• Rolf (5/5): Great little timber frame cottage but WiFi is terrible - Great location, neat and tidy and really comfy beds. Continuous Wi-Fi problems. Eventually gave up. Host blamed the towers whilst the advertised WiFi was the biggest issue and it switches in and out continuously. Take your own Vodacom WiFi router with to avoid disappointment if you need to work or have millennials joining your stay. Also take your own toiletries. Although advertised, they only provide you with a tiny basin hand soap and then direct you to the shops to get shampoo. Although not a main road, the road running alongside the unit can get quite noisy at times with passing traffic.

Wir sind leider mit viel Verspätung erst ab Flughafen Johannesburg gestartet und so mussten wir den Schlüssel im Rest. Mayfly abholen. Das hat einwandfrei geklappt. Es war etwas kühl im Haus. Dafür hatte es aber auf den Matratzen Heizdecken, die uns eine schöne warme Nacht und uns zu einem sehr angenehmen Schlaf verhalfen.

We are still waiting for a refund - Nothing our booking was double booked by the owner or Booking.com so when we got there, there was someone else already in our accommodation. We had to find alternate accommodation and pay again. When we called Michelle the owner she was rude and unhelpful and did nothing to try and help us except tell us to go to the accommodation bureau in Dullstroom to see if they could help us, which we did and they were super helpful. Michelle didn’t even apologise.

• Gilbert (8/5): - Le charme de cette petite maison ! Parking privé et fermé. Jardin fleuri. Pas de wifi ce jour là. Les chaises de la salle à manger ainsi que les taies d'oreiller et la housse de couette n'étaient pas nettes...
• Diliana (7/5): Prima verblijf om Dullstroom te bezoeken voor 1 nacht. - Wij sliepen in de Spanish Lady. Communicatie prima. Echter sleutel moesten we bij de Whisky tasting ophalen (waar wj later gezellig heen zijn gegaan, een aanrader) maar die gaven door dat het bij MayFly opgehaald moest worden. Niet echt een probleem daar het allemaal dicht bij is (met de auto) Het huisje ligt achter een poort. Het ziet er gezellig uit. Het kan daar koud zijn dus er lag een electrische deken en kruiken die we gebruikt hebben. De wifi, die kennelijk net aangebracht was, werkte totaal niet. Rustige plek om 1 nacht te verblijven. Het is allemaal wat aan de oude kant maar ziet er wel gezellig uit. Toilet is echt te smerig, (was ook niet schoongemaakt toen wij aankwamen) die zouden ze moeten vervangen.

• Julie (10/5): Un petit paradis à Dullstroom - La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse rare et se rend toujours disponible quelque soit la demande. Le cadre est magnifique, les chalets sont beaux et bien équipés (entre autre matelas chauffants, en hiver c'est génial!). Un accueil plus que chaleureux, nous gardons un magnifique et merveilleux souvenir de Dullstroom grâce à vous! Rien ! Tout était parfait!

Location is within walking distance from city center. Mattress needs changing in my opinion. It is well worn. Some more firewood starters would also be beneficial for longer staying guests.

• Bekker (8/5): Absolutely wonderful stay! - Our stay was amazing. Andrew and his staff went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely weekend. The room is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The surroundings are gorgeous and the accommodation is perfectly located. Even though we did not book a self catering room, they ensured we had everything we needed for a braai. The shower did not drain quickly, which caused the water to flood the bathroom floor.

Everything was really lovely and we had a great time. Will definitely visit again. The only problem was that the lighter didn't worked,, but we did go prepared.
