Vi endnte på Casa del mare - mediterranio - Vi blev opgraderet til deres 5-stjernet søsterhotel som ligger 2 km væk på grund af en overbooking på Casa del mare. Megaluksus og lækkert værelse. • Marek (3/5): Poor - Great and helpful stuff, the did everything possible to make us feel good. Definitely not as on the pictures! Absolutely not luxury, be careful when booking. Area is super dilapidated, everywhere trash and ruins. The hotel beach is super uncomfortable and covered by big stones and seaweed. Rooms are okay, breakfast was good! But if you expect a higher class, like seen on the pictures, then don't go there!

• Jolien (8/5): Leuk hotel, zeker een aanrader - Het was zeker een top ervaring. Het personeel is echt over the top goed! Zo vriendelijk, dat heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Nergens ! Ze doen alles om je verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken. Zoveel lof voor deze dames en heren. Echt waar, jullie zijn fantastisch! Dit hotel is de beste uitvalsbasis voor verdere tochtjes. Verschillende mossel farms in de buurt en leuke stadjes als herceg novi en Kotor via de boot. Maar neem zeker de baai naar Kotor, je komt zoveel leuke plekjes tegen ! Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, keuze voor alle mogelijke gerechten. Top bediening ! Zeker een aanrader Het hotel verliest wat aan zijn charme door het gebrek aan verzorging van de planten, alles is uitgedroogd en dat is echt zo jammer. Qua planten is er niks van onderhoud. Er stonden ook geen stoelen aan het zwembad, geen ligbedden, enkel 2 stoelen en 2 zitzakken ... wellness was niet beschikbaar en we hadden ook wat schimmel in onze badkamer. De afwerking is niet top, wat je wel zou verwachten voor deze prijsklasse..

• David (5/5): - La habitación y el trato exquisito de una de las recepcionistas, Marija quien intentó subsanar en sus posibilidades las anomalías y quejas que le reportamos 16 jóvenes agradables e intentando ser serviciales encargados de todo el hotel (12 habitaciones) , sin director ni responsable, con escasa experiencia...muy impropio de un hotel 4 estrellas... Comer o cenar significa 45 minutes mínimo entre plato y plato. Las raciones realmente pequeñas. Desayuno bufet o de carta bastante escaso. Sombrillas en la parte junto a la orilla en mal estado. Piscina muy pequeña situada a un lado de la recepción, muy atipica y poco práctica. La habitación es muy acogedora pero la ducha no tiene desnivel y sale agua e inunda el baño siempre.

• Carolina (10/5): Hermoso frente al mar - Es un hotel hermoso en primera línea de playa. La habitación tiene una vista espectacular, de la estancia y desde la bañera. Amplia, muy bien decorada y acogedora. Nos recibieron con una copa de prosseco, el personal muy atento. El desayuno variado y delicioso. La única sugerencia fue que renovaran el mobiliario de playa, por el aire una sombrilla me cayó encima y tengo un terrible moreton. También lo comentamos en recepción.
• Isabella (6/5): Definitiv kein Boutique Hotel... - Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend, liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr gut zubereitet, Was zum Frühstück von der Karte zubereitet wurde, war alles ausgesprochen lecker! Pool war außer Betrieb! Darf in der Hochsaison einfach nicht passieren!!! Der ruhige Poolbereich mit Sonnenterrasse, auf den wir uns schon gefreut hatten, (sah auf den Hotelfotos sehr ansprechend aus) war nicht nutzbar, ja nicht einmal möbliert!!! Der Strand ist furchtbar laut und schmutzig! Im Meer schwimmen Plastiktüte und unapepetitlicheres... Es ist auch kein Privatstrand sondern ein öffentlicher (und somit sehr belebter!) Strand. Badegäste (keine Hotelgäste) setzen sich mit nassen Badesachen auf die Hotelterrasse und kampieren dort, sodass man sich beim Abendessen auch mal auf ein klitschnasses Kissen setzen kann... Beim Strand weicht die Realität am extremsten von den Hotelfotos ab! Und hier gibt es, ebenfalls keine eleganten Loungemöbel... Bei Duschen lässt sich nicht vermeiden dass das Wasser Bad UND Zimmer (durch Glaswand getrennt) überschwemmt... ein Abzieher wär hier sinnvoll... Leider ist die Umgebung nicht sehr ansprechend! Müllansammlungen überall entlang der Promenade, und im Ort selber gibt es absolut nix!!! Aber dafür kann nun das Hotel nichts! Der stolze Boutique Hotel Preis ist jedenfalls nicht gerechtfertigt!!! Alles in allem (bis auf den liebenswürdig Service ) nicht sehr exklusiv dort....

• OLGA (10/5): Hotel boutique con grandes detalles. - Pequeño gran hotel. Ubicación (alejado del centro y del ruido para quien quiere disfrutar de tranquilidad). Personal realmente encantador y siempre dispuesto, con una sonrisa, a ayudarte en lo que precisas. Copa de Prosseco de bienvenida en tu habitación. Pequeña zona de playa privada frente el hotel. Pk gratuito delante del alojamiento. Terraza con bar-restaurante con gran vista y platos apetecibles. Piscina en el hotel con privacidad de la calle. Desayuno de gran calidad. Sólo destacaría que el zumo natural exprimido sea con coste teniendo en cuenta el precio que estás pagando por la noche de alojamiento.

• sharon (9/5): Relaxed time in Montenegro - We visited during off-season, so everything was kind of quiet, and low-key. All in all, our room was comfortable facing the water and allowing us the feel of a true vacation! The hotel is clean and cozy, good air and nice feeling when you enter. Everyone is very service-oriented. A special shout-out to Marija, who is one of the two receptionists, and she is a GEM! Kind and good hearted, always smiling, assisting with everything we needed and searched for; definitely understood the concept of service better than anyone else--a true sweetheart! We are so thankful to have met her! Dinner in the hotel was not enjoyable--food was not good, so we don't recommend. Don't either be lured into visiting their other restaurant (Bocasa) because there too, the food wasn't good! It is pretty obvious that they are in need for a much better chef in both their restaurants! Bocasa itself is a nice venue by ambiance and design, located right on the water and having all the right background for a good experience, however, this is rather deceiving. Food itself lacks taste and style--we spent a nice amount but eventually were left hangry! At the hotel they serve a menu for breakfast...??! which is strange. After a few mornings you understand it is ending up being all the same thing with different names. Bottom line is that breakfast should be served much like in any other hotel: as a rich buffet with a lot more food options and varieties so that all guests should be able to find something they like. We found it too controlled, lacking choice and in particular lacking abundance.

• Béla (8/5): Restful off-season accommodation with few facilities. - The staff consisted of agile, helpful young people who were kind and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant. The hotel is co-owned with several others and two restaurants and I can only recommend any of the restaurants next to each other on the beach. The cuisine is excellent and the staff are the same as those at the hotel. The breakfast is not intercontinental, with a choice of egg dishes on the menu, which gets rather boring after a few days. That said, all the food was tasty. There is nothing interesting in the village, everywhere you should go by car, because cyclists are in danger on the road and there are no pavements. The bed was very soft, on a platform it was dangerous to get up and down in the evening - I think they did it to make it easier to see the sea when we woke up. The hotel did not organise any tours or services, at least not in April. A massage or a spa experience would have been nice.
• Gary (10/5): - It was quite with views of the ocean. I arrived by motorcycle with a bad leg, could hardly walk and the staff took the care of my very need. When the weather cleared up and I could move on,they packed me a lunch for my trip. Thank you.

• Ivana (10/5): Super boutiq hotel. - Osoblje je fantastično, ljubazno, profesionalno, simpatično i spremno pomoći. Ugođaj u sobi i uređenje sobe su jako lijepi. Pogled na more udaljeno svega nekoliko metara je super. A la cart doručak izvanredan. 3. krevet (kauč na razvlačenje) je vrlo neudoban.

• Soner (9/5): Nice beach, nice food, nice people. This hotel is a combination of the good side of Montenegro. - Staff are amazing! Very helpful and very friendly. They made our beautiful vacation even better! The room was very comfortable. Lunch and dinner plates are delicious, breakfast has some space for improvement, though very sufficient. Summer prices are a bit at the higher end, but at the end of our stay we were already satisfied with everything that we could omit that.
• Janet (10/5): A wonderful stay - We were actually upgraded to the Casa Del Mare Mediterraneo about two kms away in Kamenari, due to some water damage. Wow, what a wonderful experience - the staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, hospitable and they genuinely cared about us. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The indoor pool area is wonderful and the breakfast and service was superb. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding.
• Holly (9/5): Lovely hotel - Lovely room and staff (especially receptionists!) very friendly. A great few nights stay to relax on the beach. Very good location to chill out as not much in the surrounding areas without a car. The breakfast wasn’t great compared to how good the rest of the hotel was. The service was also incredibly slow all round- we would have to get up and ask for drinks etc they seemed to be short staffed in relation to waiters. The food we had at the restaurant was the worst meal in our 2 week holiday. A lot of the facilities weren’t working (sauna and wellness for example) which we weren’t told about until we asked about booking massages.

Сотрудники отеля во всем помогли и рассказали о местных тонкостях, даже бесплатно постирали наши вещи. Первая линия, свой причал и шезлонги на берегу. Парковка. У нас был номер с небольшим и уютным балконом. Иногда выключался кондиционер. Мы сообщили об Этом персоналу. Обещали исправить. Но мы были всего одну ночь, скорее всего им это удалось в течение след рабочего дня. Мягкая кровать, мы любим жёстче.

• Ka Ho (Anson) (10/5): wonderful long-weekend stay. - my room was bright and airy- the great view of both the mountain and the sea on the balcony. the restaurant serves fantastic food- a mix of local and international cuisine. the staff are so kind and helpful- i went there alone for a solo birthday trip and they made me feel very special, thank you!!! it’s close to Herceg Novi, a charming and historical town where i had a good time exploring!

• Alexandre (10/5): Séjour magnifique dans cet hôtel - Hotel très bien placé, très intimiste. C'était ce qu'on recherchait pour passer notre lune de miel. Hôtel très propre, notre chambre très grande avec une magnifique vue sur la mer . Le personnel est très sympathique et très attentionné avec ses clients ( petits chocolats sur notre lit en rentrant dans la chambre ) Les petits déjeuners étaient super bon. On a passé un très bon séjour !!! Je recommande à 100%

• Pauliina (10/5): - Beautiful boutique hotel right by the sea. Everything was great except they don't have a shower at the beach or by the pool, so you can't clean up from the salt water. Also the street is very narrow, so it was quite frightening to drive there and find parking. Anyway a lovely place that I can highly recommend!

• shani (9/5): שירות ברמה הכי גבוה - צוות המלון קיבל אותנו ברמה הכי גבוה שאפשר, במשך כל השהות נתנו לנו את ההרגשה הכי נעימה שיש, עזרו לנו בכל דבר. המלון הוא מלון בוטיק, ללא הרבה חדרים, שקט, עם חוף קטן אבל פרטי, מסעדה שפעילה לאורך כל היום, המתקנים במלון היו מצויינים, המלון היה נקי ברמה גבוה, פעמיים ביום הגיעו להחליף מגבות ולסדר את החדר, האמבטיה במרפסת הייתה מפנקת ונעימה, חניה פרטית למלון, אזור נהדר במרכז, קרוב למעבורת. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, עם בחירה מתפריט ועוד מעט דברים בבופה פתוח הבריכה ממש מול הכניסה למלון ודי קטנה, אבל היא נקייה ונעימה. חסר שולחן במרפסת
