Especially Susan, she went above and beyond to meet our needs and she made us feel so special. It was my daughter's 18th birthday and her prom. We chose the perfect hotel.. Thank you. There is nothing could say we didn't like. We had a fantastic time.

The breakfast was ok, actually it was the only thing that I had a problem with. limited to no options for people who are vegetarian. The potatoes were not refilled after repeatedly asking for it.

- Shelley (10/5): It was a great stay. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, helpful staff, good breakfast. - The breakfast was great; lots of choices that varied from day-to-day. Some small nit-picky complaints, like the fact that the butter packets were refrigerated so solidly, that it was impossible to butter your toast or your biscuit without tearing the bread. And maybe a second waffle maker; breakfast was quite crowded the days I was there, and it was often a wait to make your waffles, which often caused the other food you had on your plate to become cold. But these were really minor distractions in an otherwise solid free breakfast. Also, the 'digital key' was a nice feature. It took a minute to figure it out, but once I did, it was very convenient, since it's far more likely that you might forget to take the key card to your room with you than it would be to forget to take your phone. Also, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly, I can't really think of anything that I didn't like and if there was anything, it was it was some small thing that really didn't amount to much.

- Irene (9/5): A happy place to spend time away from home. - The staff were friendly & the room was comfortable for our group of five. The location is right off the highway but you don’t hear it. The breakfast was amazing & had lots of options.

- Rodrick (8/5): Good, But a couple things - Dirty showers in the corners. Grout was brown from dirt. Kitchen area was clean in the room. A rude Man ruined everybodys breakfast, with a loud speaker phone meeting. If that was you, dont do it again please. Just stay in your room.

But this particular one had a very uncomfortable bed, the toilet had running water and was not working properly, the tub was not draining properly. Explained to the staff as i was checking out. Hope they resolve the issues

Great kitchen design in rooms - sophisticated feel and nicely done! Fire alarm went off at 10pm and the front desk agents handled it expertly. Great stay and experience. Highly recommend. I would just remove that nasty trash bin in the hallway

- Charles H (10/5): Home2 - Overnight stay to see NYC Ballet at SPAC. Rates were the lowest in the area and the hotel is very clean. Staff super polite and helpful. Fluffy towels, comfortable bedding and pillows. We had a double bed but that was not a problem. Some places to eat in area but we found a cute little restaurant Ballston Lakeview Tavern a few miles away. We had a full fridge, appointed kitchenette and walk in shower. Dog friendly. Hilton hotels usually are good. I booked for next year’s Jazz Festival.
