- Verified traveler (6/5): Не 3* - К гостинице такси подъехать не может, с 2х сторон огорожено шлагбаумом и проезд только для машин мвд, находящегося напротив гостиницы. Далее, добравшись до гостиницы, нам пришлось тащить чемоданы по лестнице по факту на 3й этаж. Лифт вроде есть в здании, но гостинице им пользоваться нельзя и на праздники его вообще отключили. При заселении в номере не было тапок, полотенец не хватало, зубные щетки в принципе не предусмотрены. После обращения на ресепшн администратор сильно удивилась просьбе все это предоставить, но тем не менее мы получили тапки и недостающие полотенца. Уборка одно название. По сути в прихожей только протирали и все, в ванной валялись куски межплиточной штукатурки , она отваливается. На стенах в номере были какие-то пятна. Полотенца нам не меняли(проживали 6ночей), пришлось просить уборщицу поменять. Она забрала полотенца, чистые обещала занести через полчаса и не принесла. Через 3 часа пошли на ресепшн, тогда нам наконец-то дали чистые полотенца. Слышимость ужасная. Если соседи в номере проснулись и начали ходить- ощущение, будто у вас в номере. В общем никакие это не 3*, не рекомендую, единственный плюс- местоположение в центре и тихий закоулок.

- Jean-Baptiste (6/5): Assez simple - L'hôtel est proche du centre (station Lioubianka), ce qui est pratique, mais le confort est sommaire : la chambre est assez petite et la salle de bain laisse à désirer (la cuvette des toilettes est... dans la douche). Bref, c'est assez simple, pour une nuit ou deux, mais pas forcément pour un séjour plus long.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay in Moscow - Had a great stay in the Apart-Hotel Naumov Lubyanka. The room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was conveniently located close to the metro. They even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate a special day.

- joshuahopz (8/5): Location, Comfort, Value - Moscow was our last destination on our 3 week holiday and so my wife and I had started to unwind a bit already. Like (I think?) most properties in Russia, these apartment-hotels are situated in old buildings which have been renovated for the purpose that they now serve. Therefore, from the outside, it looks somewhat dingy and you have to walk up past a set of stairs and then enter through another door before reaching reception, which then looks more modern, new, refurbished and inviting. We had paid online already and the checkin process was easy, the room itself is large with a good pressured shower head and hot water that was never an issue. There is plenty of room for storage and the beds are large. For a 3 star hotel, it meets all requirements that I had before coming. There is free coffee and tea, and complimentary bottled water when you first get here. The location is close enough to walk to the Kremlin and red square on foot, while also being close enough to metros of different lines should you wish to venture out further. For the price we paid, it's location and the number of stars this hotel is, all our needs were satisfied.

- maryjustinet81 (8/5): Very comfy! Great value! - We stayed in the kitchen apt/suite. Good size and well equipped. Bed and sheets were extremely comfy. Room was very clean. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Housecleaning staff were good and honest. Free water cooler in hallway which is great! Just be careful because the google location for the hotel is their secondary sort of annex location (few blocks away), not the main hotel. We arrived there incorrectly but the staff quickly fixed the problem and the bellboy carried everything for us the 3 blocks to the proper location.

It is walking distance (2km) to Red Square, and less than 1 km to Metro. It is close to Theatre district. The room was comfortable and clean. In the lobby there was spring water available to drink at all times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for money.

Liegt gegenüber der Moskauer Polizeizentrale, in der Nähe viele Restaurants und das Ausgehvietel, U-Bahn ca 10 Min nah. Guter Standort um Kreml zu besuchen fast in Stadtmitte. Ein schönes Kloster - neu erbaut steht um die Ecke, ebenso teurer Supermarkt in der Nähe. Hotel liegt ruhig. Koffer unterstellen war aus " Sicherheitsgründen " nicht möglich.

- Hmd18 (2/5): Horrible - This hotel was horrible. To start, our room smelled like mold and mildew which emanated from the bathroom and took over the entire room. When we complained, the receptionist came to our room and claimed she couldn’t smell anything wrong and refused to change our room. After complaining multiple times again, they offered some air freshener... The next morning I made a coffee in the reception area which had milk that tasted off, and so I left the coffee with reception and told them I would not be drinking it and explained why. Then at checkout, they actually had the nerve to charge me 100 RUB for the coffee! Unreal. Given the silly high price we paid for this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone ever.

When we arrived, they told us they had no record of our reservation and did not have a room for us. After I showed them print outs of our Orbitz receipt, they sent us to another hotel nearby that they said they also “owned” and assured us we would be getting exactly the same room with the same amenities. None of that was true. The other hotel said they had nothing to do with Naumov and were not owned by them. They said they were not obligated to honor Naumov’s confirmation to me in writing that we would be given a room with two separate beds. All they could offer us was a tiny room, no more than 100sq feet, with a single bed and no air conditioning. Certainly not the luxury apt we had booked. When we tried to contact Naumov they washed their hands of any responsibility. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. You have no assurance you will get a room remotely similar to the one you booked or even get a room at this hotel. And the hotel will provide no notice, apology, explanation, or compensation. - Igor (10/5): Хороший отель в центре - Очень порадовала цена со скидкой в ночь на 9 мая. Отель расположен в центре - естественно его большой плюс. В номере чисто, есть бесплатный чай/сахар, так же есть мини-бар с водой/газировкой. Душ расположен почти рядом с унитазом, но шторки успешно справляются с затоплением ванной комнаты. В шкафу висел халат и порадовало наличие одноразовых тапочек.

- Jeff (10/5): Overall great stay and hotel - Pros: good location, staff were very nice and did their best to offer suggestions and guidance, price - good value for money, room was spacious and looked newly renovated, comfortable beds. Cons: the only complaint we have staying here is that the walls are very thin. Most nights were ok but one night we could hear one neighbor snoring and the other neighbors talking at a normal level with their phone ringing.

- Boris (10/5): Почти идеальный отель в центре. - Плюсы - свежий, новый, приятный, все современное и работающее, радующее, радушно и гостеприимно, заселили на три часа раньше, улучшили категорию номера. Расположение прекрасное, очень тихо внутри. Отличный вай-фай, телеприем, чайный набор пополняемый, небольшой сейф. Отличная уборка, и в удобное время, а не вечером. Мину... Скорее, странности. Душ... совмещённый с туалетом, и вода после душа остаётся и перед унитазом. Душ только «высокий», без шлага - мыться можно только "дождем". Жарко - номер небольшой, на улице ноль, а батарею не потрогать. Ступенька в номере, о чем много раз предупреждают. Вроде, все по стандартам 2018, но у рабочего стола нет ни одной розетки. Но важно главное - если цена будет оставаться такой же, с радостью поживу ещё.

Ausserdem ist es Abends recht laut durch die anderen Gäste, die Umgebung bietet auch trotz der Lage nur ein Bescheidenes Erlebnis für Touristen die Moskau kennen lernen wollen.

Кондиционер выглядел сломанным и издавал странные звуки первые 2 минуты, но исправно работал в режиме тепла. При выезде чуть не насчитали лишние две бутылки воды из мини бара, возможно посчитали купленные, оставшиеся в мусорном ведре, а не по заполнению холодильника. Но проблем при обнаружении ошибки не было, ресепшн без споров встал на мою сторону.

- John (10/5): Great sized rooms near heart of Moscow - A great recently renovated little hotel inside old Moscow building. Little tricky to find as not a heap of signage but not hard. Rooms are large, new, modern and clean. Bathroom/shower a little small.
- 이정은 (10/5): 좋은 호텔이에여 - 후기가 많지 않아서 좀 걱정 했지만 너무 좋은 호텔이었어요 프론트 직원 무척 친절했고 방도 깨끗하고 방안의 시설도 괜찮았어요 처음에 입구를 못찾아 좌절했지만 호텔 아니고 아파트다 생각하니 바로 입구가 보이더라고요 ㅎㅎㅎ 붉은 광장에서는 걸어서 15-20분정도 걸리고요 지하철역까지는 5분 정도 걸려요 깨끗하고 친절하고 좋은 호텔이었습니다

- Elena (8/5): Чистый и простой отель в историческом центре - Достаточно удобный, хотя и лаконичный ( без излишеств) номер . Отличное месторасположение, рядом много кафе, метро, автобусная остановка. в номере есть чайник, но нет воды - надо покупать, магазин рядом. Микроволновка и кухонный уголок пригодились.
