We've stayed at several hotels @ the Denver airport and none of the competitors do this. It's an un-welcoming cash grab. Get there with a non-refundable reservation and you have little choice. Not a nice way to treat your customers.

I was surprised guests who are spending my the night have to pay $12 parking per day. This is a new fee. I get id you are doing park and pay but I think it should be free parking while you are staying at property. I will be looking for a hotel with free parking from now on.

- Andy (6/5): Used to love Home2Suites. Going downhill since Covid. Looking for other options in the future. - Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Adequate parking. Breakfast was lowest quality I've ever seen from Home2Suites. That used to be a main reason for staying there. Eggs, sausage and bacon were barely warm and no microwave to heat up other than going back up to room. No to go cups for coffee. I sent in Tax Exempt paperwork 2 weeks ahead of my stay and it was not taken off when I checked out. No one was working that could remove the tax and I had to return 3 hours later when the person came in to get this done. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

Being a pretty friendly hotel didn't mean we had to sacrifice cleanliness. The shuttle was on time. Very convenient.

- Audrey (2/5): Never use Hotels.com again - I booked this room accidentally while stranded at the Denver airport with my small children late at night. For some reason, the Hotels.com site kept changing my dates when I'd refresh the hotel page. So I accidentally booked a room 2 weeks after I needed one. While I was able to get a room that night, I could not cancel the accidental booking. I called the hotel within 5 minutes of realizing my mistake, and I was told that I needed to go to Hotels.com to fix the issue. On Hotels.com, I was told it was the hotel's policy not to issue refunds. So I spent a lot of money !!!! on a room I wasn't even in the same city to use. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never ever ever use Hotels.com again

Breakfast buffet was good and nice to offset spending on meals. This location is very convenient to the airport. (A 9 minute drive). Would definitely stay here again.

- Nicklaus (4/5): - The shuttle experience was horrible. When I called, they made me call back when at baggage claim, even though I did not have any checked bags. Said shuttle would be 20 minutes and when it showed up, there were only 3 seats available and my family would not fit. When I called back they were not able to reconcile the problem. I ended up taking an uber. In the morning we have to get up early for our flight. In the lobby at 3:00 and there seemed to be a homeless man using the computer in the lobby and acting weird. Staff did not address the issue.

- 603DA (6/5): Just OK - We had two rooms adjoining each other. Rooms are ok but rather worn out and was a bit dirty with carpets needing to be cleaned and bathroom was dirty. Lobby was nice and so were the people at the desk during checkin and other times. Parking is $14 per day which was dumb. Breakfast was rather good and different than most hotels so that was a nice surprise. If you go with kids as we did the pool is not kid friendly. Four year old could not touch bottom so had to carry her around the whole time. Water was a little chilly so kids did not swim long.

The room could use some updates on the painting color and the room had a horrible urine smell. I got the room right by the front desk and breakfast area so you can hear everything in the morning. I let the front desk know the next morning about the urine smell which later was confirmed it was dog urine, she apologized and stated that she would let her boss know which was very nice and i appreciated that. I only stayed one night.

- BillE123 (4/5): Only stayed overnight between flights, but the shuttle ruined it. - Don't trust the shuttle. They say it leaves and picks up every 30 minutes. It does not. There is one single shuttle that sits 9 people that stops at 4 hotels. Home2 happens to be the last for drop off. It took 2 hours from the time I called at the airport to get to the hotel. Partly because it stops at 4 hotels, partly because there are too many people so it gets full, and partly because they let people who show up with 10+ bags, seemingly using this as a u-haul, and take 20 minutes to try to fit them in. If it takes 2 hours, just tell people that so they can plan accordingly. I highly regret missing 2 of the 8 hours I had in-between flights to sleep to save the $20 a ride share would have cost that could have had me at the hotel in 20 minutes or less.
