- Anderson (5/5): Hospedagem muito ruim! - A localização é boa Ficamos 2 noites. Na primeira noite o ar-condicionados pingou a noite toda e o quarto amanheceu ensopado. Na manhã seguinte, fomos tomar banho e não tinha água quente. Saímos e quanto voltamos a noite o hotel estava sem energia. Quando a energia voltou, eles ligaram um sistema para sugar a agua do ar-condicionados que fazia um barulho horrível e acordava a gente de hora em hora a noite toda. A experiência foi péssima! Não recomendo esse hotel.

- Tong (8/5): Very good - located in downtown, easy access to restaurants, markets and bus terminal. The room was facing a inner coirtyard without windows, no sound proof, can here people talking and noise of door closing and opening, breakfast is too simple.

Upstairs in the dining area the women were very on top of everything. I loved the lamp next to my bed as I read at night. The TV could have been a little smaller. The city noise. But... I was in the heart of the city. .. that's on me. I do have a suggestion. On the business card please show a small map of the area surrounding the hotel, it would have been helpful to hand the card to the taxi driver instead of my phone. Spanish is not my native language. I think the driver would have appreciate it.

- Loïc (9/5): Really nice experience, definitely deserves 3 stars. - The property was very clean and the staff was really amazing. We had a problem with the shower in the room we booked. Staff was really reactive as soon as we contact them. Next day, they change us to another room (an entire suite !) without extra cost. Really amazing customer service :)

- Rabiul (6/5): Passable, close to city center - The location, tidiness and room size was decent The breakfast was very basic, the whole hotel was noisy since early morning and I couldn’t sleep. From the hallway I could hear loud music (probably played on mobile phone by cleaners), and continuous phone ringing.
- Sarah (8/5): Very good - The location is pretty close to the city center and there's a lot a stores around, you don't have to go to far in case you need a store or a pharmacy. The price was pretty fair if you book it through booking.com compared to booking it once you arrive to the hotel The town's weather is brutally hot, unfortunately the ceiling fan won't help at all with the heat in your room. I tried to open the window to the street but since it's a pretty busy street and is in front of a concurred building, it was not useful either. I think they should consider installing A/C instead cause not even in the reception you will find rest from that
