• Yousif (10/5): My trip to Cape Town was very beautiful and the beauty of the villa and its divisions is beautiful, but the transparent - The location is excellent, very quiet and comfortable, and you can watch the sunset from it. I wish I had extra blankets because the villa doesn't have any.

Would definitely book again. Not a problem for us but be aware that there are 3 levels with quite steep steps.

Upon arrival Judith made us feel very welcome and the place immaculate. The house itself has incredible views and couldn't be closer to the beach - when we come back to Camps Bay we'll definitely book here again! There really was nothing that could have been improved on (aside from one morning being a little cloudy!).

• Peregrine (10/5): A perfect start to our holiday, thank you Judith. - Judith welcomed us and was prompt, so kind and friendly despite her own transport struggles due to taxi strikes. The property was spotless and well stocked with plenty of pillows, towels etc. Great location to enjoy Camps Bay and not far at all from the city and for Table Mountain National Park, easy to get around. Loads of space and lovely furnishings. A perfect start to our holiday, thank you Judith. The pool wasn’t heated and was freezing!

I particularly loved the 'bath-with-a-view' in our bedroom and the bed was super comfortable, with crisp white cotton bedding. The garage was small and there were a few areas of damp damage in the house, however this didn't detract from the lovely house and views.

• Davis (2/5): Very poor - It's a beautiful home. The main bedroom is leaking and has mold. There is damp everywhere. The downstairs bedrooms also have alot of damp. It was raining when we got there and we were told to park in the garage to unpack, as I got out the car I slipped on the tiles and nearly injured myself badly as there are no warning signs. The pool wasn't working properly either. I do have pics if u need. It's a beautiful home, unfortunately it hasn't been maintained and our whole group was left extremely disappointed. Not what I expected when paying that kind of money.
• Warwick (10/5): Blissful luxury - This is an exceptionally luxurious property, with the most amazing views over Camps Bay. It almost seems hard to believe that you can find something so spacious and airy (and at such high-spec too) in this incredible location.... and the views of sunsets are truly spectacular to boot. The housekeeper, Judith, is wonderfully helpful and friendly as well, and was very flexible and accommodating about our arrival and exit times. This was our second visit, and we certainly plan to return again.

A real asset. No inverter for load shedding. There were torches but nothing else and load shedding was sometimes 3 times a day for 2 hours at a time.

• Anonymous (6/5): A good house for a large family however not equipped for load shedding. - The house is very well laid out with all required amenities. Perfect location within walking distance to shops, beach and with a beautiful view. An overall great property on Camps Bay at a competitive rate. The housekeeping service is good with Judith who is very helpful. The house is NOT equipped with a generator nor an inverter and this is the reason why I do not rate it higher. unfortunately South Africa suffers from so called load shedding periods. Unfortunately during our stay - the schedule was extremely disruptive as the electricity was off most of mornings, lunch time and evening. Needless to mention that it does not allow you to enjoy the property since everything goes off. Unable to cook, use the lights, the wifi and tv. Furthermore - whilst in an overall good state, the house could do with a little investment to fix cracks in the wall and unstuck wallpaper.

Judith was superb, extremely helpful and gave us great advice about the local area and Cape Town in general. Judith is a huge asset to the property! Could do with a little renovation - clear glass walls (particularly the toilets) for all bathrooms. It was chilly in Camps Bay and while there are heaters (and air cons) in all rooms having a few blankets would have been better.
