• Tom (1/5): Isolated Hotel. - Staff were friendly. Rooms were adequate. Shower was ridiculously placed. Shot out horizontal. No mirror in bathroom. 1 chair for 2 people. No restaurants or bars in close proximity. No walking areas. Was a half hour drive to Sanur. I asked at the front desk if there were restaurants close by and was told no. I happened upon restaurants 10 minutes away by chance. Better than the half hour drive. I was doing daily, sometimes twice. The kitchen was also undereqiped. 1 pot and 1 pan to cook with. I asked several times for more but was refused.I left approximately 20 days early and was told I couldn't receive a refund. Booking.com also was no help.

Для приезжих трудно найти возможность поесть что-то привычное, а на завтраке удавалось поесть и быть спокойной. Фрукты, гарниры, вкусный кофе. Парни из хаускипинга всегда готовы помочь, если маленький геккон 🦎 заберется в номер. Но самое приятное произошло во время приезда. В номере ждал торт и цветы, так как я отметила день рождения буквально перед поездкой. Отдых потрясающий и запоминающийся. Спасибо! С удовольствием вернусь ещё. Мне всё понравилось. Единственное, выбрала не то местоположение. До большинства районов добираться 30-40 минут. До Нуса-Дуа в районе часа.

• Laura (10/5): Lovely accomodation - Property was great, beautiful pool, friendly staff and families around. Kitchen was handy, aircon was cold and bed was comfortable. We went for a walk and I really enjoyed the fact that everything outside was authentic and local, no western food, and nobody could speak English, I got to buy street food from vendors cheaply which I enjoy. Room service was on WhatsApp which was easy, and the food was well priced and tasty. Everything was great. We only had a short stay but I felt happy and comfortable and cared for during our time.

The staff are warm and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs, and the check-in process was handled quickly and efficiently, making the whole arrival experience pleasant and hassle-free. When we checked in, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. No mosquito repellent was provided, so we had to buy it ourselves.

Room was fairly spacious and that little 'courtyard' with open skies which is part of the room was a special touch In fact, all except one girl at the front desk were excellent, including the lead manager. This one girl kept giving me a hard time, made me wait 1.5 hour for my room, which had clearly been empty because no one could have possibly been staying there (no hangers in the closet, Wi-Fi doesn't reach there, loads of mosquitos, at far end of the room). She even gave a room to another party that had showed up half hour after me. I have nothing but good things to say about Balinese hospitality, and their beautiful people, but this one girl kept refusing me anything I asked for, and ultimately I had to message management via the booking.com messaging app to even get hangers and soap.

Not so many options to eat out as a bit out of town center. However with a motorbike you can go to restaurants in vicinity. Breakfast was just average and no eating area. Had to eat in the room. PowerPoint and light by the bed would be a plus.

The staff were rude, there was a lot of noise from next door until after 1am from a woman and children who were shouting and playing music. Tried to speak to them nicely and they were extremely rude. Addressed issue with reception in the morning and they said this is a common issue. Not ok to put people in a room where you know this is an ongoing issue. Also there is black mould on the curtains. Staff tried to charge 150k/€9 to wash a small stain on the sheets, surely this is their job and should not be extra to the price already paid to stay there. Breakfast was late and had to go down and ask for it 30 mins after time arranged. Staff were just generally very rude, had poor English and didn’t use google translate which would have made things much easier.
• Kerli (9/5): It was comfortable and really nice, relaxing. - Hotel was really nice, loved that the room had a kitchen and could cook. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you walk out more than 100 meters then the area is actually really nice with markets. The staff was amazing and really helpful. There was nothing i didn’t like, just could have done with few more kitchen utensils like a bowl or a pot. There isn’t that much eating places near but you can still cook for yourself or go little bit further so still no problem.

• Josh (7/5): For the price and purpose of my trip it was ok. I wouldn’t book again. - The hotel and pool was clean enough, the rooms are a reasonable rate and a/c was good. I was told breakfast starts at 7am, on day two it hadn’t started at 8am, I had to go on my day tour and grab some food when I could. The location isn’t great, I was unsure as it was my first time to Bali but you can’t even particularly walk anywhere from the hotel nor is there anything to do nearby. The shower only has cold water - I don’t know if this is normal in Bali and I appreciate it’s hot most of the time but in an a/c room or in the night/morning it’s nice to have at least a luke warm shower.

Could have vegetarian options in breakfast for people from India or those who can't/don't eat non-veg. But it is manageable, staff customised a sandwich for our 1st breakfast and on the second day we had garlic bread. I want to say thank you for doing that and for future if there can be more veg options that would be great 👍

Also, the worst thing was that I reserved the bedroom with a private swimming pool, but the private swimming pool is dirty like the fish pond, LOL.

The bathroom has a drainage smell and the bathroom door is stuck and can’t close, the whole room has the smell for the whole night. The water heater not working properly also required to creation of room rules for customers. My next making sound until 4 pm, we can’t sleep properly. Appreciate it, if hotel management arranged security or someone to check every floor hourly or 2 hours once.

I asked for a room change due to the 4 flights of stairs. Towels weren't clean and no hair dryer or fire extinguisher in either rooms stayed in but was mentioned in the info. There were better rooms available, some with sofa's and it wasn't fully booked. The bathroom was old and tiles needed cleaning. My second stay was in nicer room and on a lower floor (with the same layout) - just seemed cleaner and fresher.
