• Pennie (7/5): - The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired. The hot food was not good, the eggs rubbery and hash browns so dry. This was really the only thing wrong with the hotel. Chose to eat out for breakfast on the second day.

And got double charged, they charged my credit card upon checking in and when we checked out they asked to ask my friend to pay for it. So we got double charged. So disappointing. We came back and they said it was pre authorize when we check in, but that never happened before when we check in here. I just don’t like how the staff in the receptionist did that and make my friend payed instead of paying it in the card that was kn the file.

• Jade (3/5): Clean, Nice but itchy and mechanical noises - The staff were great, the rooms were very clean and nice! Great location. The bed was so itchy, I wanted to scratch my whole body off. Then all night the building was making extremely loud noises, like huge bangs almost like pipes or a furnace and it was constantly happening every 20-30 minutes. Kept us up all night.

• Monique Racette (10/5): Always a great stay. - The staff was great. we happened to be there the night of the corporate appreciation and it was great to be able to sit there in the room with the various people watching the Blue Jays game and having a drink and a nice meal. I think the room size is perfect and having a microwave a fridge a sink a coffee maker right there is a bonus. The only comment I can be negative about was the pillows were uncomfortable. I guess the other thing I can comment on was maybe ensuring that the clock radio is not set on an alarm as we didn't do that and the alarm went off at 3:00 in the morning. Lol

The hotel is located centrally, which allows easy access to all areas of the city. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. My fave place to stay!

• Maisie (9/5): Overall it was good, clean, quiet and the price was reasonable for time of year. - Liked the size of the room, kitchenette, A/C, comfortable beds, location, free parking, close to shopping, friendly staff, good breakfast, and cleanliness. Liked I got most of what I requested when I booked. I did ask for a room on the non-road side, so facing parking lot and it was very quiet. Bed or mattress was noisy when just moving around on same while sleeping. Did not like I could not pay for my room upfront in cash because of their computer system would not allow until you stayed all your days, never had that happen before - need to change that! Breakfast was good with hot food but if your there more than 2 days and we were there for 6 days would have been nice to have something else - change up your breakfast please! Had a co-traveler who booked her room and when she arrived her room was not booked, thankfully she got a room on same floor as us but not an adjoining room.

• Perry (8/5): - This property is super clean. Front counter staff was not super friendly & did not greet me by name, which personalizes the experience. Bed was okay, not great. Lots of pillows. TV was on the small side, but watchable - only from bed. Accesable washroom was huge & floors shon, they were so clean. Water goes out onto main floor area, so dont leave your shoes too close. AC unit kept room comfortable & was reasonably quiet. Gym was ok but had no bike - only treadmills & weights. Coutesy towels & sanitizer were available. Breafast was available & the same menu both days. Chinky hashbrowns were not seasoned & bland. Scrambled eggs were mixed to the point of crumbs & no seasoning. Sausages were pretty flavorful & bacon was super thin but cooked well. Both bacon & sausage would benefit from grrase rack in bottom, to allow grease to drip off. Good selection of juices. Coffee was anemic but drinkable. Variety of cereals, toast , yogurt , apples & bananas were available & looked nice. 'Only one serving per guest' sign was rather tacky, but necessary, i suppose?
• Haley (5/5): Disappointed - I've stayed here a few times this year. The first time was great, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. I thought I had found the spot to stay for all my visits. The second time, the room was clean, and the bed was not comfy. Severely overused bed, huge dip in the center, and lumpy. Hoped it was a fluke since the hotel was packed. This time.. dirty shower with clumps of someone's hair left behind, thermostat didn't change temps unless you mashed buttons - even after "it was fixed" and the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't stay asleep. I won't stay here again after this last visit as I hoped the second was a fluke due to it being so busy - but this time the hotel was not busy at all.
