- verychilli (10/5): Great addition to the Enerfgy Corridor - Quiet and clean location, with good food options around the hotel. Staff was welcoming, and parking was a breeze. The breakfast was unfortunately delayed, but the cheerful staff more than made up for it.

The cleanliness, the building, accessibility, etc. was excellent. If I say, I am disabled I would love to have a room that’s on the bottom floor. I don’t understand why disability rooms are on the top floors. I can’t walk. That’s what I would change.

I really loved my room. It was very spacious. Very neat and tidy. The one free bottle of water in the room. If we wanted more water, we would have to pay for it and I felt like it was overcharging us as well. But I liked everything else.

- Debra Lynne (8/5): - The hotel is essentially nice, but it needs an uplift. Clean. Staff were lovely: friendly, helpful, efficient. I was kindly transported by hotel shuttle to see an elderly family member in a nearby memory facility; otherwise, I used Lyft. I chose the hotel because of the shuttle service and also because it had a restaurant. On the day of arrival, I received a welcome email, which included the restaurant hours (open until 10 pm). However, when I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm, the restaurant was closed. Ditto the following day. This meant ordering delivery (which is always poor quality). The hotel windows essentially had no soundproofing because the freeway noise was LOUD all night long. In short, the best attribute for the hotel was the staff.

- Lekika (5/5): It was an acceptable stay - NA. Nothing spectacular stood out about the property. There was a bar offered but not opened during my visit. Im awake at night and asleep during the day. During my stay the satellite dish went out from 11pm until my check out the next day. No apologies, future accommodations or discounts were offered at checkout, even after mentioning my disappointment.

- Abidi (3/5): - During our recent visit to Houston, we stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton, marking our second stay in two years. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by unpleasant interactions with the front desk staff on both occasions. Upon checking in, despite having booked and paid online, we were unexpectedly asked to provide a $50 security deposit. This requirement was not mentioned during the booking process, and when I inquired about it, the staff simply stated it was for security. They failed to inform us that this deposit would be refunded after checkout, which led to a frustrating argument that could have easily been avoided with clearer communication. Moreover, the room we were assigned had several issues, which we reported to the staff, but no action was taken to resolve them. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with the bathroom door making excessive noise and basic items like toothpaste and toothbrushes missing. When we asked about these essentials, we were told they were out of stock. This was particularly surprising since we encountered the same issue during our previous stay. Even budget hotels typically provide these basic amenities, so it was disappointing to see a lack of attention to such details. Given the higher price point of this hotel, we expected better cleaning standards and customer service. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and it seems that the management needs to address both staff training and room maintenance to improve future guests' experiences.

- scgtb (10/5): Great stay, great staff! - Stayed here for a couple nights while visiting family. The hotel is very warm and inviting, and seems brand-new. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. The shower had the best water pressure I have ever seen. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

There were plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, and the property is directly off the highway. The water pressure in the shower was poor, but other than that, everything else is good.

TV is good background noise while in the room, wasn't working consistently until last morning of my stay.

- Lynne0725 (8/5): Handicap Room Limitations - I booked this hotel because of what I perceived as a great hotel for someone with mobility challenges. When I booked, I noticed that the hotel had step-in showers which is a top priority of mine. Although the room was presented as being handicapped accessible, it was on the 5th floor, thus making it especially difficult to get to the exits in the event of a fire. The walk-in shower doors only opened on one side, making it impossible to turn on the water without first stepping into the shower. The shower had no grab bars, nor did the toilet which was very short and caused difficulty in standing back up. The beds were very high and difficult to get into. On the plus side, the staff was very nice, the check-in and check-out were easy, the pool and fitness facilities were very good, and the location was excellent.

One persone of the Breakfast attendance was so hard and so nervuse. While the other person was so good and Helpfull. I was booking 6 nights with breakfast I had only three days breakfast, and then after that I decided not to eat any more that breakfast.
