Atendimento maravilhoso. Quarto bem limpo. Banheiro bem limpo. Quarto confortável. O local tem infraestrutura para preparar comida e para comer. Recomendo bastante!

• Lucie (4/5): Pratique pour dormir si vous n’aimez pas le confort - Le lit est plutôt confortable et l’emplacement est correct (10mn à pied de la station de métro). Le métro est directement sur la Yamanote et la JR donc pratique si vous utilisez cet hôtel seulement pour y dormir et ne pas y passer plus de temps. Le personnel répond rapidement aux messages et aux demandes s’il y en a. Si vous cherchez un hôtel confortable pour un séjour de plus de 3–4 nuits à Tokyo, ce n’est pas le bon choix. La chambre est extrêmement petite, et fait réellement que 8/9m2 (bien plus petite que les 13 m² annoncés pour lesquels nous sommes censés avoir payé, c’est donc mensonger car nous avons réellement mesuré), difficilement praticable à deux et impossible avec des valises. Gros problème d’eau chaude : sur 3 nuits, une seule vraie douche chaude. Chambre très humide avec condensation permanente, et fuite dans la salle de bain après la douche. Pas de réception, échanges uniquement via Booking/WhatsApp (réponses rapides). Convient uniquement si vous passez vos journées dehors et rentrez tard.

• Yuka (10/5): - 駅からも近く交番のすぐ近くで安心、道も分かりやすかったです！スタッフの男性も日本語で説明してくれて助かりました！部屋はシンプルですが、清潔で寝に帰るだけなので充分です。共用スペースにウォーターサーバがあってありがたかったです。 なぜかテレビが使えなかったのが残念でしたが、周りも静かで快適な1人旅が過ごせました。 価格もお手頃でしたので、常にこの価格帯でしたらまたぜひ利用したいです。 ありがとうございました！

Also, they let me check in earlier (around 2pm), and I could leave the luggage at the reception after I checked out until I started for the airport The water in the shower wasn`t always stable hot but overall the stay was great!

• Fabian (3/5): Naja, würden wir nicht nochmal buchen. - Gute Lage. Günstige Waschmöglichkeit. Kleine Küche und Sitzmöglichkeit vorhanden. Kein Fenster im Zimmer. Luft hat schimmelig gerochen. Toilette hat durchgehend genässt. Tipp: Wir hatten das Gefühl das kleinste und schlechteste Zimmer bekommen zu haben. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett, wenn ihr zwei Einzelbetten bucht bekommt ihr tendenziell ein etwas größeres Zimmer.

• Sunako (6/5): - スーツケースを広げるスペースがなく、困りました。部屋は、値段的に期待していなかったので、こんなものかと思います。清潔という口コミが多かったですが、確かにすごく汚くはないけれど、シーツやタオルが黄ばんでたり黒ずんでたり、と神経質な人は嫌かもしれません。シャワーは、仕切りもなくトイレのすぐ横にあり、サンダルが置いてあります。明洞まで歩いて１０分くらいなので、良い立地に安く泊まれたのが良かったです。

• 영민 (2/5): - World’s dirtiest bedrooms ever, what you can have here is a shower head with blue and white fungus which doesn’t even get removed by typical cleaning and smelly towels sometime have some toilet paper particles. What could more i say, the bright side of this place is the location where originally industrial place and got some renewals by government policies but still hideous. I’d had sudden gout flare before got here, the building has an elevator so i chose this place. Worst 2days ever in my life

• CHRISTIAN (4/5): - It is a budget hotel, so do not expect much. The toilet was filthy for my room at 513. Luckily, I only stayed for 1 night. I did not use the common areas but it was in disarray and cluttered.

The entrance is a bit odd, it’s located in what feels like an alleyway, but it felt safe. Walking distance to the night market and lots of good places to eat around. No issues storing our luggage before check in and after check out.

• Raouiamsa (10/5): Best Location&Value Hotel in Korea - Stayed there for 14 nights ! It was nice clean and comfortable. The only thing is the cleaning system we needed to keep asking for them to clean our room change sheets and towels. Even Though we were told when we checked in because it's a long stay our room will be cleaned every 3 days. But it didn't happen. In the kitchen most things are "Staff Only". There is laundry that you pay i think 1000 won for which is reasonable . The staff were nice and helpful. Spoke in good English We had no problems during our stay. Very close to the station and seven eleven GS25 ... Plenty of restaurants just 2 mins away. Bars as well. It is in myeongdong but 9 to 10 mins walk and the area is quieter than myeongdong and u get a great sleep. Just the cleaning part, Room size maybe a little bit tight. But lets be fair we only slept in the room so we didnt get to stay in the room for the whole day.

• Nguyen (4/5): Great location, but not clean - The receptionist was friendly and nice, but that's about it. Location was tricky to find, tucked into a little alleyway. There's a million different Wi-Fi connections and you have to pick and find the right one for the room. The room itself was the problem, the bathroom was what made us leave. It was dirty, as in the shower frame had not been cleaned or washed in some time, streaking and stains all over. Old rusting fixtures in other parts of the bathroom as well. Made us question the cleanliness of the entire room as a result.

(down is if you have lots of luggage good luck as there is no where to put it) day 1, time to go to bed when found out that the sheets/pillow case was not changed hair is everywhere. My son and I ended up sleeping (use all the towels on top of it) informed them the next day, The cleaner was not there, so the owners daughter and I change it together.

• Brian (7/5): Good location but very small room - The location was good with a 2-minute walk to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and you could have a free coffee in the sitting area. I think we got the smallest room and it was very hard to move around. We are both thin people and still challenged moving in the room. Power points are also limited in the room and it is hard to plug in more than 1 device to charge.
• Daniela (5/5): Good location but noisy and not very clean. - Good location and kind staff. Bedroom was too small and dirty. Shower also was dirty and the hotel in general didn’t look like in the pictures. There is a factory next to the hotel that works 24hs, therefore it was very noisy since the window and walls don’t block the sounds. Also towels were too small.
• Inge (4/5): wouldn't recommened. There are other hotels in this convenient neighbourhood. - Location was really good Bathroom was awful, really old and dirty. Personal unfriendly, didn't even bother to say hello. You had to ask specifically to clean to room (we stayed 8 days), and when we did all they did was emptying the bin. No cleaning at all, didn't change the bedsheets or even didn't make the bed. Super noisy room (not the fun hustling and bustling city sounds of people going out, but alarms, heavy traffic,...all night long). Mold on the windows.

• Daniela (6/5): Pleasant stay - The location is perfect to get around Seoul, located nearby metro and in a vibrant area of the city. Staff was very attentive and kind, answering all our questions! The room is very very small and it is ok if you are only staying for 1/2 nights, if you are staying for longer, it might not be the right option. The toilet wasn't in good conditions and it has shower and toilet in the same area, it is a pod toilet.
• Claverie (8/5): A good option near the historical center - Location is near a lot of historical attraction, it's quite clean and comfortable. The girl in the reception who check us in during the evening was really nice (thumbs up for her). There's places to eat near the reception. There's no breakfast though, but at least you can eat outside your room. Safe area. As the name is Myeondong, I expected this to be quite close but actually it's 20 min by walk from Myeondong itself. Depends on the day, we may hear workers and car traffic during the nights. The bathroom is really really small. The outdoor area is also quite dirty which is surprising as I found that Seoul is generaly a clean city. There's stairs to enter the building, so not suitable for disabled clients.

• Kamil (4/5): It’s ok if you need good location but don’t care much about your comfort - Very nice and helpful stuff and a really good location, walkable distance to many nice places, just a second from metro station. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the please was far from what we would expect even from the budget hostel. You can see mold and dirt all over bathroom, walls in the room could also tell you some interesting stories.
• Mingu (8/5): Convenient to the transportation, walking distances for the sightseeings - This is the place for those who wanted to travel through the heart of Seoul. The place known as Hip-Ji-ro where once a small industrial area has embraced young and hip culture, very unique experience for new comers! Some rooms' widows faced to the corridor may not be familiar
• Sheng (7/5): Good for your money valu. - It's good for tourist who wanna save money. The location is good. 1 min walk to subway station and convenient store. The room was a little be small.

• Christel (8/5): Very good - It’s close to the metro station and walking distance to some of the tourist spots (and a really good taco shop if you need a break from Korean food) The room was kind of tight with 2 suitcases but bed was comfortable. We did laundry and it was really cheap. Wifi was good. The staff were really nice and they all speak English well. They even helped with recommendations with food. They don’t vacuum the room and change the sheets when you request for clean up (maybe they will if you request it on the clean up sheet) they just cleaned out the bins and gave new towels. We stayed for 6 days so maybe cleaning the room on the third day would have been nice. We are pretty neat so it wasn’t a big deal.

• Angelee (9/5): Affordable Stay - It's one of the cheapest offers around Seoul for a private room so it's understandably small. Train station is conveniently directly in front (1 min walk). The toilet has bidet function. Wifi was stable. Staff was friendly. They have a shared fully equiped kitchen. It took a while to find the place as you have to go through a small alleyway.

• Denice (9/5): Clean, superb location with very friendly staff. - Stayed here for 11 days and the location was perfect. It was just a three minute walk to the nearest train station and there were convenience stores across the street. Room was spacious enough and I had a place for my luggage and desk for my laptop. The staff were very friendly too. Although check in time was 3PM, there was an empty room they were cleaning when I arrived which they courteously gave to me. It was great staying there as I was always greeted with a smile by the staff, especially the afternoon/night staff. Will definitely book the place when I go back for a holiday.
