• Sophie (10/5): - Die Besitzerin ist sooo nett. Ich hatte nur eine Nacht dort und sie hat sich darum gekümmert, dass meine ganze Wäsche schnell gewaschen wird. Zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Sehr sehr kleine Zimmer aber ich fand Preis Leistung super. Inklusive Mini Balkon auf dem man sogar rauchen durfte. Es war alles sehr klein. Aber trotzdem fein :)

• Imri (7/5): - It was calm and the staff were friendly. We had a good night sleep. The bathroom had some sewage smell but it was fixed quickly.

• Paige (9/5): Good value stay - The lady was so sweet and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. For the price it was perfect. Close location to good night market and many restaurants etc. You can do your washing there but it is a little more expensive than others nearby.

Too small for 2 people with a suitcase. No hot water - shower very cold. Located in a narrow soi - not easy to park a car.

• Jens (10/5): Hervorragend - Nach einem extremen Reinfall in der vorherigen Unterkunft haben wir diese tolle Unterkunft gefunden. Die Dame war sehr hilfsbereit und höflich und hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert und jede Frage beantwortet. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett zur Abwechslung mal nicht steinhart. Es gab einen Durchlauferhitzer für heißes Wasser beim Duschen und nach 2 Tagen unaufgefordert neue Handtücher und täglich neues Wasser und Instantkaffee. Waren hier 3 Nächte und würden die Unterkunft am liebsten auf unsere Reise mitnehmen. Das Wlan war tatsächlich nicht so gut, da wir aber eh wie die meisten eine thai-sim haben mit Daten war uns das egal

Hicimos la colada, nos llevo a la estación y nos recomendó un sitio de masaje Thai, todo muy buena calidad-precio. • Danielle (10/5): Incredible value - This is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. In a perfect location, close to many bars restaurants and the night market. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the owner is exceptionally nice. An amazing price to value ratio.

Room & balcony was very compact and characterless (compared to other places in town), but good for one night. Disposable Coffee cups were very flimsy.

Ikke det største værelse, men der er hvad man har brug for. 7/11 lige rundt om hjørnet, masser af spise steder. Den sødeste vært som er god til engelsk. Hun er den mormor alle burde de have i sit liv. Jeg vil klart komme igen

Also they provided airport transport in the early morning. Room was a little smaller than I expected. Couldn’t get the water temperature in the shower warm enough for my liking.

• Grigorios (10/5): Nice, clean and simple. Perfect for what I was looking for. - Very clean, modern and organised place. Also very affordable, at a nice location close to the main road that leads into the old city (entry from quiet alley, so no worries for noise from the main road) and I was able to make arrangements on short notice. Not the spot for the ones that are looking for very spacious and luxurious rooms, although there might be larger room options from the one I chose.

• Santosh (10/5): Lovely comfortable stay - Lovely comfortable stay for solo travellers. Just off the main road and walking distance to old town and night bazar markets. Many tour companies near by to book excursions, the hotel also provides them but is cheaper to book off the main road. Everything was great with this place, hot water, tc, AC, kettle, towels and cleaning every day. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear of the neighbour has TV on etc but not an issue as you're out most of the day.

Elle fait attention aux details, a toujours le sourire et apprecie de discuter. Travaille en famille avec sa fille, tout aussi agréable. Elle propose le taxi (sa fille) pour vous emmener à l'aéroport à tarif correct et un service de lavage de linge parfait. Lit confortable, ça fait du bien! Emplacement parfait et calme. Merci infiniment pour ce sejour trop court à notre goût. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et ce sera notre hôtel sans hesiter!
• Taketo (8/5): - チェンマイに行くことが多く、たーぺー近辺に宿をとることが多いです。今回初めてこちらを利用させていただきました。基本的に年配の女性が一人で受付をやっていて、家族経営な宿です。過剰なサービスはありませんが、日が暮れると、受付は無人になります。なのではじめてチェンマイに行く方には心もとないかも。自分は快適でしたが、バーツ高の昨今次回はもう少しリーズナブルな宿を探すかもしれません。

There was even a kettle in the room Like in most places in Thailand soundproofing is not ideal, but with earplugs that is easily solved

Just outside the main square it was the first place there was no traffic noise outside and I slept like a baby. the room was spotless and cleaned daily and the ladies running it so lovely.
