Zimmer bei bei Bezug leider nicht sauber. Haare am Boden. Bettlaken fleckig. Wasserlache im Bad. Randnotiz: Kirche mit sehr lautem Glockenläuten. Kann das Hotel nichts dafür, läutet auch in der Nacht nicht aber Frühmorgens. Leider keinen Safe.

La música de las personas en la piscina puede ser incomoda, sobre todo porque planeas relajarte ya que la música se escucha hasta en habitaciones alejadas. El desayuno tiene muchas áreas de mejora, creo que deberían capacitar a la persona que lo prepara o tener un profesional para eso. De los 3 platos ninguno fue de nuestro agrado.

- Ellen (7/5): aangenaam verblijf met enkele kleine aandachtspunten - grootte van de kamer en badkamer, vriendelijk en zeer betrokken personeel, beschikbaarheid drinkwater (en in ochtend ook koffie en thee), mogelijkheid etenswaren en drinken koel weg te zetten. Hulp bij reparatie lekke autoband, zonder kosten (mogelijk ter compensatie van verschil kosten zie hieronder) douche niet warm, luidruchtige airco (na 1 nacht wel grotendeels verholpen). de afrekening verschil tussen opgegeven prijs booking en wat we moesten afrekenen (33 usd!). Dit werd toegeschreven aan booking.com, maar bij meerdere boekingen tijdens onze jaarlijkse reizen in Nicaragua is dit nooit gebeurd. Ook niet bij booking van dag erna gewoon de opgegeven prijs betaald. Geen check na 1 nacht op bijv vieze handdoeken, prullebak, toiletpapier etc

Breakfast was great and came with the room price. Always a smile from the staff. It's a walk to the center of town, but ok with us because we like to walk. There's not much more that I didn't like because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

- Grégoire (10/5): Magnifique hôtel colonial avec de beaux espaces extérieurs et de très grandes chambres - L'hôtel est magnifique et tous les espaces sont entretenus avec soin. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Tout le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Toujours prêt à vous aider pour organiser une excursion ou un transport. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont très beaux. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet établissement et avons passé un magnifique séjour. Nous avions un peu peur par rapport aux commentaires d'autres voyageurs sur le bruit de l'église. Il est vrai que les cloches sonnent à 6 heures tous les matins, mais il s'agit du plus magnifique des carillons que nous ayons entendu et celui-ci dure 15 secondes. Le lieu est vraiment paisible et idéal pour se reposer. Le seul bémol est la localisation. A 1 kilomètre du centre. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité. Le service de restauration est pratiquement inexistant pour les repas du midi et du soir ( uniquement 3 choix pour les repas du midi, mais pas toujours dispo). La connexion Wi-Fi est mauvaise dans les chambres mais excellente dans les espaces communs.

Le coin piscine est très agréable, le personnel est très gentil et le propriétaire également. Celui-ci nous a même proposé de nous déposer gratuitement à notre arrêt de bus à notre départ, pour nous éviter 25min de marche avec 15kg sur le dos. Rien, tout était parfait !

Das heisst nicht, dass es ruhig war, vor allem tobte ein Gruppe mit daytickets, damit nicht Gäste, im kleinen Poolbereich und damit vor den 'besseren' Zimmern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was mostly quiet and peaceful but there was one night when the street neighbors had a party at 2 am. David who worked at the reception that night was very helpful and helped to move to another room. His colleague next morning was also very helpful. Everything was lovely.

The two male receptionists my first few days and the breakfast staff were just very stand off-ish and not very helpful. I mostly figured things out on my own. The reception my last day was great. The hotel is a bit far from the center.

- Miriam (9/5): Welcome to my new favorite property in Granada - I chose it originally for its proximity to the Ticabus stop, but now it’s definitely going to be our go to for when we need to spend the night in town. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a smiling staff member as we stepped out of the taxi and offered a cold drink. We had a request to have an early breakfast so my partner could catch his bus, and they made sure this was possible without hesitation. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Most importantly, it was quiet! A gift in this otherwise loud town. All the communal areas are very nicely decorated and well kept. Breakfast was delicious (you get a choice of a few options, including gluten free and vegan! Another gift!). In summary, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended choice for anyone who appreciates excellent value for money. Honestly, I can’t think of anything. I guess if you are new in town you might prefer to be a little closer to the center? But you are just a 10 minute walk so I wouldn’t worry at all.

- Luis (4/5): - Room we had all the way in the back was really noisy seems it was in a different neighborhood and it didn't feel safe at all and people talk all night and in the morning. Showers didn't have no water flow and felt water was running out. Don't recommended that cottage room in the back.

Lovely breakfast. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. There’s nothing I didn’t like about this place, would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

- Agata (8/5): Great place for short stay. - Beautiful property, well appointed, spacious room, clean and tidy. Tasty breakfast. Lovely staff. Dinner service finishes quite early, otherwise very good.

- Milagros (8/5): Very good - Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and sweet. the upper level has some issues with rats populations , the poop from any of those creatures is falling down to the room and the smells is terrible 24/7 . the A/C unite barely working and it takes forever to cooldown the rooms . I was very concerned about sanitation sheets, towels, and everything else.
