Andreas (8/5): Ich würde die Wohnung in Zukunft auf jeden Fall noch einmal mieten. - 17 Stock, 4x Aufzüge, Herrlicher Ausblick, 2x Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung. Im Waschbecken im Bad gab es kein heißes Wasser, obwohl es in der Küche und in der Dusche funktioniert hat.

Ketty (6/5): Si le séjour se limite à la vue, alors c’était merveilleux. - L’emplacement était idéal. En plein nat 600, vue sur la mer et makolet en bas de l’immeuble ouverte 7/7 donc très pratique. L’appartement est idéal pour un couple uniquement, pas pour 4 personnes, même en bas âge. Les TV ne marchaient pas. Le vent s’entend énormément quand il fait mauvais, malgré les fenêtres fermées, ce qui rend le sommeil impossible si vous dormez dans le salon. Vous avez beau demander au gardien d’en bas de l’aide, ça ne vient pas. Il faut aller la demander et la redemander encore, en vain. Pas de table pour manger (table basse uniquement, avec 2 pouffes), donc repas pris sur le canapé lit… Vaisselle limitée.

Lelyan (3/5): לא נהניתי מהשירות. - The location was very nice right next the ocean The staff and the people on the reception’s attitude were unpleasant, they were very very rude and disrespectful. A very disappointing experience in my opinion. לדעתי השירות בקבלה היה מגעיל וחסר כבוד. היחס היה מזלזל ולא נעים בכלל. חוויה מאכזבת מאוד.

לוין (1/5): שהות בלתי נסבלת, עוגמת נפש גדולה מאוד ביחס לבזבוז הזמן, הכסף, ולניפוץ חלום החופשה. - הנוף הנשקף מהחלון. קירבה לטיילת, סופר מרקט מתחת למלון הדירות, חניה חופשית. בקיצור, כל מה שלא קשור למלון עצמו... תחזוקה וניקיון ירודים (חרקים בחדר, מסטיק דבוק על מנורת הלילה... חלודה במתקני האירוח), היעדר מיזוג אוויר בעונה זו של השנה כאשר ההבטחה הייתה לחדר ממוזג. לא ניתן היה לשהות בחדר מפאת החום ברוב שעות היום. סירוב לאפשר הגעה בשעה שהובטחה על ידי booking.com (בשעה 14:00) אלא רק שעה אחר כך, סירוב להחליף את החדר, שירות מאוד לא אדיב ואף חסר נימוס) ליקויי בטיחות: קומה גבוהה (15) ללא סורגים!

When I asked for one, the rude receptionist told me "you didn't book Hilton" and offered that I use the mop that is used to wash the floors... I have informed the owner but he wasn't too impressed. Very disappointed
נטלי (7/5): סביר. - המיקום מעולה על הטיילת עם נוף מרהיב לים. החדר בגודל נוח, יש ספה ושולחן ומטבחון קטן. מאד נוח יחסית למחיר. יש מתחת לבניין סופר. מאד נוח. ומלא חניה. הניקיון לא עד הסוף. בעיקר במקלחת. לא מרגיש נקי לא האסלה ולא המקלחון. אין בחדר תה קפה. אבל יש קומקום. השירות שואף לאפס. לא שלחו הוראות הגעה וצ׳ק אין, לא ענו להודעות. לקח לנו זמן להבין איזה בניין זה כי הוייז הוביל למקום אחר ברחוב לפי הכתובת ששמנו. ובנוסף אין שום שלט על הבניין בשום מקום עם שם שתואם את מה שמופיע בהזמנה. בסוף הצלחנו להבין היכן יושב איש הקבלה (זה נראה כמו משרד מכירות נדלני ולא כמו קבלה) שנתן לנו מפתחות באדישות ולא עניין אותו השאלות שלנו או מה שחש לנו לומר.

ביליצר (8/5): היתה חוויה טובה במיקום מצוין עם נוף מדהים. תמורה טובה למחיר. - הנוף היה מדהים, מיקום אסטרטגי מעולה קרוב לטיילת לים ולתחנת אוטובוס יש סופר נגיש ממש מתחת לבניין השירות היה נחמד המארחים אדיבים ונתנו לנו להיכנס מוקדם מהזמן שהזמנו קבלנו חדר בקומה גבוהה עם נוף שצופה לים ולעיר הריהוט פונקציונלי ועונה על הצרכים אך מעט מיושן ולא חדשני המתקנים נחמדים אך ישנים מעט, עם חלודה בנוסף המצעים לא היו מוכנים כשנכנסנו לחדר לא הצלחנו להפעיל את המקרוגל מהתמונות שראינו באתר נראה שיש חדרים מעוצבים יותר ממה שקיבלנו

Eli (1/5): Bad - The only good thing about this place is the location. The reception was very rude from the get go and nothing about the apartment was at all what the pictures showed. Very dissatisfied with the fact that they faked how the whole place and facilities was.

The Air conditioners were really dirty. Only one key for the room, and the elevator works with the key, so se were bound together (group of five) -

Victoria (5/5): Amazing view but wish it was cleaner. - I loved the view from the room, it was great. Also, the location was nice and the building itself is pretty well maintained. Unfortunately, the room was very tiny and worn down. It had no noise isolation whatsoever and you could hear anyone in the lobby. Also, it was not clean enough. The view was amazing but you could not see much through dirty windows:( It was unfortunate.

Trio market in building unusually well equipped. Hard to decode the shift in language on the tv. ultimately managed it but then didn’t use it.

Ruslan (7/5): Good - The location is excellent, as the hotel is on a cliff, hence you can hear the sea from your room. Also, as you leave the hotel you'd find yourself at the promenade. On the ground floor outside of the building, you'd find a minimarket and a good restaurant. The staff are friendly and tried their best to make us happy. We didn't like the cleanliness of the room. Also, the overall maintenance of both the building in general and of the room, in particular, could be improved.
