• Johan (8/5): A very nice hotel in Rosehearty near Fraserburgh - Very nice rooms and a surprise nice beergarden in the back. The food in the evening restaurant was good but the restaurant itself was not very cozy. The golf course next door had some great holes.

• Karyn (9/5): A very pleasant stay. - I had only one night here while exploring some historical / writing references and would happily return for a few days just for the peace of the location. My room had a wonderful view of the shore and was well-equipped and comfortable. I rushed breakfast a little to be back on the road, but the options were plentiful and excellent. Very accommodating staff and a very pleasant stay.
• Jean-Pierre (8/5): Ideaal gelegen vlak aan de kust - Uitzonderlijk vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk diner en ontbijt, uitzicht op zee. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Bed is te smal en harde matras, geluid van buiten komt harde binnen, slechte geluidsisolatie.

• S. (9/5): Heerlijk hotel met bar en restaurant en fantastisch ontbijt! - Een hotel met een ar op de begane grond. We werden gewaarschuwd voor een karaokeavond. We hebben er geen last van gehad. Het restaurant was echt engels. We aten carved meat. Heerlijk! Het ontbijt mocht er ook zijn. Een echt full english breakfast met verse fruitsalade. Het esteontbijt op onze trip. . De motoren mochen naast het hotel achter de poort staan, maar dat was wat ons betreft niet nodig. Een van de estehotels oponze roadtrip op de motor. eigenlijk niets.
• Craig (5/5): Location was lovely, and I could deal with the food not being great. However the bed would put me off returning to this - Nice location, owners were lovely to chat with. Room was good size with nice view, shower was powerfull. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. I had 2 beds in my room a double and a single, I gave in around 3:30am and swapped to the single however this was worse. The food I had was also terrible (mixed grill) the steak, ribs & BBQ pulled pork was like rubber this was unfortunate because I did hear good things about the food here.

Breakfast excellent. Good price for B&B. Evening meal. Restaurant staff. Restaurant prices. Portion sizes tiny and choices. Trying to be high-end haute-cuisine in parts but then serving sauce in sachets like a chippy!

• Janet (10/5): Best Hotel we have been to in a long time, and not expensive. - We all had a lovely time, the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome, rooms were really nice and warm and the bed and pillows were sooo comfy. The music in the bar was brilliant and our meal in the restaurant was perfect. Would definitely recommend the Davron Hotel

• Kenzie (10/5): Fantastic place to stay, I would absolutely recommend the Davron Hotel. - The staff member on reception was very welcoming on arrival, she had a lovely manner and checked that everything was fine and that I knew where everything was. The staff in the restaurant were attentive without making it feel that they were hovering. Food was delicious. I had said I wouldn't be having breakfast and I was offered a grab bag instead. This was a really considerate touch and much appreciated. Staff are exceptional and the hotel has a friendly and homely feel to it. Nothing the stay was great.

• Vicky (9/5): Did what it said on the tin ... provided a clean, comfortable, friendly room for the night. - Having lived in the village by the hotel for 11 years, we knew the hotel. It was lovely, very clean, comfortable, staff were lovely, cannot fault. I did have a mattress that felt like it was a bit lop sided, but that could be more that I'm not used to being in a single bed in all honesty. The Tunnocks bar and ear plugs were a cute addition! All good.

• Marta (10/5): Superb Place with mazing staff - We were warmly welcomed and had homely feelings from the first contact at the reception. The staff here is SUPER kind and supportive. The room had a beautiful view over the sea and the nearest beach that is just a minute away from the building. The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. Ohh and breakfast; it was amazing in terms of the variety and taste - THANK You! That we couldn't stay for longer 😉

• Dagmar (8/5): Es war ein schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Frühstück war gut und reichlichl . Auch das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Insgesamt ein nettes, kleines Hotel in schöner Gegend.

• Nick (10/5): Warm friendly and great food. - The property is very warm and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent. I have stayed here before for work about 8 years ago and noticed they had made some improvements to the restaurant by moving it out the back to a larger dining area. The old dining area is now the breakfast room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room seemed clean and bathroom/shower ok. Nice front facing room at top of property so no noise from pub. No signal on tv in room. Slight leak in corner of shower.

• Malcolm (9/5): - Breakfast was exceptional, and the food in the restaurant was really good. Rosehearty is a very remote and quiet place, the location of the hotel next to the sea was very welcome. Lots of street parking in front of the hotel. I think the most outstanding thing was the friendliness of the people running the place, they are an independent, not a group and it shows in the way it is run. Don't let the appearance of the building put you off, it's a protected building and the room I had was spacious, clean and well decorated. Nothing.

• Zenon (10/5): A Lovely Spot for an Overnight Stay - The Davron Hotel was a perfect stop along our tour of Scotland. It checked off all of the boxes for us. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, parking out front was available, and being close to the scenic seaside was nice. All staff members were kind, courteous and welcoming. We were satisfied and absolutely recommend. Well done Davron Hotel.

• Alan (6/5): - Local to work Bed had springs . Springs in my ribs. Toilet fan spun up like a jet engine then packed in.. Double bed fitted in room but had 6" space to get to other side .too small for a double .
