• Sharon (4/5): - the breakfast. we came down at 830 on Saturday. there were 2 sausage patties and croissants. one or two muffins. we were in line. we waited for an hour and she never refilled it. she kept looking but never replaced the sausage or croissants we didn't even bother to come down on Sunday morning. we are coming back in August but we will be staying at a different place. very disappointed with home 2 suite

• H911UProbertp (2/5): Barking Dog, and other service issues - Episode occurred on Dec 25, reported to Hilton on Dec 26, as of Jan 7, I have heard nothing from Hotel or Hilton Honors. Upon arrival at 1110pm I was told by desk clerk, I think Brian, that I could only have one bottle of water, hotel policy. For years at Hilton properties I’ve always received two. After a while he finally said I could trade in my “Rice Krispy treat” for another bottle. Arriving at room, 1115pm, large loud dog next door, room 123. Called desk, and Brian came down, heard the horrible noise, found no one in room with dog. He said the customer had not left a cell number or email so he could not contact them! Are you kidding me? I always have to provided a cell and email address on reservation. But he said he could not contact. Then we found that there was no toilet tissue in the bathroom! Brian brought some to our room. NEXT, the USB outlet right side of bed does not work. Brian did offer to change our room, but it was almost midnight, after long day of travel and in bed. Last time I heard the dog was about 1245am! Then he started again at 417am! I went down for coffee at 630am found Brian leaning against wall, with his head buried in his iPhone, never looked up, never acknowledged, never said a word. Totally unacceptable experience at a Hilton Hotel property.

The same staff member charged my card for my previous stay, even though my company paid for my stay. He told me to report it as fraud. So that experience ruined my stay

• Kimberly (6/5): - I really wanted to rate this property higher. We chose the hotel because of the high ratings from other guests but our experience just didn't match theirs. Upon check in, the representative was on the phone obviously complaining about some other guests and continued with her conversation for like 5 minutes as we stood there waiting. Then the pull out sofa bed was just awful. It was dirty (crumbs and dirt on the fitted mattress cover) and terrible quality. Very cheap springy with no padding at all. No shower gel or body lotion (I had to call and ask for them). Walls are thin. The family next to us had a toddler that screamed into the night and again early the next morning. Then the breakfast was the most disappointing hotel breakfast I've ever seen. My daughter was staying with her team at a much cheaper hotel closer to Augusta and their breakfast was five times the size with lots of choices. This hotels breakfast is literally just a premade tiny breakfast sandwich. No scrambled eggs, meat, fresh fruit (aside from some green bananas), nothing. And the final disappointment was the location, it was 30 minutes from the Augusta riverfront. I knew I was sacrificing location for what I thought was a higher quality hotel but unfortunately that was not the case. Overall a VERY disappointing experience.

• Essie (4/5): - I would like to respectfully bring to your attention a few issues that occurred during my recent stay at your establishment. Firstly, there was an incident where an unauthorized individual attempted to access our room using a key. This occurred after 10:30 pm, and while we were fortunately present in the room at the time, it was a concerning breach of our privacy. It is important to note that the individual did not identify themselves as a staff member or announce their presence before trying to enter. Secondly, the mattress provided in the room was not conducive to a comfortable sleep. The bed base was made of a material that caused discomfort, so I ended up sleeping on the floor using the sofa bed pillows. I kindly request that these concerns be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests. Additionally, I noticed that there was a considerable amount of noise due to the presence of a basketball and soccer team booking at the facility. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Our room had some stickiness, like syrup, on the carpet and on the sink in the bathroom so we had to wiped the counter down.
