- 698stevef698 (2/5): Ripped off for valet parking - I stayed at the Westin for the SEC basketball tournament as I do every year. The hotel is fine. It's a bit of a hike to the arena and Broadway, but it's the team hotel so I stay where my team stays. This year we spent one night at the Westin. When I examined my credit card statement, I was charged $295.43 for ONE NIGHT parking. It took multiple phone calls but finally I was able to reach someone who could help. (The valet desk does not have a phone line according to the hotel help desk.) The person I spoke with said they found the mistake and the valet marked the incorrect check-out date and that I would be receiving a credit on my card, which I did in the amount of $128.00. So now ONE NIGHT parking cost me $167.43. I'm going to call the hotel yet again and try to get this resolved, but I never should have been overcharged the first time, and it should have been accurately corrected after my inquiry. Very poor customer service.

She was able to accommodate my request for a unique mixed drink. Brittany made the experience incredibly delightful with her infectious personality and humor. I definitely recommend making this venue a stop during your visit to Nashville!

- C (7/5): Lovely hotel - watch out for double charge of resort/destination fee even when already pre-paid. - Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, mostly friendly and helpful staff. Charged an extra $60 (plus tax) a day after checkout for 'destination/resort fee' despite having already paid this when booking through booking.com as broken down in confirmation email. Disappointing response from hotel to charge this a day after checkout with no notification, no additional updated folio sent - staff on phone unhelpful, asserting that booking.com would never cover this fee. If this was the case, why was this not identified at checkout when I could have shown details of my booking break down to demonstrate I had already paid the resort fee (which is a Junk Fee per federal law). Charging a day after checkout with no notification is a shady practice and I would expect better from Westin/Marriott. Booking.com have apparently contacted the hotel to ask for refund of this fee. Still waiting.

I was forced to sit in the room the entire night and order room service. The next day, my car was magically found....I was still charged and no comp'd for messing up my ONE free night from our children in the past THREE YEARS! Staff had me miss reservations, to be charged for subpar food, stilled Tipped and out of greed Westin charged an additional fee for gratuity the next day on TOP of my tip and STILL had to pay valet for ruining my night! Brought it to the Managers attention and NOTHING! HALF A STAR FOR WESTIN NASHVILLE

- Joshua (9/5): Great stay - The staff onsite were helpful. The restaurant/bar on the first level when we arrived was a great spot to grab a quick bite and some tasty beverages. Unfortunately there was construction on the rooftop bar so I was not able to experience that. The walls in the room are a bit thin and are not soundproof.

Spencer and Gillian were absolutely fantastic bartenders and company! They made my experience memorable (Im an out of towner) and I can’t thank them both enough. I will definitely be booking a full stay at this hotel because of them. Thank you both for making me feel welcome and comfortable!

The hotel is a short walk to the MCC, multiple restaurants, and Broadway. It has a beautiful lobby and rooms. I was lucky to get a corner room, and the views of the city were amazing. The sleep quality is excellent, as I could not hear anyone in the rooms near me.

The staff at the roof top bar helped me capture some really great pics. I give the bar and staff five stars.. the lady bartender down stairs made me a real good and stiff drink . Room service and food was made simple and food was pretty decent. Parking. Valet was extremely to high. But I parked across the street no problem.

- Striker2020KS (10/5): Luxury room and modern touches - I traveled to the Westin in early December. I was in one of the newly renovated rooms. Overall, the room was spacious, extremely clean, very nice and quiet. The bed was very nice and the comforter was thick and warm. I could easily adjust the temperature in the room (which was nice in the month of December). The shower pressure was great, and I loved the auto lighting feature in the bathroom. The light would turn on as you approached the door. There was even a switch to leave a "night light" on in the bathroom. The towels were plush and HUGE! There were several lighting options in the main room which were nice. 11/10 experience!!

The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service from Yuxi at the front desk. I wish that it just had a refrigerator rather than a mini bar (who buys anything from those?!?) but otherwise a great place to be. My schedule was such that I found myself at their lobby bar for dinner each night, and they are doing much better work than the average hotel lobby bar. The food was interesting, diverse, and not prepared in some central kitchen deep in the hotel. As much as I would have liked to get out to some great Nashville dining options, I was never disappointed with the food.

The views of the city are absolutely stunning. the perfect change of scenery I needed. Bryan and Alycia were incredible from start to finish. They were welcoming, kind, and never made me feel out of place for not ordering alcohol. Their knowledge of the city (and even recommendations for other cities!) was impressive, and their personalities were genuinely delightful. They were attentive in a way that felt natural, not forced, and it made the experience that much better. The food was fresh and delicious, the ambiance was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made it one of the best rooftop experiences I’ve had. Truly blown away. Highly recommend.

As a passionate runner, what impressed me most was the RunConcierge program. It's a unique experience where you run through the city with their team while they guide you past major landmarks. All you need to do is share your pace (minutes/mile) and preferred distance. I had the pleasure of running with Daniel, Samantha, and Olivia—they were absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nashville, especially if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of wellness.
