Olav (7/5): The Owner ( if he want to rent it further out. He Needs to renovate the Flat) it was the third time that I booked Vista - Nice View and the size of the Flat was spacey. A lot of things ( Bathroom outdated , kitchen very dark and no window, floors wasn’t clean, skirting damaged or missing, stakker doors can’t open properly etc. ) Tv Box missing, internet very weak.

I visited with my partner and a friend, and the apartment was very spacious, clean, well maintained and more than sufficient for us. The host was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay, thank you so much There are numerous notices in the building, but almost everything in Afrikaans. While I understand that most of the owners there are probably Afrikaans, please do bear in mind that you will have foreigners (like my partner and her friend) visit there too since this is a tourist facility too. Luckily I am Afrikaans, so it wasnt a major issue, but it can be for others perhaps. Not a major issue - just a note really :)

Lisa Collett (6/5): I gave agent feedback on departure. No acknowledgement now 2 days later. - Lovely view and location. Spacious flat No fans or aircons. We had to go and buy one as neighbours were smoking so couldn’t leave lovely patio door open at night for fresh air. Apartment wasn’t serviced at all during our stay. Not even to empty the over full bin or replace toilet paper. We even had to wash linen ourselves when spilt tea on it. In a short travelling stay I don’t expect to have to find stores to buy toilet paper packs while travelling.

Hentie Breedt (6/5): Good location, but poor housekeeping - Easy direction and to get into the facility. Very spacious facility. Good location. Poor housekeeping, old and poor condition of showers, cutlerry, bedding, flooring, etc. Almost all dishes was dirty and we needed to rewash it with a small dishcloth, disintegrating after the first wash. Dirty duvet and overthrows. Broken light covers.

Elsa (4/5): Not a good experience will not recommend it to anyone. - Perfect location with beautiful views. It’s wheelchair accessible but not wheelchair friendly. Could not move from apartments to TV room with my wheelchair and back into the room. It was mentioned that there is no holding rails in the shower and around but the shower was not even reachable. It states that it is not pet friendly but throughout the whole apartment there was this cat urine stinch which made it difficult to even sleep.
Sifiso (7/5): Great views, excellent space, bus and specious apartment great for family. - Big and specious apartment, safe and secure parking. The bed is not comfortable it’s very stiff, woke up with a painful hip

Unit needs some maintenance: * Skirting pieces missing, bottom of main bathroom door pealing. Light switches for both bathrooms not functioning properly. * Mould accumulation on ceiling of main bedroom * Door leading to patio not closing properly

The kids loved it very much it was spacious enough for them to be kids and run around, play hide and seek. That was the main thing for me. Loved the balcony as well because you can close it off an know the kids are safe even when you are not watching.
Marius (5/5): Passable - Location is good and size of the apartment is good. The patio area would be great in summer months with doors that can open so that you can enjoy the weather and sound of the waves. Apartment needs a bit of maintenance...especially in the bathroom ceilings and the drain in the kitchen has odour.

Labeeqa1975 (5/5): Apartment needs care - The apartment is nice itself, and the view I love very much. The apartment wasn't full cleaned, pillows has spots on as well as bedding, wifi connectivity was very bad, bathrooms has no windows, extractor fan is to small, it doesn't help when the place get heated from the steam. I know place is by the sea, but windows can be cleaned also. Lots of care for rust and broken floors also.

Melanie (5/5): Passable - The view was great. Main bedroom was spacious. Door leading to next apartment created noise problems and concern about safety. Communication on arrival was bad. There was no welcome to the unit at all. A few cockroaches in the unit. No toilet door in the en suite bathroom. No coffee or tea facilities at all. No love put into the unit.
