- David (2/5): - I was traveling with my husband & two kids, so I had booked a room with two queen beds. When I checked in they gave me the keys & when I got to the room I found it had two double beds. I sent my husband to ask them to change our room to the one I had originally booked. He was told it would be a $250 deposit for a queen room because apparently I smelled like smoke when I checked in. I DON’T EVEN SMOKE. In addition to that, the beds were extremely uncomfortable & the room looked like it had barely been cleaned. We will not stay here again. Definitely money wasted.

We were very well cared for thru out our stay. The maids were in our room w/o us present but they did their jobs well...

- Cathy (1/5): Worst place I have ever stayed. - Absolutely nothing about this room did I like. While apparently I did reserve a smoking room, that was not my intention at all, the hotel compensated the smell with room air freshener. The room, was too strong to stay in. We lost our money due to no refunds allowed but we could not stay in the room. There was so much air fresher sprayed, it had all settled on the bed spread. I did call and they changed the spread but then we just couldn't stop coughing and choking. We left and will never return there again.

- James (6/5): A bit expensive for an Inn with only 30 rooms. - The location as it was walking distance to a few restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean, despite being a smoking room. I only requested a smoking room as I was expecting a friend who smoked was joining me, but she fell ill and couldn't make it, but it didn't smell like anyone had ever smoked in the room. I'd like to know what they use to neutralize the odor. The shower had poor water pressure, but the adjustable shower head seemed to be broken as it only worked properly on a few settings. The Inn looked nicer on the website than it actually did when I first saw it in person.

Offered us a SMOKING room and 2 smaller beds. We had originally paid for 2 queen beds non smoking. The tvs didn't work in either rooms when asked he told us he didn't know what we were talking about. We stayed there for one night and it was terrible. It was almost $100 for the one night. Oh the ice machine didn't work and they didn't have towels. We also found clothes in the drawers of the dresser.

- James (8/5): Enjoyed the stay. Would stay again if they have availability on our next visit. - The staff were friendly and efficient. It's not new, but l could tell that from the photos. The location was quiet with some street noise. I am situationally aware and never felt uncomfortable. The tub had red clay sand in it when l arrived. Didn't matter as l always sanitize any tub prior to showering.

Police were visiting the person in the room above us and the spoke w us as we were leaving and suggested that if we visited Gadsden again to stay in a different part of town

- Mark (8/5): Typical budget motel - This is your typical budget motel. It’s old, but in relatively functional condition. The ice machine was not working, but the owner said he could give us a small amount from his freezer. When I went for ice later, the lady acted as if I asked for her kidney.

- Glenda (6/5): Cheap, but acceptable stay. - This budget hotel is acceptable for an overnight stay. Good bed, OLD hotel - but clean. Rather noisy due to all the local traffic. Best if you bring your own towels, since those are very rough, but bed linens are quite good. A/C works well, fridge and microwave provided - no coffeemaker. Decent flat screen TV.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was a decent price at an expected size, and the mattress was good, but everything else was super cheap (scratchy sheets, worn out towels, and when we first came to the room, it literally smelled like someone had just taken a dump!) There was no cable (analog TV) and there were a couple times we saw baby roaches in the bathroom... You get what you pay for...
