Shout out to Joseph at the front desk for excellent customer service. Friendly and overall outstanding employee! Also the woman who runs the breakfast in the morning keeps the breakfast area clean and well stocked.

- adeens2016 (6/5): Location good. Hotel Clean, but needs improvements in other areas - We are Hilton Honors members and our preference is to stay at Home2 Suites. We love the large King Studio rooms to spread out. This time we reserved a King 1 bedroom suite which was even better. We stayed for 5 nights, This location in Chandler was convenient. Negative 1, Front Desk ppl were a hit and miss. Gals ok but "Richard" seem off. He was not very friendly and I felt he was bored with what he was doing and never looked up as I approached the desk. He did not acknowledge me even when I got right in front of him. He schlepped around the front desk/lobby at other times. 2. The breakfast was not good. Same thing 3 days in a row We have been to other locations and they change it up THEN they run out of butter for 2 days! There was a large sports group there over the weekend and I understand that they may have used up the items, but you would think whoever supplies the items would then order extra for the rest of the guests for the rest of the week Poor inventory planning. 3. PARKING is a joke, We have never had to pay for parking via a QR code to a third party vendor. $15.00 a night. I asked does "Hilton" not own the parking lot? I was told this location is a franchise and basically the franchise can charge for parking however, they like. If we pay for parking elsewhere, it is usually added to our hotel room bill I wonder if we would have parked on the street whether our rental car would have been towed. In the future I will call and ask about parking in detail at all locations. Now the positive 1. The hotel was in a great location for our outings. 2. The lobby and surrounding areas were clean 3. The room was LARGE and very clean. 4. The King bed was very comfortable. In fact a 100% better than the Airbnb we stayed at prior. 5. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful 6. Samuel the night shift guy was wonderful! All other employees should follow his footsteps. He had great customer service and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. 7. The location is great with Restaurants, bars and shopping nearby, So to sum it up, we will NOT be staying at this location again. The negatives for us outweigh the positives. We will be more diligent when choosing Home 2 Suites Brand of Hilton or decide to use other Hilton Brands, like Hampton or move over to the Marriott brand.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind, allowed me to have my moment and then I went to my room. I was floored when I walked into my room. It was simply amazing. Clean, warm and I loved the layout of the room. There was everything I could possibly need in one room. I thought if I were in a palce of needing a studio apartment this would be a definite 1st contender. I have paid hundreds for a room like this and this was fairly inexpensive. I know I will come back here again. Again I can't say enough, other than thank you.

They even have a grassy area nearby to walk the pets. Pool was nice but a little too warm which the hotel cant do anything about and the hottub was nice. Complimentary breakfast was diverse enough for my kids. The only 2 things i could think of that could be negative is: only 1 elevator in the place so if you cant do stairs keep that in mind and the showers are like warm or scalding hot haha couldnt get cold water in the shower.

- generichau (6/5): The parking situation is borderline creepy - The hotel itself was fine. The staff wasn't pleasant but the parking situation was very off putting. They make you scan a QR code, agree to the terms and conditions, (which I'm sure includes sharing info from your phone), then it asks you to verify your cell phone number via text, then you enter your license number plus what sort of vehicle it is before you're granted permission to park. Really strange. Charging for parking is not unheard of at some hotels, that's not a big deal. But the evasive process for getting permission was strange and unnecessary.

The room was in need of some TLC, the morning breakfast consisted of stall items and slow to refill coffee. Waited at least 5 minutes after requesting it to be refilled.

Easy to get to different cities from here. A lot of shopping for example Walmart and Costco nearby. More than enough food selections and close enough to local attractions. The room had a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher with all the plates, cups and utensils. It was awesome large room with an area to be an office a couch and lot drawer space The breakfast was enough but selections weren’t clear and could be a little heartier with fresher cooked eggs and meats

Tissue and the people unable to look through the people. 4. Kids running up and down the hall for more than 20 minutes. 5. Fire alarm sounded I guess they were working on. It scared the mess out of us no message to the customers letting them know what was going on or if it was a real fire 6. Parking I think I would wanna know if I had to pay $15 a day for parking after the room is over $100 a day that is a little concerning and a shocker to most of the customers that I spoke with that were in that hotel. 7. they take way too long to refund you your deposit. 8. Garbage is always sitting in the hallway.

- Weminuche (6/5): Paid Parking in the most annoying way possible - Overall a very good to excellent hotel with one serious flaw. Clean rooms, comfy beds, good A/C, good shower, and friendly, helpful staff. The problem: They charge $15 per day for parking that can only be paid through an app. What a pain! If they are simply raised the the room rate by $15 I wouldn't complain at all. If they had added a $15 a day to my bill for parking I would think it is odd in this location, but not annoying. But to charge for parking in Phoenix, the poster child for urban sprawl, giant vehicles, and infinite parking lots, and then make you spent 5 minutes typing info into an app to pay it is just stupid and annoying.

I stayed at this property for 4 days & requested for our room to be cleaned when we left in the morning. By the time we came back early afternoon, everything was taken care of where I was able to have a clean room to put my babies down for a nap. Truly grateful for the staff to get everything done in a timely manner!

When we entered our room we were blown away! It was like a little apartment! A little kitchenette with a mini fridge, real dished , glasses, and a dishwasher . For a minute I thought I was on house hunters in Europe where they have a tiny kitchen, minus a little stove lol. The bathroom was great too, clean ! Bed and pillows were comfy and couch turned into I think a full or queen bed. Wish we were staying a few days but it was just an overnight stay. Restaurants were not even a mile away and reasonable prices. When we’re back this way in Arizona we will definitely stay here again!Breakfast was goo Belgium waffles,cereal, variety of juices oatmeal toast, coffee, scramble egg patty, sliced ham, muffins . Very impressed with this hotel, each room was identical with the kitchen suite. Will try to find same Hotel in other towns on the road.
