- William (6/5): - Well, it was a decent hotel for the money, nice views, and nice folks that work there in general, but they still have some management issues to work out. The expression "the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing". You request something from one person, and then it never pass it on to the proper person. You request anything and it will either be forgotten or done wrong. It was a comedy of 5 or 6 errors over 48 hours, and ever one they apologized for and smiled. Poor management organization.

I liked the ambiance,location of hotel .It was clean but I must say It is very expensive and not up to the mark as per the charges. I paid almost 9000+ for one night and it was not worth.There was nothing cozy in the room.Even fridge not working.No AC in the room though it was not required looking at the weather but still I didn't understand why the room was so expensive.

- A (9/5): A pleaseant stay with family. - Overall we enjoyed our stay, the quality of food was really top-notch. The property is very well maintained with flowers all around. The beautiful terrace and the chirping of the bird in the morning has really won our heart. Thank you to the Team of Hotel SunGrace. The chauffeur service was good, from picking us from Airport, to site seeing and drop. Just a suggesstion - a few more food options in the breakfast buffet such as muffin, tea-cakes would be good.

- Rajni (8/5): Okay okay. - I liked the balcony, which was not attached to the room though. Rooms are ok sized. Right next to the main road and a temple so lots of car noises and temple sounds. Hotel is a bit old, so a lil shabby and has damps on walls. Staff was very nice and prompt. And they have a courtesy pick up and drop to the mall road which is a saving grace because lots of dust and construction happening on the road. Nothing in particular.

The staff are helpful and courteous. You can also enquire them about sightseeing cab service. Only issue is multiple flights of stairs which may be issue for elderly, in which case make sure to opt for rooms on first floor itself.

- Saumitra (7/5): Overall a good experience , with helpful staff , except hot water issues - They have a nice dine inn restaurant that offers a nice spread of Breakfast . Dinner too was good . Staff is friendly . They offered to change my room , as I was not happy with the initial room . The new room had a great view , and the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable . The only disappointment was they did not have a stable supply of hot water in the Bathroom . With 4 degrees cold to bear , their boiler system for heating the water with just 20 litres capacity was a limitation . Only half of my family could bath and the rest had to wait for 20-25 mins for the water to get refilled and heated again. So if you have a time bound plan to start your sight seeing activity , please keep a cushion of extra 30 mins , to get ready , if you are travelling with 4-5 members .

The rooms smelled weird (probably some chemical against termites) and heating in the rooms was not adequate for the winter temperatures. We stayed only one night of the two nights we initially planned.

The maintenance of rooms and property was well taken care of. Special mention to the views from room - Room offered an undisturbed view of the mountains with scenic view of the Winter Line. Food was also good. Overall, the hotel is totally value for money. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mussoorie.

- Amit (9/5): Great stay and a great location away from husks and Gussie of mall road. Small issues need attention - Great location and nicely managed property. Morning breakfast was included in the hotel price. They also offer drop off at the mall road Property had small small quirks like not every room had heater (we had to ask for it), shower curtain would not go all the way down and this made the bathroom wet whenever someone showered, door locks are still old style physical locks instead of an automatic lock. Getting the hotel car to do a mall road drop off is tricky as the car is often not at the property.
