• Brian (9/5): Great value compared to others in the area, would 100% stay here again - The room was great! Plenty of room, bed was comfy, pillows big, nice couch, bathroom and shower was spacious. Location was right off the highway, with a really nice Mexican restaurant around the corner! We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel (just coffee) but the spread looked nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Pool was not warm enough, breakfast was not good, there was a lot of variety but non of it was good, eggs were rubbery, no pastries, dining staff and check in staff were loud and always complaining about their work and the visitors.

• LIsa (10/5): - When I went down to leave for my meeting at 7:30, there was no coffee. Had to wait for coffee. Having some gluten-free options for breakfast would have helped as well. Otherwise, my overall day was wonderful thank you you.
• Rebecca (7/5): Pretty good except for the bed sheets. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. - The fitted sheet was awful. All of the elastic in the sheet corners was stretched out and would not stay put on the bed while sleeping. We would need to pull the sheet back on the corners in the middle of the night as they had come off and bunched up. That also happened with the mattress pad, kept sliding off and bunching up. Also, the fitted sheet had pills on it making it rough and not smooth. The sheets need to be replaced with new ones that don't slip off and are not pilled.

• Tamela (9/5): The rudest front desk clerk ever! - The cleanliness The lady on the overnight shift on 10/4/25. Watched me through the doors as I was locked out, my key card had deactivated so I was unable to use it. I picked up the phone , I could hear it ringing but she continued to walk back and forth ignoring me and the phone. Finally after 7 mins I called up to our room #212 and my husband had to come and let me in. I was parked in the handicap parking near the gazebos. I have a bad back so standing for 10 minutes is hard on me. Please have a training to treat the guests with more consideration. Thank you ! Mrs. Tamela Devereaux.
• Jill (8/5): - We have a dr appt in the am that we thought was nearby. We did not know it was RIGHT nearby--a 1 min walk! Perfect! The room is very spacious and appears very clean. Nice kitchen/dining area that we will not use. The only bad thing is a slight smell in the kitchen area.

Many things were not stocked, when it was stocked it was cold and/or under/over cooked. The worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

I loved that there was a good variety of food available for free and that there was real dishes if we choose to use instead of paper plates. The door was locked and it said I needed a digital key to open , even during the day. Sometimes the front desk staff was not there.

On the morning of checkout we went down for breakfast and there was a gentleman who has some sort of medical emergency and the staff took great care of him to keep him comfortable until medics arrived. Lobby was inviting. Staff were hospitable. Decent parking despite construction being done. Work did not interfere with our sleep. They were very quiet Pool was being worked on, so it was closed. But it wasn’t a deal breaker.
