• Nia (1/5): It was terrible we booked 2 nights and left after the first. - The location was ok. I read reviews before I booked saying the property was clean. It was the farthest thing from clean. Dead roaches in the fridge and live ones other places. We had to switch rooms right after we got our keys the first room had a chair covered in mold and the smell was of a pool locker room. We checked out early only spent one night because it was late instead of 2 and as I did a walkthrough making sure we didn’t leave anything I find an adult diaper in the bottom shelf this was a terrible experience and a waste of money I don’t care what the price was it wasn’t worth this.

• Stephanie (3/5): Worst place ever - It was a place to lay my head for a night after a long trip. The guy is very rude! You can’t even enter the lobby to check in or out. Which tells me it’s not in a very good area. With some shady things going on at the property. He serves you through a window. The 1st time we stayed in July the room was filled with the smell of mildew from a leaking bathroom from the upstairs bathroom right over us and there was a hole in the ceiling. The second time the room was in better shape but the bed covers were nasty and so was the chair which had stains all over it. Looked like body fluids. The guy also accused me of stealing the nasty sheet covers. The shower had pubic hair all in it and the toilet had human feces on the floor by the toilet. I’m usually not a complainer and always try giving someone a second chance. Needless to say we will not be back! There are much better places right down the road.

• James (4/5): - We survived, at least. Had to go to nearby Walmart to buy towels due to the "white" towels were heavily stained. Looks like the motel also rented out low income long-term tenants. It's a very old property with minimal upkeep. No toiletries or shampoos provided. To end on a positive note, the A/C in our room worked well.
• Brittney (1/5): Worst place booking has ever suggested! - The exit Staff was very rude the accommodations that were listed were not available and who claimed to be “owner/manager” threatened me took pictures of my children and small. Dog after he claimed I did not pay pet fee after he tried to make me pay a different amount then posted on the door and when I would talk the man kept telling me not to talk and I was not happy about this situation especially that it happened in front of my children I contacted booking agent and the police who got my report of the incident and I left ! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had was there for 5 minutes after a 16 hour drive! Having to reroute 30 minutes out of my way to be treated this way was an out rage !

• Tim (3/5): It’s cheap, but it’s not cheap enough for the quality . - We were given a key for an already occupied room (someone was asleep in bed when I entered!). The ice machine didn’t work - looked like it had t for years. The aircon unit in the room was so loud that it made it hard to sleep.

The parking lot looked like a junkyard with the broken down vehicles that were being worked on. Staff was not very friendly. The room smelled, had a broken luggage rack, and the ironing board was ripped. Will not be staying there again and suggest others do not stay.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Dirty even for a cheap stay. - First at 3:00 pm the front door was locked. I had to use a ring camera. The room smelled when I got there. It did get better as the ac cooled it. After taking a shower I dried the floor in the bathroom with my white towel and it made foot prints on it. The walls haven’t been wiped or cleaned in a long time. It looked like someone blew their nose on the bathroom door. OMG! Never again.

• Michael (4/5): - The front desk personnel were generally pleasant, but the office was always locked. I requested a different coffee maker due to poor condition of the one in my room. They did not have another so I bought one for the room. The room had an odd odor and there were roaches in the room. The room needed a general cleaning, stains on the doors and pubic hair still in the room. All of that said, you pay for what you get, and thier price was good.

• Ted (8/5): - There were two of us in the room but only gave us enough to make 1 cup of coffee so we had to ask for more, they had a fridge and microwave in the room but the freezer part of the fridge was a solid block of frost and when I tried to put my large coffee in the microwave it didn’t fit. Mainly I want it clean and bug free and it was. For the price it is a great value. My suggestion to them would be to have a foster in the front office area with bread, butter and bagels as a continental breakfast. They could get an extra 1 or 2 dollars per room. Oh also to have coffee in the office area for guests too

Refused to refund my money after paying in 10 minutes. Moved to another room without AC. Then I was told that’s all he had and still refused to refund my money. Pool is filled with dirt and grime. By which is false advertising. The list goes on!

• Shelia (1/5): Nasty and disgusting place to stay - Nothing I will never stay here again and want recommend anyone else either in Monroeville Al The room was dirty the sheets and towels was very nasty dingy looking they were not white good thing we always take our on towels everywhere we go …when we first got there the toilet had vomit and tissue in it and the floor was nasty I sprayed disinfectant on the floor and wiped it up with a wet towel and someone had left nasty shorts and socks on top of what was suppose to be clean towels. Roaches was crawling up the walls that I killed with some microban spray
