• Wendy (9/5): Would definitely stay here again. - The staff was exceptional, very helpful, very friendly. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room, nice bathroom. The two courtyards are lovely—I enjoyed just sitting and reading for a while. Breakfast was delicious... eggs were perfectly cooked and the service was also perfect. The linens were okay but could use an upgrade. Fairly minor issue though with the quality of the room.

• Owen (10/5): - The value for money was exceptional considering the hotel is in the middle of La Candelaria. There is a nice, simple, relaxed vibe to the place with the cool colonial design and the areas to chill in the courtyards. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, while also totally relaxed and not 'in your face'. Despite the location and lack of soundproofing, my room at the back was really peaceful and the other guests were quiet. Whilst it was quiet at night, there is not much soundproofing and it can get noisy if people are talking in the courtyard. Luckily, the other guests were respectful, but bring earplugs just in case.

• Ruut Bol (9/5): Prima verblijf op een perfecte lokatie middenin La Candelaria. - Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ook erg behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt met heel lief keukenpersoneel. Vanaf de locatie zit eigenlijk alles op loopafstand of anders neem je voor weinig geld een Uber. Er ontbreekt een koelkast.

My room was nice but windows looked out onto the courtyard and were on the ground floor with no net curtains so I couldn't really open the shutters, which was a shame. No tea/coffee in the room.

• Iasmim (7/5): - Friendly staff, great location near the main tourist attractions and museums, with easy access to almost everything on foot. The neighborhood also feels generally safe. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff are amazing. However, it can get very cold since there is no heater. Another downside is the noise — it’s really, really noisy because of the cars outside, as the hotel is located in the city center.

La fidélité à l'histoire du bâtiment. La réception disponible 24h/24. La localisation. Le petit-déjeuner, pas très varié, mais bon et servi avec le sourire. Pour un séjour de deux jours, j'aurais apprécié recevoir une bouteille d'eau par jour. celle que j'ai demandée le 2e jour m'a été facturée 16 000 pesos.

• Mateus (5/5): A 2.5 star being called 4 stars - The weather was nice and the room was cozy in the cold weather. Big bathroom and old style of the property met the pics and expectations. Impossible to rate it as 4 star, probably a 2.5 star at most. No AC, bad quality pillows, towels, bed overalls. The breakfast cannot be called a good one. It’s a at most fare one for not leaving the property without eating. Lots of things to improve it you’d like to rate it better. Maybe start with a menu of breakfast.

• Ramiro Y Silvia (9/5): Buen hotel en barrio histórico. - La atención y ubicación de nuestra habitación para evitar ruidos del exterior habitación número 13, el desayuno correcto, nos tenían preparado secador y calefactor gratuito, el gel,suavizante y champú un gran acierto.En general un buen hotel con historia dentro del barrio de la candelaria, muy colonial. Únicamente la ventana del cuarto de baño estaba abierta solo con mosquitera, se escucha a ruidos del pasillo y se iba la calefacción, poniendo una ventana se solucionaría el inconveniente, también resbala el cuarto de baño al salir mojado.

Le personnel était vraiment très sympatique et accueillant. Il est de plus très bien situé dans la vieille ville et très calme . Peut-être le parquet qui craquait vraiment beaucoup mais cela donne aussi du charme.

La habitación que nos asignaron daba a la calle, una calle con mucho ruido de gente y coches y por la noche molestaba bastante. El suelo de la habitación crujía.

• Donald (10/5): Prático, atencioso e bem localizado. - O atendimento de todos é fantástico; a localização para o centro histórico é perfeita; o café da manhã é excelente (suco feito na hora, 3 frutas, ovos feitos a pedido...) - pequeno, mas revigorante. Tudo feito com esmero. O banheiro é bem modesto e o exaustor não estava funcionando (quarto 6). A casa tem 2 "pátios", sendo um fechado e outro aberto. O quarto 6 fica voltado para o pátio aberto, onde é o local reservado para fumantes.

L'emplacement était idéal, près du musée Botero et de la plaza de Bolivar. Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais bon. Chambre qui n'a pas de fenêtre extérieure, donc un peu sombre. Il faisait froid dans la chambre mais il y avait des plaids supplémentaires dans le placard. Il n'y avait pas de sèche cheveux.

Nos permitieron dejar las maletas en custodia tras el checkout La ducha no estaba bien aislada y se mojaba todo el cuarto de baño. En algunas habitaciones se nota bastante ruido de la calle.
