Parking is conveniently right in front of the house, and having a 7-Eleven at reception is a great bonus. Appreciated the daily delivery of bottled water and fresh towels, plus a cleaning service during our 4-night stay. No condiments were provided in the kitchen, and there were no kitchen towels or tissues available. This affects you if you intend to cook in the house.

The beds were rock hard…. Basically like sleeping on a plank…. No comfort in what they called a mattress whatsoever…. Saying that- I did complain and they came the next day with mattress toppers….. this is obvs a known issue otherwise they wouldn’t have had these to hand straight away. - we were very thankful for these though! The kitchen was badly stocked utensil/glassware crockery etc and it would have been nice to have a small amount of washing tablets or fluid for a quick stay- little things could have really made the difference

- S (4/5): - The villa itself is fine. Giving us the only villa that is only accessible by stairs when the whole resort is empty seems really unnecessary. The place was only accessible by a rickety and rather dangerous stairs from the carpark. Traversing them with our heavy luggage in the heavy snow was a horrible experience. it was also really dark at night and a tripping essence.

- Mei Shan (6/5): Consider this resort if you prefer large villa. - Spacious rooms, living, dining and kitchen. Far from Seogwipo, around 30mins drive away. They only provide 2 bath towels even though there were 4 persons staying in the villa. When we requested for another 2 bath towels, they mentioned their policy is providing only 2 bath towels but we can request for more hand towels.
- YUNSEUNG (10/5): 위치가 너무 아쉬운 최고의 가성비 독채 숙소! - 아주 넓은 빌리지 내에서 멋진 2층짜리 독채를 아주 저렴한 가격에 묵을 수 있다는 점이 가장 좋았어요. 직원분들은 모두 중국분들이었으나, 몹시 친절하였고 다음에도 묵고 싶을 정도로 만족했네요^^ 아무래도 위치가 가장 아쉬웠어요. 제주공항에서 차로 1시간 떨어져 있으며, 대중교통으로는 절대 꿈도 못 꾸는 위치인 것 같아요. 한라산 성판악 탐방소에서 조금 넘어가면 도착이며, 주변에 식당들이 그렇게 많지 않아 애로사항이 있었네요.

- Carmen (9/5): Good stay with family. - Big spacious villa! Villa is clean and staff is friendly. Provide water bottle and clean towel everyday! Super cozy and got heater in the house as well. There are kitchen and big living room with tv. There is a 7-eleven store located beside the receptionist which operate 24hours. Plenty of free parking. The only cons is located in the middle of jeju island which is pretty far from the city about 40mins. You will need to have a car in order to reach the villa. But is near other attractions if you plan to travel all part of jeju.
- 현호 (10/5): 가족들과 쉬기에 정말 괜찮은 곳 - 프라이빗하게 조용하게 쉴 수 있고 객실도 크고 시설이 굉장히 깔끔했어요. 수압도 강하고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔습니다. 그리고 산책로가 사람도 많이 없고 고요해서 좋았네요 안내를 해주시는 직원분들이 너무 친절해서 감사했습니다 문제가 생겼을시 바로바로 해결을 해주셨네요 거리가 조금 멀지만 편의점을 갖추고 있는점도 만족스럽습니다. 주변에 아무것도 없어서 저녁거리 간식 등은 미리 마트에서 장봐야 하는데 마트가 주변에 없어서 차로 조금 나가야 합니다. 그리고 초행길인 경우 인셉션쪽 위치를 찾기가 생각보다 좀 어려웠네요. 숙소도 주소가 아닌 그림으로 안내지도를 보고 찾아야해서 좀 헷갈린 부분? 벌레가 생각보다 좀 있었고, 시설 내에 난방 컨트롤러가 너무 많이 있던데 구체적으로 어디 구역 난방인지 설명이 부족하고 귀획이 어쩡쩡하게 되어 있어서 좀 난해했어요.

Didn’t like having to sign a waiver form every time we wanted to use the pool, this should have been able to be covered with one form for the whole stay. Wasn’t sure whether tap water was safe to drink. Apartment was not serviced for the entire time we stayed there, despite being told it would be serviced twice in the 10 day stay. Don’t advertise you have a gym when it is full of rubbish. Don’t advertise there is a restaurant on site when there is not.

- SUNG (6/5): 대가족 장기 투숙 숙소로 추천함 - 시설이 큼직큼직하고 방도 다 넓어 대가족 숙소로 적절하였음~ 1층에 넓은 거실과 식세기와 세탁기 있는 주방, 간이 화장실과 짐보관 하는 펜트리가 있고 방은 다 2층에 있음~ 2층에 슈퍼킹침대 있는 방1, 헐리우드 트윈으로 배치가능한 슈퍼싱글침대2개 있는 방2가 있고 각 방마다 화장실과 드레스룸이 별도라 여러가족끼리와도 편했다~ 에코랜드와 휴애리가 가깝고 감귤체험하는 곳도 있고 단지내에 24시간 편의점, 수영장, 별이 진짜 많이 보이는 캠핑장과 넓은 잔디밭이 있다 ~ 리조트 단지가 매우 큰데 동 간 간격이 좁아 아쉽다~ 그리고 청결도가 살짝 아쉽다 ~ 전체적으로는 깨끗한데 디테일이 떨어지는 상태랄까..... 크게 문제는 아니지만 살짝 아쉬웠다 ~ 층고가 높아 혹시 나이 많으신 부모님과 함께 간다면 살짝 불편하실수도 있으니 참고 하시길~
