Reštaurácia LaTerasa v hoteli bola famozna. Veľa cestujeme po Európe ale toto co dokázal šéfkuchár bolo nieco neskutočne. Manažér reštaurácie sa nam venoval, bol príjemný. Fakt sme sa cítili ako v inej dimenzii oproti reštauráciam kde sme doteraz chodili. Nič negatívne

• Annette (9/5): - Sehr schöne grosse Zimmer. Alles sauber. Personal sehr nett. Schōner Wellnessbereich. Zimmer zur Srrasse recht laut und im Hotel abends durch die Sportgruppen auch laut.
• Martin (10/5): - Bei rechtzeitiger Reservierung kann auch der Wellnessbereich (ohne Aufpreis) genützt werden. Auch die Benützung der Sportplätze (z. B. Tennis) ist günstig. Das im Preis inkludierte Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein weiterer Grund wiederzukommen.

• Vladimír (9/5): Hotel standartní, doporučuji však navštívit restauraci La Terasa. - Restaurace La Terasa je nadstandartní. Personál, suroviny i příprava jídla jsou na špičkové úrovni. Nadstandartní je i servírovaná snídaně. Profesionálně čepovaná plznička. Po odjezdu mě kontaktovala recepce, že jsme nenahlásili použití minibaru. Minibar, ale nebyl doplněn po předchozí návštěvě.

• Pavlína (10/5): Jeli jsme jako skupina 7 žen, maximální spokojenost jak s ubytováním tak především s nadstandardní kuchyni v restauraci. - Vstřícná paní recepční, vše bez problému domluveno, vynikající snídaně, profesionální přístup personálu. Nechala jsem na pokoji sluchátka a poslali mi je zpět🌹 Děkuji Člověk musí být připraven na schody na mezonetového spaní na čtyřlůžkovém pokoji. S přáteli je to v pořádku, s dětmi bych volila jiný typ pokoje bez mezonetu.

• Karel (9/5): - V Esmarin Wellness Hotelu jsme byli spokojeni. Vše bylo v pořádku – příjemný a ochotný personál, čisté a pohodlné ubytování, klidné prostředí a příjemné wellness zázemí. Pobyt jsme si opravdu užili a rádi se v budoucnu vrátíme. Doporučujeme!

• Barbora (9/5): - Moc hezké pokoje.. postel hodně měkká ale to mě nevadilo, peřiny super, moc pohodlné, polštáře takové neforemné, ale můžete si vybrat a vymění vám ho. Na pokoji nefungovala sprcha, tekla pouze zezhora a nesla přepnout do hadice. Pokoj krásný. Restaurace moc hezká a dobré jídlo :) Uvítala bych klasické snídaně, že si každý vybere a nandá formou bufetu, nikoli výběr z menu. Co bych tedy určitě změnila je wellness zóna a vstup dětí do ní. Na wellness jsme si chtěli odpočinout a zrelaxovat ale když tam 3 děti vřeští, skáčou do bazénu a řvou, že je slyšíte i v sauně, tak ro relax není. Museli jsme odejít. Hodně wellness má zákaz vstupu třeba do 10-15 let což bych uvítala všude.

• Thomas (9/5): Excellent hotel for a weekend getaway from Prague - Staff was very friendly and smiling and made us feel welcome. Excellent restaurant in the hotel, quality food and acc. Price level. Funny detail that the walls to the kitchen are made of glass so you can see the kitchen staff in action :-) Next door multi purpose hall for badminton/tennis and other activities is great plus (reasonable price for rental). Family room is small but very clean and easily sleeps family of 4. Close to nature, great walking tracks within short distance from the hotel and easy connection to/from Prague The stairs in the family room for access to upstairs sleeping are quite steep and maybe not so convenient if you need to go up and down or your kids are small, our youngest is 7 so it was not an issue. Bed was too hard for my taste but that is individual of course

The restaurant closes very early though so I couldn't order anything to eat and the minibar had no water other than sparkling. The bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows.

As a hotel guest, you can use wellness facilities, but it is good to book them in advance, the same for procedures like massages or cosmetics. The hotel room was fine and there is a very good restaurant in the hotel (better to make a reservation too). The pillows were extremely big, it would be good to have at least more options. The breakfast could have been better, does not correspond to a 4 star hotel (rather 3).

Spa området lækkert og afslappende - vi kan anbefale at booke tid i receptionen, så der ikke er crowded i weekenden, hvilket fungerer perfekt. Alt i alt et skønt hotel og en dejlig oplevelse - vi kan kun give vores varmeste anbefalinger
