room was not available but they could put us another room that was not a suite and my brother who was on the trip would get his own room at no extra charge for our entire stay. However, they called us around 2ish the next day and informed us that our suite was available and we would have to move to our suite. So we had to drive all the way back to the hotel, pack and move to our new room which was an inconvenience. Plus we had roaches in our room too which was gross. There were two really sweet front desk ladies that helped us. Carmen however, was not that sweet and had an attitude.

The floors to the room needed vacuuming and upon getting off the elevator (at least on the 3rd floor) smelled like dogs and poo a bit, which i guess can be expected because its a dog friendly hotel. Overall I really liked the stay; the staff was nice, room was nice. I will return.

Maria does a fantastic job plus she was so friendly and helpful you really felt like you were home! The rooms, lobby, and hallways were exceptionally clean and well cared for. My only complaint is the pool area has 3 lounge chairs and all 3 were ripped off the frame from the foot 3/4 of the way to the back. They weren't safe to even try to sit on.
