- Wenzislaw (7/5): - Extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter, Etwas veraltet, aber mit morbidem Charme. Sehr praktisch, nah am Flughafen Extrem laut. Schlafen ist praktisch unmöglich. Nicht vom Hotel selbst, sondern von der Nachbarschaft Straßenärm und Gehupe 24 h erwartet man. Unerträglich ist jedoch der Animateur der daneben liegenden Discothek auf der Stasse, der mit Mikrofon in der Hand und Lautsprechern mit 120 dB die ganze Nacht lästige Sprüche von sich gibt. Diese konstruktive Kritik ist einerseits an Kunden als Warnung gerichtet, andererseits an die Hotelleitung, die unbedingt was gegen diesen leicht zu behebenden Zustand unternehmen muss, bevor das Geschäft völlig ruiniert wird.

Sin embargo es encesario pedir que la habitación este alejada de ruidos ya que en las ncohes se escuchaban la música alta de afuera del hotel. No me agrado la atención de las señoritas encargadas de hacer el desayuno, ellas no fueron eficientes. El joven que ayudada si fue muy amable y demostraba un buen trabajo.

- Nilton (4/5): Convenient location near airport but loud all day except between 3 and 8 am - It was clean and was close to the airport. It’s located in an area that is very loud throughout the day. All night through around 3 AM, there was loud music and announcements through a megaphone near the hotel that made it difficult to rest; and in the daytime beginning at around 8 am, street vendors with recorded advertisements announced in a repeated loop kept playing without stop until dark.

- Markus (3/5): Von einem 3 Sterne ⭐️ Hotel sind wir nach meiner Erfahrung und Wahrnehmung weit entfernt. - Hier möchte ich meine Erfahrungen zum Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten teilen. Zu Beginn weiß ich nicht ob das zielführend ist einen zukünftigen Gast so abwertend an zu sehen, wenn dieser noch vor der Haupteingangstüre mit dem Fahrrad steht. Ich kenne es aus 90.000+ km Radreise um die Welt das der Gast mit seinem Besuch das Gehalt der Mitarbeiter bezahlt. Hier ist es offensichtlich anders. Desweitern wäre es wünschenswert wenn die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption auch die Fremdsprache Englisch beherrschen. Gerade in einem Hotel in Flughafen Nähe und bei einer großen Stadt. Erst wurde mir die Mitnahme meines Reisebegleiters dem Fahrrad 🚲 aufs Zimmer verwehrt. Das ist mir zum aller ersten Mal in 4 Jahren und 90.000 km passiert. Was ist in Ihrem Hotel anders als bei den anderen weltweit? Als ich dann sagte wenn es nicht möglich ist, suche ich mir ein Hotel wo ich willkommener bin und es möglich ist. War es plötzlich möglich. Desweitern sagte ich das ich extra dafür ja ein 3 Bettzimmer gebucht habe, das ausreichend Platz dafür ist. Bevor ich zum Zimmer begleitet wurde, wurde dann kurzerhand noch dem Zimmerschlüssel getauscht. Das lässt mich darauf schließen das ich womöglich ein anderes oder kleineres Zimmer bekommen hätte, sofern ich nicht noch darauf hingewiesen hätte. Beim Frühstück wurde ich aus meiner Sicht mit lauter unpassender Klaviermusik 🎹 empfangen. Der liebe gemeinte Hinweise diese leiser zu machen wurde gekonnt ignoriert. 🥹 Heute beim zweiten Frühstücksbesuch wurde ich ignoriert und nach 5 Minuten Wartezeit bedient. Auch der erneute nett gemeinte Hinweis die Musik leiser zu machen, wurde wahrgenommen aber verneint. Weitere 5 Minuten später kam eine Kollegin erneut um die Bestellung erneut aufzunehmen. 🤷🏻♂️ Es stellte sich heraus das es keine Vegetarische Option gibt. Da ich nun seit 28 Jahren Vegetarier bin, bestelle ich nur den Kaffee ☕️. Dieser kam nach 25 Minuten mit zwei leeren Scheiben Toastbrot. Es hieß sie seihen gratis.

- Will Flockton (8/5): - Hotel staff were very accomodating as I arrived at around 11pm and left at 5am the next morning for an early flight. The area felt a bit dodgy at night but the hotel itself was safe and secure and with excellent facilities. The views from the 9th floor were great too. The area around the hotel was a little noisy and dodgy feeling - but I arrived late at night and I'm sure it would be fine during the day.

Recomendaria outro local ou, se optar por ficar por lá, se certificar de ficar em quarto interno longe das janelas e em andar mais alto, para evitar ruidos.

Café da manhã e menu de jantar ok. O local é muito barulhento inclusive à noite, pois tem discotecas no local. Os quartos virados para rua precisam de modernização e são ainda mais barulhentos. Peçam para ficar nos quartos internos.

Safe building, especially considering it’s location. The location is not a safe place to wander. We stayed inside once we arrived, which was fine because we needed to be close to the international airport for a 5:30 am flight.

I checked in at 03:00, and received wake up calls on the hour from 07:30 onwards. I certainly didn't ask for them! Curtains don't block out the hallway lighting either.

- Juliana (2/5): Avoid - The only good thing is that is close to airport. They helped us with a taxi in the early morning and it was on time. The hotel is very noisy, outside there are vans horning almost all the night (until 1am) and a person selling something with a loud recording. Also the hotel has a disco until 3am. So if you want to sleep, this is NOT the place. We were expecting a 3 star hotel. This is at most 2. The bathroom had a hole of the ventilator and it was very chill (impossible to take a shower in that cold) and smelly. I would had preferred to stay in La Paz, sleep well and wake up earlier to get to the airport.

I wish room had proper room heating. Also, I would like to mention in the restaurant I ordered salad and I was charged for omlet and salad, and had to constantly checking if I got right change.

We actually just walked from the airport, it was less than a kilometer Unfortunately we were directly across the street from a disco tech that played music until 4 am. - Verified traveler (2/5): Noch nie so schlecht übernachtet - Sehr laute Musik die ganze Nacht, kein warmes Wasser, Teppichboden stinkt, feuchte Zimmer und Betten (Elektro Heizung) zusätzliche Scheibe Brot kostet extra, nach stündigem Schaaf Anruf um 07.30 Uhr ob Frühstück auf Zimmer gebraucht werden soll oder ob wir im Restaurant frühstücken wollen.

- Carolina (5/5): Passable - Clean and close to the airport It was a noisy neighborhood and not so safe. Which thankfully I booked a cab through booking. The drivers say alto close to the airport isn't safe so better choose a hotel in la paz even if it means waking up a bit earlier

- Daniel (2/5): Asco - La atención cordial del personal que me atendió, fue opacada por la pésima, limpieza de las sábanas de la cama donde encontré manchas de fluidos corporales y además una envoltura de preservativos, un asco un asco, me cambiaron de habitación pero me toco dormir con ropa y sobre la cama ni ganas de usar los servicios higiénicos ni de darme una ducha. La peor experiencia de mi vida, nunca más vuelvo
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Swift and easy check in even in the middle of the night. Clean room, good quality bed and toiletries. Little bit cold at night but warm duvets helped a lot
- Hanna (4/5): Just for the airport - I chose this hotel despite the crappy reviews only cause I had to arrive at La Paz after 10pm and had to leave early in the morning for an 8am flight. As I was warned, the shower was ice-cold, and so was the room (there was a radiator tho). Not only the discotheque at the 1st floor of this hotel but the neighborhood itself is pretty loud all night. The area didnt look safe at all, but still there were some guys wearing security vests... that escorted me to the reception and to my room. Walls are thin and you can hear all the noises from outside or other rooms. The good side was that it is REALLY close to the airport (around 15 mins by car) and the receptionist grabbed me a taxi even tho it was 6am (Some taxis seemed to be waiting in front of the hotel. They looked safe and it cost 35 Bs.) >> Not for tourism, not for a cozy stay, only if you dont want to spend the night at the airport before your flight!
